manuel (3/5): podrian mejorar varias articulos que estan dañados antes de querer cobrarselos al cliente ! - bien dotado en la cocina pero varias puntos regulares. queda ubicado al lado de una avenida principal ventana que cierran mal por tanto el sonido de los carros y motos en la noche al dormir es bastante incomodo. habia dañado un dispensador de jabon en el baño en el cual me envian mensajes cobrandomelo. la perilla del baño en mal estado , varias cosas con deficiente funcionamiento que uno recibe y no puede decirle al alguien que estan malas , pero claro si me enviaron un mensaje diciendome que podian cobrarmelas. la persona de la porteria en la mañana dormida !

W (8/5): Fijn - Locatie super dichtbij het vliegveld maar weinig overlast daarvan. Naast het winkelcentrum waar je ook eventueel kan eten. Mooie kamer en schoon. Gratis veilig parkeren. Omdat er geen receptie is, en omdat Booking in Colombia niet van je credit card mag afschrijven moet je van te voren enorm veel gegevens (zoals foto’s van je paspoort etc) invullen via een link. Dat voelde niet helemaal fijn. Met name omdat je bij aankomst alsnog in een boekje je naam en paspoort nummer alsnog moet invullen.

La atención por WhatsApp también fue excelente obtuve respuesta de todas las inquietudes que tuve. Lo único es que se siente mucho el ruido de todos los vehículos que transitan por la avenida 30 de agosto. Lo otro es que pueden tener dentro de la dotación un limpión de cocina.

Wilson Daniel (1/5): Mala atención, mala referencia y prácticamente te cobran por algo que no te dan - N/a no me hospedé en el sitio finalmente Reserve por medio de la aplicación un apartamento el cual debía tener dos habitaciones y dos baños, y una capacidad para tres personas, (no son de la misma familia). Cuando yo llego al lugar sobre las 8 de la noche, me hacen la entrega de un apartamento el cual tenía apenas un solo dormitorio, y un baño, ya me habían cobrado el precio de un apartamento de dos dormitorios por un valor cercano a los 330 mil pesos, y el de un dormitorio tiene un valor inferior a los 200 mil pesos, escribí al número de whatsapp al cual no respondieron inmediatamente y la única respuesta que tuve fue a las sobre las 9:30 que ese era el único apartamento que había, que no me podían entregar por el que había pagado. (Pero si me lo cobraron) lo incómodo de la situación es que yo viajaba con mi pareja y un compañero de trabajo e íbamos a tener que dejar nuestra habitación toda la noche abierta para que el entrara y saliera del baño, eso no es malo aclaro, no le veo tanto rollo, pero cuando pagas por un apartamento con dos habitaciones, pues no te tienes que conformar con lo que te dan y pues suerte. Decidí no quedarme en el lugar e irme a un hotel, tuve que salir casi a las 10 de la noche, no me volvieron a responder al WhatsApp hasta el otro día. Resumo todo en una mala experiencia, ya me había quedado ahí un par de veces y sinceramente, no me voy a volver a hospedar en el lugar, en la recepción escuché que habían muchas quedas con la misma agencia AHEAD, hay otra agencia que ofrece los apartamentos se llama EPIC SUITE, en la recepción está el número y son mucho más serios.

Yamil (10/5): Maravillosa estadía en la habitación 311 - La ubicación de la habitación. El baño con pared de vidrio dejaba ver que estabas sentado en la taza. El inodoro muy pegado a la pared de la ducha. La habitación no tenía timbre. El sofá cama era súmamente incómodo. El cambio de toallas y bolsas de basura, debería ser a diario como los hoteles. En todas las habitaciones debería haber una balanza. Es importante para la salud controlar el peso; sobre todo cuando uno está de vacaiones. Por otro lado, felicitar a los colaboradores de la recepción; en especia a Kamila y a todo el personal de limpieza quienes nos trataron no sólo muy amablemente, sino tambien con muchísmo cariño.

Mall is right next door WiFi service is terrible. Did not work during the stay; was sent another one the next day and that one was slow. The TV was connected to a fast one but since the rental company didn’t own the that unit they could not give me that WiFi code. Only 2 bath towels and one hand towel for the stay. Orozco (9/5): Recomendado completamente - Muy completa la suite, cómoda, minimalista, nos encantó. Los enchufes del baño no funcionaron. El piso de la ducha muy resbaladizo, peligroso, deberían poner en las baldosas bandas antideslizantes, y máxime por las puertas de vidrio, podría suceder algo maluco allí.

Angela (4/5): Falta de gestión por parte de la a Ahead Hosting, habitación en mal estado - El diseño de interiores Cuando ingresamos a la habitación lo cual fue bastante tarde habia un espejo caido y obviamente roto, al parecer el chazo no soporto el peso, lo cyal notificamos de inmediato a recepción, e indicaron avisar al servicio de aseo, quienes mostraron un video de no sé cuando, con la habitación en bien estado y pretendian cobrarlo, pero como en recepción queda geabado el momento en que ingresamos y repirtamos, curiosamente la recepciónista quer era nueva ya no teabajaba con el edifio. Juzguen ustedes el porqué. Adicional La administración de Ahead Hosting, no tiene actualizados los datos de contacto con booking, no contestan y enviaron los datos de pago en la mañana del mismo día de ingreso (ibamos en carretera) y los datos de registro demás solo cuando llegamos y pagamos en el hotel y habíamos hecho el pago y notificación del mal estado en que se encontró la habitación el insistían en que debíamos pagar, cuando hay registros gráficos y de vídeo de lo sucedido. Obviamente se notificó a booking y se hará lo correspondiente con la superintendencia y entes turísticos
Martin (9/5): Great place! Our only concern was with the credit card payment, which did not work with Bookings.com - On Jan 1 the man of the reception was super helpfull for the payment. On Jan 3 the lady was more reluctant to support us, but we finally were able to get both payments done. Thanks to them! Bookings.com please fix the credit card payment problem in Colombia! Fast... The credit card payment with Bookings.com in Colombia is a shame. Does not work at all, took almost an hour to get the payment done on both reservation we had with Bookings.com

Schmidt (7/5): Divino pero ruidoso - La vista desde el apto. La ubicación. El RUIDO del tráfico TODO EL DIA. Este apto está ubicado al lado de una autopista y se escucha el constante ruido de los carros día y noche. Deben instalar ventanas antiruido.
