• Gripp (7/5): i would stay again! - perfect location between st pete and tampa, just enough space for two people. pretty quiet, perfect amenities really the shower didn’t get hot enough and the shower head wasn’t great, there was a roach in the bathroom (but it is florida so i don’t blame anyone for that really)

• Māris Mežeckis (8/5): Very good place -close to city center, cozy apartment - worth money we paid for staying. - Very cozy apartment. Clean. In general all you need for staying available in apartment. Kind host, provided all necessary information. Within week we traveled, it was first place in U.S. where I met induction stove - its interesting that its not popular in US despite significantly more easy to clean and faster and well controlled heating. Would like some additional tolls in kitchen such as spatula for frying for Teflon pans. There was only one large pot available - even a cup of water for tee you have to heat in that pot. Clean apartment, but some silverfishes creeping to kitchen tools - no problem they are not dangerous, but some guests might not like seeing them:). Some extra towel racks in bathroom and kitchen would be nice.

• Juan (7/5): - Location near my office and close to St Petersburg Basic supplies not available like toilet paper, body soap, dish soap and trash bags. I asked for them and they was provided the next day. So the first day was painful, but other than that was very good.
• Elijah (8/5): It was perfect for our trip! - It was very clean! The host was very accommodating & honest about everything. It was smaller than expected but it was great for a couple especially if your planning on being outside most of your stay. The other guests staying took our care package the host left for us, so just be aware of your other guests when staying.

I didn’t realize that the house (room) is connected to another house (the main house) -I - Location, Location, Location! -however heavy traffic being near downtown. The property is nice but small. I didn’t realize that the house (room) is connected to another house (the main house) -I was under the impression (due to the photos posted) that I would be having my own space, and not a joining room/ house. I couldn’t watch television because the remote batteries were not working, and I didn’t receive a reply back until checkout… The closest space is small as well as the bathroom. The bed was ok, yet the mattress was kind of hard. There is however a microwave and refrigerator, Other than that, it was an ok stay. But I will not be returning.

• William (10/5): Will come back here next visit to Tampa, no question. Close to everything, quiet neighborhood, and cozy spot out of the - Super clean, tastefully furnished, comfortable, and very appealing.

• Valentina (10/5): Lovely stay having everyhing you need! - It had everything in it - towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, kitchen was fully serviced and 2 ACa in each room, everything one has in their own home! Hosts were very responsive and checking in on us to ensure smooth stay! Nothing actually! We came with quite some luggage - 2 big suitcases and 2 small ones, which occupied most of the free space but since we stayed only for 2 nights it was ok for us.
• Camyl (7/5): Nice loft in Tampa - Easy to find in a quiet area We had ample parking. The location was close to downtown and to shopping areas. The entrance to the the little loft was not very apparent and the owner was not at home when we got there. I got a message to them and was told they would be home after 9 pm. They should mention that the entrance is on the right side when facing the house. There was liquid in the bottom drawer of the fridge that had started getting moldy. We were there from the 4th to the 7th of January. The owner sent us a message asking if we needed anything else on the 6th. When we asked for a set of new towels, the owner saw our message but ignored our request.

• Ankur (10/5): Best value, Perfect location, Amazing Host!! - Perfect location: if you are visiting with the purpose of exploring the city.. this is the best location you can get. Everything is super close with 15mins drive from here, including the Busch Gardens. Awesome Host: the host is very responsive and will make sure you don’t have any issues during your stay. All the instructions provided up front for check-in are clear and precise. The living room is too small once you open the second bed. Though it’s not an issue but can get a little tight if three people are staying. Else it’s best experience and best value for a couple.

• Linda (1/5): Thought it was nice until... - It appeared clean until... The host was attentive When you see the pictures, you will understand. I was appalled that someone would allow guests to sleep on what definitely appears to be a blood stained mattress. I got home and scrubbed my body with surgical soap and I still feel nauseous. The host believes that it is just fine to allow guests to sleep on this mattress because she has a one inch piece of crate foam cover over it. She refuses to replace the blood stained mattress. The AC unit in the bedroom space makes a very loud tinging noise when running. Also, the bath towels that I use for my dogs are larger than their dollar store towels. One ply toilet paper was there for use and no tissues. Two bed pillows were flat as a pancake and an extra pillow case was soiled. For the door code to actually open the door, the door had to be pushed in slightly, each time, to work. The sofa in the kitchen was in bad condition and had stains on it. I have given great reviews to establishments that deserve them, this one did not meet our expectations. I was respectful in all of my communications with you and we obviously supported your business when we chose to stay there. We entered the correct door code each time, the fact is the door must be pushed in to allow the deadbolt to release. I never complained to you, I simply responded to your question asking how everything was. If you didn't want to hear the truth, then I recommend that you don't ask because I am going to give an honest answer. I answered with the bad and the good. I did not tell you that the AC was not working properly, I only let you know that it was making a noise. When I made a comment about "a poor little dog left outside barking", I didn't even know, until now, that was your family dog. I felt sorry for the dog being left outside with a heat index over 100°. Also, I never asked you for money back. I did tell you that if you showed me a photo of a clean mattress on that bed, then I would delete my review, but you refused to do that.
