• Alyson (9/5): Great location for a city break. Clean, comfortable and good value for money. - Location, comfort and cleanliness was very good. Directions and how to enter the property was well explained. Bathroom and kitchen were well equipped with toiletries and cleaning products. Access to and from the lobby and car park were very good too - free parking was a bonus.

On the 6th floor so no noise from the road or train line. Car was safe in a secure car park. Beds were a little uncomfortable would be my only issue. Beds a little uncomfortable

A problem we overcome… £20 compensation followed by radio silence from the host is not acceptable as this ruined our daily trip away.

It was immaculately clean with everything we needed inside. The toiletries were good quality. There was plenty of crockery, etc. The beds were very comfy and the bed linen good quality cotton. It had a parking space and access to apartment was easy. Security was top notch. Communication with the host was excellent and he was very helpful. And despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet. I live in the countryside and am usually kept awake by any traffic noise - I heard nothing and slept soundly. In fact, we were so impressed with it we are now seriously considering buying an apartment in this block as a city getaway!! Nothing! The only improvement would be a roll of kitchen towel would have been useful (or a second tea towel).

• Amelia (8/5): Overall we had a lovely stay, the apartment is very modern and the location was super convenient. - Amazing location, super close to the city centre, really comfortable, spacious apartment which was very modern and well equipped. The beds were really comfy and the bathrooms were great. The living space is lovely and comfortable It wasn’t the easiest to get into the actual apartment - but I do understand that can’t be changed. A couple of the cutlery and plates had a few marks and there did seem to be some ants in the kitchen and bathroom areas.

• Ali (7/5): It is Ok - The location 1- Noisy trains can be heard loudly. 2-The beds are not comfortable 3- There is no wardrobes in one of the bedrooms. You need to keep your clothes in the luggage all the time. 4- There is no standing shower head in one of the bathrooms

King sided beds would have been preferable to double beds (although the mattresses were comfortable). Would have also been nice to have had a few more mugs and spoons as only one per person. Would also have been nice to have left 1/2 dishwasher tablets.
