• Rebecca Louise (1/5): money stolen by hotel personal - don't go there - it is close to the Medina besides that it was a nightmare Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, and we ended up leaving earlier than planned because we no longer felt safe. When we returned to our room, we immediately noticed that our belongings had been searched. All our travel cash we had hidden in the room was stolen. Even more disturbing, our room was searched again the following day. Fortunately, we had moved the rest of our money to a different hiding place. The hotel staff did not even seem to make an effort to hide the fact that someone had gone through our personal belongings. When we reported the theft to the hotel manager, absolutely nothing was done. There was no attempt to help us resolve the situation. As a result, we felt completely unsafe and decided to leave the hotel immediately that same day. The condition of the room was also unacceptable. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain after just one night. The bathroom was dirty, the shower rod was loose and looked like it could fall down at any moment, and the shower curtain was covered in mold. The complete lack of security, the poor condition of the room, and the management's indifference to a serious theft made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay elsewhere. We have been in Riads in Casablanca, Meknes, Rabat and Marrakech but this one was an absolute nightmare.

L’hôte Sidi Nour Eddine est serviable et offre de bons conseils pour passer un agréable séjour sur Fes et sa région. Le Ryad est bien situé en étant à côté de Bab Boujloud, de la gare routière et au début de la médina
• Khalid (1/5): - Le propriétaire de l hôtel est un menteur j' ai réservé en confirmation et quand je suis allé pour prendre ma chambre il m a dit qu il a un problème avec le site et n' accepté pas les arabes alors que la réservation est confirmée sur sa boîte alors je trouve que c est un comportement inadmissible vers nous surtout les marocains. Ce genre de comportement fait fuire les touristes marocains et donnent mauvaise réputation au tourisme marocains.

L'auberge est au coeur de la médina, pas très loin de la Bab Boujloud pour en ressortir. L'établissement est très bien décoré, le toit terrasse est appréciable. Le petit déjeuner compris est correct, préparé par l'employée très gentille ! Merci ! Les odeurs de canalisation, mais je crois que c'est dans toute la médina (si vieille !) - de l'encens, et hop ! Devoir frapper à la porte d'entrée pour entrer, moins d'autonomie.

Moroccan hospitality is shown here I'm very personally picky about this but the ceiling light in my room was super bright and fluorescent. I an used to more warmer, less harsh on the eyes tones but I realize in morocco you find super bright intense fluorescent lights everywhere you go

• Agustina Lara Lopez (1/5): NO VAYAN AHI! - La ubicacion HORRIBLE. El olor fue insoportable, la habitaciond la primer planta tiene un baño que usa TODO EL HOSTAL. No hay lockers, nos pusieron en habitacion compartida (eso estaba ok), con un hombre q llevaba viviendo alli 2 semanas y tenia demasiado olor, era insoportable. Sumado a eso tenia alguna enfermedad (luego admito el host), y por la noche comenzo a gritar, tuvimos miedo ademas de q era imposible dormir ahi con los gritos, el olor etc. Eramos 2 chicas, cuando vimos q otro chico se levanto y fue a quejarse, bajamos tmb pq teniamos miedo y pq era iniable. Terminamos 3 personas durmiendo en un 'sofa' en la entrada, un horror y hay q darse la antitetanica antes d tocar algo d ese lugar.. Ah y las cams, ademas de sucias, son maderas

Le petit déjeuner était top chaque matin, ça m’aidé beaucoup 2. L’accueil du personnel, toujours souriant et dispo 3. La chambre propre et calme pour me reposer Vraiment merci pour tout. Je recommande sans hésiter. Honnêtement j’ai pas grand-chose à reprocher, j’étais vraiment bien pendant 20 jours. Si je dois chipoter pour vous aider à améliorer : peut-être varier un peu plus les petits déjeuners sur 3 semaines. Mais c’était déjà très bien. Sinon RAS, le reste était nickel. Merci encore.

El trato del anfitrión fue inmejorable desde el primer momento: siempre atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesitábamos. Su cercanía y simpatía hacen que te sientas como en casa. La hospitalidad es destacable, siempre pendiente de nosotros y ofreciéndonos té en diferentes momentos del día, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. La comida es otro punto fuerte: cada día un auténtico festín, todo casero, abundante y realmente delicioso. Sin duda, un riad totalmente recomendable para quien busque un ambiente acogedor, buen trato y una experiencia auténtica. También cabe añadir que estaba al lado de la puerta azul, zona tranquila y segura. Estaba todo perfecto

W pokojach zapach jest nieco zatęchły, a pod prysznicem temperaturę wody ciężko zbalansować między wrzątkiem a lodowatą wodą. W pokoju 3-osobowym tylko jedno gniazdko. Ale w sumie za tę cenę nie spodziewałem się niczego dobrego, podczas ramadanu ciężko znaleźć dogodny nocleg w Fezie

• Miguel Angel (7/5): INMERSIÓN EN FEZ - El desayuno típico de alli, bueno y cantidad. Lo que más me gusto fue la situación, y el trato del personal. La limpieza. Principalmente las llaves de la luz que están todas negras (como en muchos otros sitios en Fez)

Mi hanno dato una camera bella ma sporca, i pavimenti non puliti da tempo forse non sono lavati da tanto tempo, il bagno anche era sporco , nel water wc c’erano macchie di feci . Una persona che lavora lì mi ha voluto sfruttare nella questione della stampa della carta d’imbarco

La chambre possédait 4 lits, on respirait très bien et tout était confortable :) Très bon qualité-prix selon moi :) Si j'avais un petit commentaire constructif à faire, ce serait d'avoir des petits casiers pour nos effets personnels importants ❤️ C'est tout de même une ambiance sécurisante et apaisante ! The beds are like the most majority of the beds in the very cheap hostel If you want a place to crush in and have a hot shower this is a place to do it.

• Ayoub (10/5): Exceptional Staff and Perfect Location in Fez... - The staff at the hostel were exceptionally friendly, especially Moad and Noordine, who were incredibly helpful. The location is safe and convenient, making it easy to visit the old city of Fez or catch a taxi. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and found myself extending my visit multiple times. I will definitely consider staying here again whenever I'm in Fez.
• Najoua (8/5): Planning to stay there again - The staff were very very welcoming, I had a very pleasant stay. I got the chance to converse with them and they have assisted me through all my concerns, I felt very safe and at home with them and I would love for morre people to experience it. At first I was agitated as I was just getting accustomed to the room and the door was a bit cranky, while the room was not what I expected, the bed was comfortable and since the staff helped me with everything through my stay, it wasn't an issue anymore. I would definitely stay there again if time comes to it.
