• DR V A SENTHIL (10/5): Value for money.Highly recommended. - Excellent location. Nice and clean , spacious and well furnished apartments. Claudio is a great host-he came and received us in front of the apartment and was in touch with us before our arrival.Nice flea market on Fridays just behind the apartments. Nothing.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 ,due adulti con due bimbe e siamo stati veramente bene, tutto era stato preparato con cura per il nostro arrivo. Il valore aggiunto sono state la gentilezza, la cortesia e la disponibilità del sig Claudio che ci ha attesi per il nostro check in anticipato e ci ha permesso di prolungare persino il check out. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere. Assolutamente nulla

Lots of restaurants to choose from on the doorstep. The apartment was immaculately clean with all the facilities you need in the kitchen area. Very comfortable super king size bed, excellent shower with constant hot water. Claudio (the owner) was very helpful and answered any queries we had before our trip. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone looking to visit Bologna. Nothing

We were driving and the parking lot was right around the corner which made it an easy get to. Claudio was great with communication and met us at the door when we arrived. Would definitely stay again

• Ray (10/5): Excellent, comfortable apartment in the heart of old Bologna - The apartment is in a historical building and is very well modernised and renovated. Set back well from the street it is very quiet, while being located right in the old town of Bologna. There is a nice kitchen, but given the amazing restaurants surrounding the location we did not get a chance to cook ourselves. The host is very responsive and excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend Casabetta Felsina.

• André (10/5): Excelent!! - Everything was great! Claudio, our host, is a very friendly person and even not talking too much english, he did beyond his skills to try to communicate! The apartment is modern, it was cleaned, good size, refrigerator working great, air conditioner also working great. The bed was comfortable as hell.. the sofa-bed was ok, but I think all sofa-beds are just "ok", so nothing new for us. Claudio also left some amenities in the apartment, like coffee capsules, water and juice. It was close to Bologna's main square (Piazza Maggiore) some minutes walking. Ah, and the shower was also amazing! I stayed in Italy for 12 days and stayed in 5 different accomodations and this one was, by far, the best! I definitely recommend it!! Nothing! :-)

Just off a busy road but totally quiet inside. Apartment was exceptionally clean and well furnished, beds were super comfortable. Claudio the host was very friendly and the apartment felt very secure. Please don’t be put off by the renovations going on at the entrance to the block, it looks a mess but doesn’t interfere at all with the apartment.
