This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Luna (9/5): - Giant house, with a big yard and very nicely decorated. Super comfortable and warm during winter, there’s ac that works perfectly. Lights go out very frequently but I guess it was because we had the ac on. Super easy to fix though.
Susan (5/5): Beautiful house over powering moldy/moldy smell no wireless in more than two rooms. - Beautiful well appointed house. Beautiful views. Secure property -musty & mildew smell throughout the house but especially in the 1st floor bedroom to the extent that I couldn’t sleep in it without a fan in the room and air freshener next to my pillow. Horrible! The wireless only extends to the living room and kitchen. The half bathroom near the kitchen has sewer pipe issues and the sink gurgles and smells each time the toilet is flushed plus the toilet leaks from the bottom (reported to guest ready but ignored) The dryer has some kind of short in the door and keeps shutting off so doesn’t dry the clothes. No house instructions provided so questions that could have been answered easily went unanswered. The garbage pail was broken when we arrived and it took two days to convince guest ready with pictures and video to come and provide a replacement, then they just left the old broken one once the new one was delivered. All in all, we were thankful to leave the house mostly because of the moldy smell. I would never rent from them again.
Corpas (10/5): Excelente - Estancia muy bien, mucho espacio y cómodo. Impresionantes vistas al mar en un paraje natural y todo tipo de utensilios de cocina y baño. Hemos pasado 3 días muy buenos, cuando llegamos (autochecking) estaba la calefacción puesta y todo muy limpio La carretera para llegar tiene muchas curvas y esta un poco retirada de Lisboa, pero por nuestra parte merece la pena
