• Lowri (10/5): Great place to stay ina great location - Lovely clean flat and ideal location The flat was lovely, no complaints. There was also a lovely outdoor garden though, where there were a lot of leaves that carried through when going in and out.

• Lien (10/5): Perfect, spacious, great host! - Perfect stay! Host provided us with all the amenities we needed for 10 days; bathroom was nicely stocked up, kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and to clean up! Very spacious apartment as well so we were very comfortable. It’s not as soundproof but neighbours weren’t loud.

La ubicación es buena y está al lado del metro y el autobús, en una zona con comercios y restaurantes. Hay cápsulas de café para el desayuno, es un gran detalle. La limpieza es mejorable.

Minden gördülékeny volt, egy tiszta, kis lakás fogadott. Közel volt a metróállomás, a szálláson több európai konnektor átalakítót is találtunk. Összességében egy kellemes, 4 főnek kiváló, jó ár/érték arányú ideiglenes szálláshely volt.

• wendy (9/5): Lovely apartment with great transport links and very clean - The property was very clean in appearance and also you could smell fresh laundry as you walked in. The apartment was ideal and so close to Queen’s Park subway. We had some coffee pods provided as well as toiletries.

Property in excellent condition, and very good communication from owner. Neighbours upstairs are extremely noisy, prepare not to sleep well as they move around and stay up very late. Also apartment is a bit small, not lots of space especially in the bathroom
• Tessa (10/5): - Perfect appartement voor ons als gezin met 2 tieners. Comfortabele bedden, nette keuken en badkamer en fijne tuin. Alles schoon en netjes. Zeer dichtbij konden we de auto parkeren, meteen de metro instappen, supermarkt om de hoek en leuke eettentjes in de omgeving. We zaten op goede afstand van Wembley voor een concert. Maar vanuit deze wijk kun je gerust heel London zien en reizen met de underground.
• Havana (10/5): Excellent location for exploring West London with family - This hosts was responsive and very helpful. We had a smooth check in and the facilities were excellent. We appreciated the coffee machine and available iron. Everything was clean and comfortable. The garden had a table and seats so we could sit in the sunshine. The sofa beds were ok for short stays but for longer stays would need to be more comfortable as they have a groove which prevents a truly restful night sleep. Also hosts could consider allowing smoking in the garden area.

• Manjunatha (10/5): Neat and tidy with nice facilities - It was clear and tidy. Suffice utensils to cook. M&S just cross the road. A proper single bed room. Check in and Check out timings could be better. Area around is bit down but we didn’t face any issues and once you are in the house it doesn’t matter.
• Patrick (9/5): Heerlijk appartement vlakbij metrostation, supermarktje en restaurants - Een heel fijn appartement vlakbij het metrostation. Ook de supermarkt is zeer dichtbij en verschillende restaurants. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. We hebben echt genoten van deze plek. Wij waren met drie personen en hadden de ruimte. Het appartement is met zorg ingericht en heerlijk dat er een tuin (binnenplaats) is. We durfden het alleen niet aan de deuren naar buiten open te laten in de nacht dus het werd wel wat warm binnen met slapen (het was ook wel erg warm weer moet ik zeggen). Er zit een soort spleet in het midden van de slaapbanken. Wij hebben de kleine sprei die op het bed ligt als decoratie opgerold en in de spleet gelegd onder de matrashoes en daardoor lagen de slaapbanken prima voor ons! Ik heb er goed op geslapen. Ze zijn ook lekker groot voor 1 persoon. Let erop dat de achterste pootjes onder de slaapbanken goed zijn uitgeklapt. Het gebouw is wat gehorig. De bovenburen hoorden we geregeld maar ik vond dat niet erg en had er zelf geen last van.
• Sandra (9/5): - Le logement est situé à 3 min à pied du metro et juste en face d’un arrêt de bus. Très pratique pour se déplacer et le quartier est assez tranquille avec plusieurs commerces. Le logement est très bien équipé avec le nécessaire pour plusieurs jours. Petit plus il y a une terrasse. Le propriétaire nous a autorisé à venir déposer nos valises plus tôt afin de ne pas être encombrer pour la journée, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. RAS
• Kim (9/5): - Schön eingerichtes Apartment, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm, Rückmeldungen bei Fragen oder Anmerkungen kamen zeitnah. Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Probleme. Sehr praktisch sind die Bahn- und Busstationen direkt vor der Haustür, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis zu später Stunde. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto steht man auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz gegenüber für nur max. 8 Pfund pro Tag, in London preislich unschlagbar. Die Schlafsofas sind durch die Trennung in der Mitte etwas unbequem, eine dünne Matratze darauf würde wahrscheinlich schon etwas helfen. Persönlich fand ich die Umgebung etwas unangenehm, die Straßen sind hier leider ziemlich vermüllt. Dafür kann das Apartment ja aber nix.

