• Jens (7/5): Freundliches Personal und gute Lage - Die Lage ist super. Jede Menge Restaurants in der Nähe und die Hauptattraktion von Rom sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war etwas dürftig. Die Klimaanlage war in unserem Zimmer ausgefallen - das gibt bei 30° halt Abzüge

• Valerii (7/5): - Очень близко к вокзалу Термини. Матрас удобный, есть лифт, кондиционер Окна выходили на шумную улицу, пол ночи крики. Не было ни одной розетки, или мы их не нашли. Ещё один момент, первый автобус в аэропорт Чампино в 04:00. Мы боялись опоздать на рейс на 06:00 (не опоздали бы), спросили на стойке, чем можно добраться, нам ответили, что в 3 ч ночи никто нас не отвезёт и предложили "помощь друга" за 90€. Но такси оказалось можно взять и ночью за 40€

• PIETRO JACOPO (3/5): - Assenza di servizi igienici fuori dalla camera e assenza di un posto idoneo per depositare i bagagli in sicurezza prima del check in e dopo il check out. Camera adiacente alla reception ove arrivano rumori a tutte le ore. Illuminazione della camera poco confortevole e fornitura da bagno (sapone e asciugami) ridotta all'indispensabile. La camera risulta pulita nonostante ciò però si ha una sensazione di sporco in particolare dovuta i copriletti usati e la testata del letto scamosciata. Ritengo il prezzo idoneo a fronte di maggiori servizi.

La serrure de la porte de la chambre est très abîmée. L’état de la chambre est des plus sommaires. Le veilleur est venu nous réclamer la taxe de séjour à notre retour le soir après 23h

Personal muy amable. Habitación muy reducida, sin espacio para las maletas, quizá podría funcionar para una sola persona, pero para dos, era demasiado pequeña. Había un solo conector de electricidad en toda la habitación. En la ducha el agua salía al piso. No te ofrecen agua en la habitación.

Location right next to Termini is ideal for using public transport. regarding the place, it was as expected. Annoying was the noise from the street until late night. • Karolina (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja i pobyt - Wszystko było super. Lokalizacja kilkanaście kroków od stacji kolejowej i metra co było dużym plusem wracając z lotniska i jeśli jedziesz gdzieś pociągiem. Wcale nie było momentu kiedy czułabym się niebezpiecznie w tej okolicy. Obsługa hotelu było bardzo miła i pomocna, zawsze witali cię z uśmiechem i służyli pomocą. W recepcji było można zrobić sobie herbatę i kawę, a patio było świetnym miejscem na odpoczynek i zjedzenie śniadania :) Mogliśmy też zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu i leżały bezpiecznie przez kilka godzin w recepcji, która operuje 24h na dobę co jest super :) Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń oprócz tego, że cena pokoju jest spora, ale może to kwestia samego Rzymu i dobrej lokalizacji :)

Personale molto gentile, una notte abbiamo avuto problemi con un vicino di camera molto rumoroso e loro sono venuti subito in nostro aiuto. Zona tranquillissima nonostante la vicinanza a Termini Non bisogna avere troppo pretese, la posizione è quello che conta

• Délia (1/5): A fuir ! - L'emplacement Mon père et mon frère ont séjourné au Toffa Place à Rome pendant une petite semaine et leur séjour s'est très mal passé. La lunette des toilettes était cassée, la douche était bouchée donc l'eau ne s'évacuait pas, les serviettes étaient en nombre insuffisant et d'une propreté douteuse (aucune serviette pour les mains), présence de moisissures et d'humidité dans la salle de bain, linge de lit inadapté et d'une propreté douteuse. Ils ont essayé d'en parler dès la première nuit à l'hôte qui n'a rien voulu savoir et les a laissés comme ça. A fuir !

• Tiziana (8/5): Comodo per la vicinanza a Termini, ci tornerei. - La posizione è ottima soprattutto per chi arriva alla stazione Termini e ha bisogno di soggiornare subito. I titolari molto gentili e disponibili. La camera si trova al primo piano (c'è ascensore). Pulizia ok. La camera quadrupla è molto piccola, siamo stati una notte e quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi ma inizia a diventare stretta se bisogna soggiornare più a lungo. Il lavabo molto piccolo e l'acqua non va via bene, ho avuto un po' di difficoltà nel lavarmi. Con qualche piccola accortezza, esempio le pareti tinteggiate perchè vi erano molte macchie, cambierebbe completamente aspetto.

Most bathroom fixtures were more or less damaged (even though still just functional enough), and even though the room was well cleaned, there was a weird faint sewer-like smell lingering in the room. Not much soundproofing, bring earplugs. Figured out later that the property is pretty likely overcharging the tourist tax.

• ENRICO (7/5): Struttura low cost, di conseguenza modesta, ma OK - Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Reception 24h. Nessun problema per il deposito bagagli. Stanza sufficientemente pulita. Posizione ideale a 2 passi dalla stazione Termini. Zona sicura con molti caffè e ristoranti nel raggio di 200 metri Stanza vecchiotta ma sufficientemente pulita. Bagno un po' malmesso.
• AURORA (4/5): Precisa melhorar muito. - Gostei da localização. Todos comentam que a localização é boa e de fato é. Não gostei do atendimento nem do quarto. O quarto na foto parece lindinho embora pequeno mas na realidade é bem depreciado, tudo remendado, chao riscado, móveis velhos colados com fita, falta muita manutenção. Entram no quarto para tirar lixo mas não arrumam. O atendimento deixou a desejar. Cheguei e já realizei o pagamento da estadia. Pois bem, porém dia seguinte foi na recepção, era 23 hrs, e o atendente ficou me pedindo que pagasse a taxa que é referente a cidade. Ele não tinha troco mas queria que eu pagasse. Paguei e fiquei os 3 dias seguintes pedindo por troco e comprovante de pagamento pois não queria ter problemas em alegarem que eu não paguei ou algo assim. Me senti feita de boba, ter que ficar pedindo por algo básico, de direito meu, sendo que quando se trata do direito deles eles cobram e te forçam a cumprir. Por fim me deram na hora de ir embora e quase perdi meu vôo de tanto que atrasou.
