- Javern (10/5): One of the best accomodations near Asahikawa! - I had an amazing stay in this newly built accomodation which has been very well maintained. The location outside city makes it a prime location for a quiet and relaxing stay, and is relatively convenient if you have a car. Self check in process was smooth, and the equipment like the modern kitchen and bathroom and smart TV was a nice touch. I really wanted to stay longer! Previously stayed in Asahikawa city centre, but this experience was miles ahead of what I had then. Thank you for the great stay! Nothing

The furnitures are okay The bathroom is in the second floor, so either you sleep upstairs or downstairs you don't have the bathroom in the same floor. Some kitchen appliances were missing, like coffee machine or a pot to cook things in the grill

- Kelvin (8/5): Fully enjoyed our stay, as it is close to the ski slope and fully self contained unit. - This is our 2nd time staying in this property! Near to the ski slope and only about 45-60mins drive to Asahikawa where everything is available.
- Thomas (9/5): - Die sehr geräumige Unterkunft. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es gab in allen Räumlichkeiten genügend Steckdosen Die Ausstattung war sehr modern. Man konnte sein Auto gut parken. Ohne eigenes Auto ist es allerdings schwierig zur Unterkunft zu gelangen, da sie inmitten von Reisfeldern und weit entfernt einer Ansiedlung liegt. Es gab sehr viele Vorschriften und Verbote. Zum Teil war die Übersetzung ins Englische nicht ausreichend. Insbesondere, wenn es um technische Geräte ging. Die Treppe vom Erdgeschoss zum 1. Stock war steil, man musste gut aufpassen, wenn man sie benutzte.

- Sebastian (8/5): It’s an awesome house, very clean, modern and has enough space for everything you need. - It’s spacious and has everything you need. The checkin was easy, we had a parking spot in front of the house and were surrounded by nature. We had also no issue with loud noises from trucks that were passing by. It’s far away from the main town. You should come with a car. It’s not a big issue and should keep you away from staying here
- Ulrich (4/5): Guest treatment in a poor way - modern equipment in good condition 2nd bedroom not usable as room height did not allow standing very unfriendly host who tried to get extra money with argument that floor has not been left in a clean way fairly noisy as close to main road toilet at night only one floor higher very steep stairs feeling that getting most money out of guests but not shown any interest in guest needs, very unpersonal it was forbidden to open windows despite mosquito nets, many thing were forbidden, long list and threats with consequences, just felt not nicely treated
- Ting (8/5): A not very convenient but very stylish newly build model home - Clean and modern design, also beds are very comfortable ❤️ Next to a busy country road with lots of big trucks traffic, need put on eye masks and earplugs 😓 It is a 3 floors apartment and stairs are quite steep, little kids should be careful. No matter which floor bedroom you sleep, you need either climb up or down one floor for bathroom towards either hardwood floor bedrooms, this might be common for Japanese. Quite a lot climbing up and down exercises during our stay
- Madelene (8/5): Clean and cosy. Great for a night stay to transit during self drive. - The whole house is very new and modern. Even have Netflix account to watch show. Kitchen is equipped. 1 bathroom & 1 seperate toilet is good. The mode of check in via the iPad that dont work well is a real hassle. The room of the mezzanine floor is very low. I am 1.54cm, yet I still hit my head many times. So u have to bend to walk or crawl on top. Downstair room have no bathroom. The mezzanine will be great for kids, not adults.
- See (10/5): Exceptional - The building, though 25 mins drive from Asaihikawa, was peacefully nestled amongst crop fields, so it was a wonderful view to wake up to. Need a car to drive to town for dinner though. The property looked new and hi-tech. The check-in was seamless and easy. The beds were comfortable and the living room spacious with high ceiling. Wonderful place to stay in. It would be more convenient if the washing machines were installed in each room rather than in the main management building since there were so much space in each property. Also, note the height of the loft was only about 150cm, so watch your head!

- Irene (9/5): Cosy apartment for family - The place is clean, new and spacious. Surrounding is very quiet. Like the bathroom layout with a spacious service area for changing after your shower. TV with Netflix. The loft height is too low and there is no wardrobe that you can hang your clothes. Owner should provide some basic condiments like cooking oil etc since you are allow to do some light cooking during your stay. Should provide a few pairs of outdoor slippers instead of just one pair. It is so inconvenient when my friend and I have to walk to the other building to do our laundry and one of us has to change into our winter boots to walk over there. You definitely need a car to come here.

- Y (9/5): Superb - Accommodations tucked away in the countryside. Room is so clean.It was stylishly decorated. I thought it was quiet and nice for a long stay. Ski resort is also close by! If there was a washbasin and nightwear, there would be nothing to say.

I have seen easier ones in Japan. The window foil was applied the wrong way. Now at night when you turn on the lights you can't look out the window but everybody from the outside can look inside.

- John (8/5): I was pleased with the overall stay , really the toilet is not convenient. - Booking.com Everything is good except there is no toilet at the bedroom floor. Either you sleep on the loft or in the bedroom on the ground floor, you still have to work stairs to the toilet. By the way, the loft is too low, it is less than 1.4m height. I hit my head a few times.

- Emma (10/5): Perfect Summer Stay in Pippu! - Spacious as advertised, exactly same like picture. Host even shared customize doorgift pouch for us! Lovely gesture. Fully equipped kitchen & toiletries are provided. Parking is free and remember in Japan, you must always sort the trash. Super easy check-in/out process. I love the breathtaking view of the paddy field from this unit. Location wise, it is a bit out of the town; we purposely chose this unit as we love the view and if you have a car rental, everything is within a drive away. There's also a local produce fresh market nearby that we enjoyed buying from! All in all, super satisfied with this booking! Domo arigato gozaimasu! Be mindful this is a double storey unit with loft inside (loft suitable if you intend to sleep more pax using futon or kids only as adult cannot stand straight up). Ground floor is the bedroom with bed and closet, toilet and living room are at the first floor. A bit inconvenient to go upstairs to the toilet during midnight. Suggestion is to at least have a mirror on the ground floor (easier for guest to get ready) before heading out. Also be mindful that smaller insects can still crawl through the insect screen if you switched on the light as they're attracted to the bright light.

There is only one bathroom and it’s inconvenient for the occupants on the ground floor room to go up and down.
