• Jose Alvarez (10/5): Tu alojamiento en Venecia - Fue una estancia fantástica. Hay muchos puntos a favor de este alojamiento. - La ubicación en el barrio de Cannaregio. Alejado de lugares turísticos pudimos disfrutar de noches tranquilas a la vez que teníamos cerca lugares para comer y cenar. Desde el aeropuerto Marco Polo, una vez cogido el barco hasta Giglio no tardamos ni 8 minutos caminando. La estación de Santa Lucia quedaba a poco más de 15 minutos andando lo que facilita la comunicación. - La acogida fue realmente fantástica por Bibi (muchas gracias) que hablaba bien español. Nos recomendó lugares típicamente venecianos para desayunar, comer y cenar lo que se agradeció. - La habitación era de buen tamaño, con un cuarto de baño bastante grande, especialmente la ducha. Las camas eran muy cómodas y disponía de aire acondicionado. Un lugar perfecto para descansar después de horas de caminata por la ciudad. - La relación calidad/precio, teniendo en cuenta que hablamos de Venecia, nos pareció más que acertada. A veces, pagar un poco más (no mucho más, la verdad) que en otros alojamientos que vimos, compensa con creces. Estuvimos muy a gusto en FloVe Rooms y volveríamos sin ninguna duda. Nada reseñable

• Renato de Camargo (10/5): - Excellent staff, helped us with all our questions. The room was modern, charming, and very functional. Everything felt new. The location was quiet and peaceful. The location isn’t right next to the main tourist spots or restaurants, but it’s only about a 10-minute walk to plenty of dining options.

O lugar acaba sendo meio longe de tudo, mas se vc não se importar de caminhar é ótima, pois é bem silenciosa e tranquila. Eles inclusive guardaram as malas após o checkout enquanto esperava o trem. Tudo super limpo, quarto todo novinho. Quando voltar pra Veneza, com certeza buscarei esse lugar Não chega a ser ruim, mas se vc não gostar de caminhar, o lugar é realmente meio longinho da parte mais turística. Mas por outro lado, se não gostar de caminhar talvez a Itália inteira não seja um bom destino.

Gdybym wiedziała wcześniej to bym zrezygnowała z takiego pokoju

Nonostante non avessimo il servizio colazione, in camera c'era una macchinetta del caffè e un bollitore con il tè, tutto offerto dalla direzione. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti! Torneremo sicuramente!
• Nikos (10/5): Υπεροχη διαμονη! - Η διαμονη μας ήταν υπέροχη! Πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια, φιλικό και εξυπηρετικο προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα η Viviana! Υπήρχε δυνατότητα καθημερινής αλλαγης των κλινοσκεπασματων και παροχης καφε και νερου. Το cannaregio ήταν ίσως η καλύτερη περιοχή της Βενετίας που θα μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε λιγότερο τουριστική, με υπέροχα μαγαζιά για φαγητό και αναψυχή. Το στρωμα στο κρεβάτι δεν ήταν τόσο άνετο.

• בן צוק (8/5): מלון טוב, מיקום בעייתי - הצוות אדיב ונכון לעזור. המלון קרוב מאוד לרובע היהודי למי שזה רלוונטי לו המיקום רחוק מאוד ממרכז העיר, שזה לא בהכרח חיסרון כי ונציה היא עיר של הליכה, אבל זה כן מייגע ברמה מסוימת
• ROSA MARIA (10/5): Tranquilo, comodo y en un barrio con mucho encanto. - Espacio Intimo, tranquilo y un silencio absoluto. Habitacion amplia y comoda, temperatura adecuada, muy agradable. Ubicado en barrio autentico y alejado del bullucio. Personal muy atento y amable, dispuesto a ayudar en lo posible. Hemos disfrutado de la estancia. Mil gracias. Nada a destacar, la verdad.

