• Ghislaine (9/5): Great stay would use again - Great for what we needed really comfy Needed more Prosecco glasses. Also an alarm went off 2 in the middle of the night and we couldn’t find out what it was.

A couple things in the house needed to be fixed byt the hosts were very quick to remedy them. Would have been good to know we needed to take our own gas bottle for the BBQ.

• John (10/5): - The house easily accommodated 9 adults (4 couples and a single). The sea view was great. The hosts were very helpful. The location was excellent. Close to town and the port and coastline. Close to cycle trails. All facilities were very good. Highly recommend.
• Fleur (9/5): Very comfortable accomodation suitable for our large family group of 7 adults and 3 children. - Plenty of sleeping options for our big family group. Nice to have two bathrooms (one with a bath) and two living rooms. Great having the barbecue option too. Kitchen was awesome. Trampoline great for the kids. A few things were broken or not functioning, but nothing too bad. Lawn needed mowing. A bit far from the waterfront but we could walk there. Not a lot left for cleaning purposes and it was unclear what the expectations were in that regard.

• S frazer (9/5): - Our host was really kind and accommodating, the house was perfect for our family and spacious with beautiful views of the beach and Paratutu. The children really enjoyed watching the storm roll over the sea and come towards us new years eve. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. The only thing we noticed was that the bins had not been emptied before we got there and were already full, which caused a bit of overflow after our 5 day stay.

The Sun shone though the house every morning. It was beautiful to be in the Sun room when it rained as well very calming. The house was very clean and beautifully set up. The location is perfect central to everywhere I loved my stay here with my family. The price is not only affordable but well worth it. I have nothing bad to say about my stay other than the rubbish bins are too small 😂😂😂 but hey that's for the council

Lovely large kitchen, dining and lounge. The only thing was the floor creeking by the bedroom. This meant I could hear if someone was up and walking around. Minor though.

• Caroline (10/5): A stunning home that was perfect for an extended family holiday. - A fabulous property. We were so excited to have such a beautiful place to stay. We are an extended family group and there was plenty of space for us to be together while also being private when desired. Each bedroom has a key so it would suit retreats or working groups who want more privacy. It is immaculately presented with all the facilities we hoped for. Entry is by a door code so we could come and go without having to co-ordinate keys. All in all, a fabulous home which greatly enhanced our holiday. Highly recommended. Nothing. All was good.

Living, dining and kitchen areas spacious. Large, modern fridge freezer was very useful. Good drapes, ventilation and warmth. Very clean. Easy access. Host very responsive with communications. Nothing really.
• Prabhu (10/5): Exceptional - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at "Home with Sea Views" in New Plymouth! The location was perfect, just a short drive from Ngamotu Beach, with stunning sea and mountain views from the balcony. The house is spacious and beautifully designed, with plenty of room for our group, featuring 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 cozy living areas. The air conditioning kept the space cool, and the free WiFi was fast and reliable. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and oven, making meal prep a breeze. The three bathrooms, including one with a bath, were spotless and made our stay even more convenient. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of allergy-free, non-smoking accommodation. Relaxing in the lovely garden was a treat, offering a peaceful escape after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Paritutu Rock and the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery. Having free private parking was a major plus, and we loved the proximity to Port Taranaki and Len Lye Centre. This property offers excellent value for money, with all the comforts of home in a prime location. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Plymouth. We look forward to returning!
