The outdoor patio and outdoor options are great for any occasion, my family and I enjoyed our stay there and happy with the experience we had. Loved the sunny front porch to sit out and have coffee in the morning. All propane tanks for fire table were empty.
• cam (9/5): Great place and stay and very helpful and friendly hostess. Would recommend! - Had everything one would need in an Airbnb. Full kitchen supply(though didn’t cook on this stay), plenty of towels, paper towel, pretty well stocked and cleaned. Note AC is in main living area not in bedrooms. Bdrm equipped with ceiling fan and additional floor fan so it’s not too bad. Would recommend and stay again. Shower area on second floor could have more light. Kinda dark when showering at night.

• Akshatha (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect stands true for it's name. It's heart of Julian. House is very lovely. Loved the kitchen and all the furniture inside. It's very great find for the price. Host immediately helped with the anything needed. We were told about the existing heater situations before. I would just suggest they can get bigger heaters for rooms for cozier setup. Not a negative, but it will be a great upgrade.
