- Kenn (10/5): ✨️ Highly recommend ✨️ - The staff is phenomenal and, in regards to customer service, it doesn't get better. Couple this with high speed Internet access and the perfect location (shopping centers, top-notch restaurants, etc.), one couldn't ask for a better place to stay while visiting Quito. Highly recommend! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here but, if I were to nitpick, I would say the facilities are a bit antiquated and the apartment could use some minor maintenance work.
