- M (10/5): Good wee flat and excellent location for us - The flat is spot on. It has all that you could need for a stay. We've stayed here before as we attend Mass in Andersonstown just down from the flat so it's very handy and saves us leaving home early instead as we live 85 miles away.
Patrick was very quick to attend to us. There was an issue with the gate not opening and needing to text Patrick. Turned out he had to change the code. That was no real problem but I was out one night and took very ill and had to come home. If It'd happened that night I would have had to wait out in the cold and I'm a very disabled person. Thankfully it didn't happen until the next day.
We tidied up as we always do when we stay anywhere but just want to say sorry for leaving the bag of food in the fridge. It was my intention to take it with us but we forgot to lift it. Also I couldn't find my baby's 2 bottles so I assume they must have rolled under a bed. Again apologies as we like to leave a place decent. Nothing. It's a good apartment. Our car is a 9 seater mini bus so we would never fit into that space. We just parked in the Ballyowen Health Centre instead. It's safe to do so. I grew up in this area so I can vouch for it.

- Gina (8/5): - The place exceeded our expectations, nice place to stay when you're in Belfast, accessible to go to city center by bus Maybe a clothes rack to hang when doing washing
- Patrick (10/5): Owner is very responsive - Great location, clean with comfortable beds.
- Erica (10/5): Exceptional - This was a great place for our family to stay while visiting Belfast. The host was very helpful and communicative. It was easy to get into the city via the Glider and everything we needed for day to day living was nearby.
- Alexandra (7/5): Great location, comfy beds and very cosy sofa - Bedrooms were nice bedding and well presented, sofa was comfy and loved having Netflix and good range of accessible shops. Bathrooms nice and clean No pizza slicer, sticking door at main entrance so hard to open. Would be nice to have bigger bath towels, shower gel and mugs instead of small cups. Fridge not clean with bits of food in it.
- Sonia (10/5): Home from home - Great location!
- Charlene (4/5): . not good - it was not clean under beds and under sofa was very drity I went home at 8 in morning cause i did not feel comfortable
- Nyikadzino (9/5): Superb - The site is very convenient ,comfortable and enough room.
- Ogechukwu (8/5): Very good -
- Preeti (2/5): 2 out of 7 days of our stay went into trying to get the stay fixed, thanks to the wrong pick. - the owner was a nice guy though not friendly. kitchen was functional and bedrooms were good access gate and codes in the initial stages were not communicated well. It felt like a jail when i was stuck inside, owner was out of town and i had to desperately seek help from one of the other residents. advise on using the postal code only would have helped as we were going from US. Google maps kept taking me to a wrong address. stairs to the apartment were inconvenient with luggage, there was a wild cat (that's what i i thought) in the back yard, a bit scary. the entrance door to the building was in a very bad shape. Master bathroom had a shower system that was totally out of whack. I had to get the owner to attend to it twice. TV remotes were not functional and there were no buttons on the TV.
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Kellie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sean (4/5): Disappointing - The extra parking charge despite the owner having a parking space.
- Ashley (9/5): Superb -
- Rosie (10/5): Amazing location, not far from Belfast city centre. Lovely little apartment. My family and I we definitely be back - Location
Clean and tidy
The host was amazing and very patient
- Ursula (8/5): Very good -
- Amanda (10/5): Lovely flat - Lovely flat, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Everything available that you could need. Patrick was a lovely host. Location was great for us as we go to Mass in Andersonstown. Just be aware that only one car parking space is available and it could be a little tight depending on what you drive but you could park in the Ballyowen Health Centre just a bit further up the road. The flat is up two short flights of stairs.
- Cara (8/5): Would definitely recommend and would stay again. - The beds were very comfortable and loved having 2 bathrooms with showers.
The host was amazing. Always responded quickly to any questions. Great location for groceries, wine and food. Should have left 2 sets of keys to make it easier for both people coming and going.
Would have liked more cleaning supplies to keep it clean while we were there.

- Cliff (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable apartment. Very quiet despite being just off the main road. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. Plenty of local amenities within walking distance and easy transport links in and out of Belfast. Host is present and very easy to communicare with should any issues arise.
- Martina (8/5): Very good - The apartment was well kept and the host Patrick was very nice and accommodating.. the location is brilliant and the secure parking is excellent.. the beds are very comfortable and the apartment has everything you need with a choice of two shops and take aways right across the street. Google maps was not that accurate, the apartment is above Slane cycles
- Hugh (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the location and the security of the flat. The facilities where good also. The only thing I didn't like and this is the same for everywhere I have stayed. The lack of keys feel there should be at least two sets.
- Cathy (4/5): A quiet well located apartment but needs a few upgrades to make it worth the price. - The location of the apartment is excellent and although located on a very busy road during the day it was quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and good cooking facilities. There were a few issues I had with the apartment that stopped me from giving this an excellent review. Firstly the cost. ..I expected a premium accommodation because the apartment was on the expensive side for Belfast but it wasn’t. There was an issue with the door lock and I couldn’t access the property. Fortunately my son was inside and was able to open it for me. I could see someone getting stuck outside easily enough. Secondly the parking wasn’t included in the price which I felt was a bit mean given the cost of the apartment. The third issue was the heating. The heating works on a booster system so you need to turn it on every hour. When on the apartment was warm. However the apartment did not retain the heat well and both my son and I got very cold during the night. Both bedrooms were the same. There were not extra blankets either.
- Rodrick (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the location, It's a very nice and quiet area, It's close to shops and public transport, It's very close to the city centre 😀 The facility was very clean and well equipped, I would proudly recommend it.

- Anonymous (10/5): Our stay was excellent. Very nice place to stay . - It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was great. The sofa bed sheets were not clean upon arrival. So we did not use it. Also no place to unpack your clothes. Had to keep envying our luggage.
- Carol (9/5): Gem of an apartment - The location and the apartment were perfect,v homely and clean. Nothing
- Kelly (10/5): A home away from home - Loved this beautiful apartment in Belfast. It felt so homely and everything smelled super fresh (towels, bedding, and throws) The beds were unbelievably comfortable. I have never felt a bed so comfortable in all my years travelling in Ireland or abroad and I have travelled a lot! Our host Patrick was very responsive and helpful in every way and I really hope to visit again next year 😊 thank you for allowing us to use your home for the weekend. We thoroughly enjoy our stay. good quiet area with shops and a swimming pool 5 minutes away.
the owner is very pleasant and helpful.
- Nathalie (10/5): Fantastic flat in Belfast! - We would all like to recommend this flat!
First off the host was quick and easy to get a hold of. They were also very helpful when we had technical issues and some questions.
The flat was the nicest place I've stayed at on any of my trips to the UK, especially for that price!
Not only was it fresh and clean but also had a homey, welcoming decor, big fluffy bedding and thick, nice towels - all things that makes the stay much nicer & more comfortable.
Moreover the hosts gave clear directions on how to get into town, nice places to eat etc. This was most appreciated!
