• Jerzy i Anna (9/5): Jest to wyjątkowe miejsce do pobytu - Świetna lokalizacja. Praktycznie apartament w samym środku zabytków. Położenie wyjątkowe. Jedyny mankament, to niuanse, brak dwóch kompletów wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience oraz prysznic bez osłony co powoduje, że łazienka wymaga od razu sprzątania po użyciu prysznica.

Lokalizacja znakomita mieliśmy apartement z oknem na dziedziniec cisza spokój poprostu rewelacja! Polecam serdecznie! Dobrze by było dodać recznik na stopy przy prysznicu ale to taka drobna rada dla jeszcze lepszego komfortu 😉

• Rebeca Victoria (10/5): - El apartamento es perfecto, exactamente como se ve en las fotos. La cocina está muy bien equipada, igual que el baño; la cama es muy cómoda. La ubicación al lado del centro pero en una calle muy tranquila hace la estancia excelente. Las instrucciones para el check-in fueron muy claras, el anfitrión responde muy rápido. El detalle de las cápsulas de café y la crema fue muy amable. ¡Volveré sin dudarlo, han hecho mi estancia en Sofia fabulosa!
• Anna (9/5): - Struttura ampia, luminosa, pulita e piacevole, silenziosa e tranquilla. Letto comodo e chicca per gli italiani macchinetta del caffè "nespresso" con capsule originali (vorrei però consigliare al gestore di fornire l'appartamento di tazzine da caffè espresso 😜) L'appartamento è a due passi dalla metro (non l'abbiamo usata) e Vitosha Boulevard, percorrendola tutta in 15 minuti si arriva alla statua di S. Sofia, alla stazione centrale di sernica e a tutto il resto. Tutti i monumenti sono più o meno alla stessa distanza, quindi comodissimo. Il giorno del check in vengono inviati i codici per accedere e ci è stato consentito di lasciare i bagagli mentre pulivano l'appartamento. Il bagno è un ampio locale, con parete in vetro trasparente che affaccia direttamente sul letto, anche se protetto da ampi tendoni, inoltre non ci sono divisori interni e facendo la doccia pur essendo cauti si bagna ovunque. Da uno degli scarichi proveniva un forte odore (abbiamo tenuto la ventola attaccata praticamente sempre).

Forte odore proveniente dal bagno e un continuo scroscio di acqua, che durante la notte era molto fastidioso. Consiglierei una scopa per pulire per terra dopo aver mangiato.

• Selin (10/5): Genel olarak herşey çok yeterliydi, konum şahaneydi - Talimatlar detaylıydı, odayı bulmak çok kolaydı. Konum çok iyi, merkezi ve her yere yürüme mesefesindeydi. Oda baya temizdi, erken gelmemize rağmen eşyalarımı odaya bırakmamız için izin verildi. Oda içerisinde tuvalette duş için duşakabin yoktu, duş alındığında tuvalet komple ıslanıyordu. En azından kahve makinası için odaya biraz su bırakılabilirdi. Kullanmak için mutfağa kağıt havlu konabilirdi.

• Ronny Borchgrevink (9/5): Sentralt, veldig romslig og praktisk innredet leilighet. - Frokost ordner man selv i en leilighet som denne. Jeg likte særlig at alt for en gangs skyld fungerte som det skulle. Alt var gjennomtenkt. Leiligheten var en hjørne leilighet med vinduer mot to mindre gater. Den lå i fjerde etasje, men for meg er det bare en kjær anledning for trim. Det er to dørkoder og en til slutt til en nøkkelboks som frigir nøkkelen til leiligheten, dette gikk veldig greit og fint. Husverten er på alerten og svarer fort på henvendelser. Men her går alt så greit at du trolig ikke trenger det. Mye skapplass og supre senger. Det er ikke mye å klage på. På badet var det kanskje av og til en litt svak lukt, men jeg tror ikke husverten kan gjøre noe med det, da dette nok kommer fra hovedrørene på grunnplan. Jeg plagdes ikke særlig mye av det. Kunne vært hyggelig å møte husverten også forresten.

Location was great, comfortable bed and shower. I’m picky about cleanliness and this was 10/10 clean. Would have been nice to block view from the lower window in the bathroom in the apartment we stayed in, as it provides a clear view directly at whoever showers

• Guest (8/5): Very nice and worth the money. - Kitchen was decent, and washing machine worked very nicely. Felt very secure ( behind 3 doors lol) and was in a nice area. The television was placed where you can't see it properly if you sit on either the sofa, or the bed. The room needs moving around to correct this.
• Andrii (10/5): Wonderful vacation in Sofia - We had a great stay at Luxury Apartments. Check-in was very easy thanks to the host’s clear instructions, even though we arrived late. He was responsive throughout our stay and kindly allowed us a late checkout. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, well-planned, and has everything you might need. The location is perfect — right in the city center with restaurants and attractions within walking distance. One of the best places we’ve stayed. The bathroom is a bit small with the shower right next to the toilet, but it’s manageable for a short stay.

Doccia spaziosa e panoramica sulla stanza. Tutto perfetto. Solo un cattivo odore di tanto in tanto provenire dagli scarichi del bagno ma non imputabile al bellissimo appartamento.

Large bedroom with bathroom, lounge area, and kitchen with dining table. Although it was three flights of stairs it was quiet and very nice to be able to relax and cook meals. The host was very responsive, and was able to vary our check in/check out times.

Апартамента е на супер локация. Близо до всички забележителности и до метро. И в същото време е на тиха и спокойна улица. Няма негативни неща.

• vonemes (10/5): - Прекрасное расположение, рядом центральная улица с магазинами и кафе, метро в 3 минутах ходьбы. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое, чисто, новая мебель, удобная кровать.
• Discotizer77 (8/5): Tolles Apartment im Herten der Stadt - Toll eingerichtetes Apartment in hervorragender Lage, nur eine Minute zur nächsten Metro-Station sowie der Einkaufmeile entfernt. Im Umkreis von 5-10 Gehminuten gibt es eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Café's, Bistros etc. Auch der Park in nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Das Apartment war sehr gut eingerichtet, vor allem die Küche inkl. Nespresso-Maschine und sehr leckeren Lavazza Kapseln. Betten top und die Straße kaum befahren. Von den Nachbarn war in den Ruhezeiten auch nichts zu hören. Das Bad hette einen leichten Muffgeruch, was bei diesen Bauwerken üblich ist. Durch Lüften war dies schnell beseitigt. WLAN ging nicht, aber wir bekamen Zugriff auf das Nachbars-Netzwerk. Smart TV (Philips) leider ohne deutsche Sender oder deutsche Apps wie ARD/ZDF, kein Airplay. Haben über den Browser gestreamt.

El dueño un encanto, súper atento toda la estancia y podías pedir limpieza y cambio de toallas de forma gratuita. Nos dejaron cápsulas de café y una botella de vino en la nevera de cortesía de bienvenida. La ducha no tenía mampara ni cortina entonces el baño se ensuciaba con mucha facilidad.