• Reisebüro (10/5): Alles perfekt! - Die Unterkunft ist für Italien sehr modern und trotzdem authentisch gewesen. Und auch, dass man abseits des touristischen Zentrums wohnt, ist ein absoluter Gewinn, weil man so das echte Venedig viel besser kennenlernt. Würde ich jederzeit wieder machen!
• Marie (7/5): Une localisation stratégique pour votre séjour à Venise - Le personnel est très chaleureux et toujours très aidant. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie est de bonne qualité. La localisation, un peu à l'écart, s'avère être parfaite car à 15 min à pied de la gare et 30 min des principaux centres d'intérêt. L'avantage est d'être au calme. L'insonorisation des chambres est inexistante... on entendait la télévision de la chambre à côté. Il faut vraiment espérer que vos voisins soient respectueux ou avoir le sommeil lourd sinon vous serez réveillés.

• Alice (8/5): Dommage du manque de proactivité d'un membre du personnel - Lieu un peu insolite dans un endroit très calme loin des touristes pressés de certains coins de la lagune. Grève nationale le jour de notre départ... et la personne présente ne nous a pas informés de la chose et ne nous a rien dit ou proposer pour nous aider à aller à l'aéroport.

• Kateřina (10/5): Pokoj s terasou v klidné části Cannaregia. - Krásný pokoj s terasou na okraji laguny, v klidné části Cannaregio. Ideální pro únik od davů turistů. Nová vestavba ve dvoře za starou zástavbou. Skvělá recepční Viviana s flexibilním přístupem (po 21h vstup přes sadu kódů). Pokoj je jednoduše vybavený, ale má skvělou terasu pro klidné večerní posezení.

• Raelee (10/5): Cool rooms, cool location to enjoy sites as well as relax - Loved the location. Close to everything but out of hustle and bustle. Communication with venue was awesome and they were all so helpful. Decore was really cool and it was all new so very clean and comfortable.

• Bert (8/5): - Mooie nette kamers, vriendelijk personeel, We mochten onze bagage er een dag veilig achterlaten. De ligging heeft voordelen en nadelen. Voordeel het is een plek waar je eens geweest moet zijn in Venetië. je zit er echt tussen de locals. rustige sfeer. Lekkere restaurants, aan het water eten... Nadeel is mss dat het toch een onderneming is om naar het centrum te gaan. Boottocht +- 35 a 40 min.
• Mie (9/5): Es war ein wundervolles Hotel und wir haben wundervolle Erinnerungen. Vielen Dank. - Die Einrichtung war noch schöner als auf den Fotos und hat mich sehr glücklich gemacht. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Mit nur einem Stück Stoff wäre mir kalt gewesen, aber in der Kommode lag eine dicke Bettdecke. Ich habe sie herausgeholt und selbst benutzt. Am nächsten Tag, nach der Reinigung, lag die dicke Bettdecke schon auf meinem Bett, was ich als sehr aufmerksamen Service empfand. Es ist etwas weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber es gibt einen Bootsanleger in der Nähe, sodass man leicht dorthin gelangen kann. Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und er ist mir in guter Erinnerung geblieben. Danke. Vor dem Eingang sind Stufen, und als ich Nachts im Halbschlaf auf die Toilette wollte, hatte ich das Gefühl, ich könnte fallen, und das machte mir ein bisschen Angst. Ich war vorsichtig, also ging es mir gut, aber ich dachte, es könnte ein bisschen gefährlich sein. Aber so schlimm war natürlich nicht. Ich hoffe, niemand sonst erlebt die gleiche Gefahr.

• DMITRY (8/5): Дача в Венеции - В дали от шума. До вокзала 2 км. Рядом продуктовый. До улицы с ресторанами 500 метров. Находится на краю города. Может сначала смутить месторасположения. Но в Венеции лучше быть чуть дальше от шума.

• Kamila (10/5): So far my best stay in Venice - Exceptionally good hotel. The place is really close to the train station, but also quite calm and local (as much as possible for Venice, of course). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hosts are really kind and helpful. The only drawback is that you can hear your neighbours, so if you are unlucky, you might not have the best night. Also, if I might nit-pick, a bit short in shelves to unpack... But overall, not much.

• Sara Rey (9/5): Excelente opción e inmejorable relación calidad/precio - La relación calidad/precio del alojamiento es buenísima. Además, se sitúa en una zona alejada del bullicio y de las calles más concurridas y turísticas de la ciudad, por lo que puedes descansar sin problema por las noches. A pesar de ello, no estaba lejos del centro, disponía de un supermercado a 2 minutos andando y se encontraba cerca de muuuchos bares y restaurantes locales. La habitación era bonita y muy espaciosa, nos sentimos muy cómodos en ella. Además, el personal fue muy amable con nosotros y nos guardaron las maletas el día de nuestra partida.

