Suficiente para grupos de amigos e possui os utensílios domésticos para refeições, manutenção da limpeza e estadia. Como toda vila de praia, a água encanada tem uma leve salinidade. Os anfitriões disponibilizam água mineral na casa normalmente, não há problema. Mas com relação ao banho na casa, pode ser inconveniente para pessoas mais criteriosas nos cuidados com o cabelo, pele, etc.