Viviane, Luca und Rocco, ihr seid so nett und hilfsbereit. 😘Ein ganz dickes Lob an euch. Wir werden uns wiedersehen. Das unser 14-tägiger Urlaub so schnell vorbei war. ☹️

• Murt (10/5): Friendly, quiet, well-located. A real gem - Very friendly and helpful staff - just one at a time at the reception, but met all three over our stay. Great chatting with them and lots of helpful advice, including sending us links to cafés and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood, yet close to good restaurants and reasonable walking distance to places of interest. Able to store luggage in the morning and come back later to check-in.
• James (9/5): Clean, friendly and comfortable in the heart of a lovely neighbourhood - Very clean and felt very secure. Staff were great, and had our room ready a few hours early which is always a bonus! Air con, safe, coffee machine, hair dryer. All the extras you need. It worked for us, but could be too out the way for some people. Only 5 mins from lovely neighbourhood with restaurants and bars. Bit further from main tourist area.

There was no bin provided in the bedroom area only a small one in the bathroom.

• Marie-Claude (10/5): Great stay at Flo've - This location was in pristine condition. We were a little leery walking up as it is a little out of the way in a more industrial looking area. However as soon as we went to the check in we were greeted by the friendliest staff we had encountered in Italy. You walk through a compound that is also exceptionally clean to your room. Multi area codes and a final door key for entry. The room was perfect, venetian styled and again very clean. New AC, coffee machine was so appreciated as well as the water. Our room had a little fridge which was great to keep our drinks cool. Bathroom was a good size with a large shower that worked great. Toiletries included, check out easy. Good wifi and a good smart tv we could watch our own Netflix. Highly recommend flo've, excellent value. Nothing
• Rebecca (9/5): Absolutely amazing service. Booked a table at a local restaurant for us and spruced up the room for birthday celebration - Quiet, out of the way of the bustle so it was quiet. Only marked a 9 because no breakfast option.

• Abbie (10/5): Hidden Gem in Venice - The service we received at check in was impeccable. The room was ready early, and the gentleman at the desk went above and beyond to answer our questions and give us plenty of local recommendations. Once inside, we were super impressed with the room. Big, comfy beds, large shower and everything was spotless. While the location is a little walk from the main part of Venice, it was a nice escape from the crowds. It is also super close to a ferry stop and plenty of great bars, resteraunts and cafes. Hard to fault! Only minor thing is that wifi signal in our room was a bit patchy.

• Khrystyna (3/5): Avoid this hotel, not a value for money and a lot of fake reviews - - The room was notably clean upon arrival and maintained throughout the stay. - Fresh towels and water bottles were provided daily, which was a convenient and appreciated service. -The room was free of any unpleasant smells - The quality of the mattress and pillows was poor (like extremely poor). We were barely having any sleep. - Instead of queen bed you get two short single beds put together. - There are a lot of mosquitos. And this is considering we never opened the window and only opening the door to enter or leave. - The room had a connecting door to an adjacent room, which lacked soundproofing. Noise from the neighboring room was fully heard, and a constant light from that room bled into ours. Again, sleeping in this hotel was awful. - Location is somewhat remote. While not far from key attractions, its position required more walking to reach central areas and public transport options. - Toiletries were of a basic quality, limited to a two-in-one shampoo and body wash product. - We were unable to open the curtains to avoid a lack of privacy from passersby. The furniture and overall construction are really cheaply made.
• Joey Umana (8/5): Great value, far from tourist if you like that, most lovely front desk people. - Loved that they had amazing AC and great water pressure and showers. Great front desk next to stores and boat stops. The bed was two doubles and they would slide in the middle made it a bit uncomfortable. a little far from everything but still good.

• Jakub (10/5): - Everything was great! Superb service. We enjoyed every moment of our holiday. Some people say there's not enough coffee, tea or water for the time they stay, but that's incorrect. All you need to do is to leave a cleaning tag on your door handle and they will top up.