Very little noise. Great wi fi. So close to Queens Park Station, shops and pubs.There's a great little coffee shop right outside - Aussies, make sure to ask for an extra shot! In this flat, every detail has been thought of for your comfort. I stayed with my 2 teenage kids. I got the bedroom and they shared the living areas with 2 fold down beds, which were really comfy. The place is pretty recently renovated and just as decribed and as shown in the photos. On the Bakerloo line. 15 to 20 minutes into central London. And, the host is very responsive. This is the nicest, best value flat in London for 3 people. We stayed for 3 days and loved it. I never write reviews, so that shows how much I rate this place. Book it!

Beautiful decor and a little haven to stay in. Lots of nice touches and everything you need if you want to cook etc. Nothing, it was great.
• Inessa (10/5): Exceptional - The property is very clean and neat. It is very modern and cozy, a lovely place to stay with a group of friends. Noise wise, we heard nothing which is definitely a benefit as the area itself can be quite noisy. Offers shampoo, conditioner, body soap and dish soap which is always a plus. There is a large outdoor space, I definitely recommend. Queens Park underground station is a 2 minute work and on the bakerloo line which gets you to Piccadilly or Oxford circus in less than 15 minutes. The only issue was that the oven didn’t work.

• Saskia (9/5): Quiet, comfortable, clean & super convenient location. - We liked just about everything in the apartment. You wouldn't expect it to be so quiet inside with how busy the street is outside but you really couldn't hear a thing when all of the doors and windows are closed. And even when they are open, none of them face the street so it's still pretty darn quiet, you'd probably only hear the absolute loudest of vehicles or sirens passing particularly close by. The patio is enclosed at the rear and has lovely double doors via the kitchen and adjacent bedroom - the bedroom and bathroom also have high ceilings with skylight windows, that have blackout blinds built into them. You can very easily open both the blinds or the windows with little switches in the walls all in all you can get some nice airflow through the apartment, you can have plenty of natural light during the day or ample darkness to enjoy a sleep in with. Bed was comfy, good pillows, soft sheets, even provided fluffy blankets on the sofa's - which we used to sleep cause it was the hottest nights of the year and the covers were too much. Wifi worked just fine, the QR code on the card to rapidly connect to it was nice as well, no needing to type out the long random passwords into your phones at least. They even provided laundry detergent to use with the washing machine and anything you'd need in a kitchen. Honestly everything went really smoothly, they even let us have a late checkout for free, really couldn't recommend the place more. Oh! and the location is great! You're in Zone 2, so as long as you didn't drive through zone 1 to reach the place, you won't have to pay the congestion charge. If your car isn't too old or high emissions then you won't need to pay for the ULEZ charge here either (for ref, I drive a 2006 Renault Megane & didn't need to pay for ULEZ, your old car might actually get by too, just check the TFL website to be safe). These are completely minor things, the property really was overall a great place to stay & it's very new still, so they're probably still working out the final kinks of the place. - A fan or AC unit would have been nice, especially since it was the middle of the summer when we stayed. - Lighter duvet set during the summer months would be good, the one on the bed when we arrived was lovely, but really thick and just too heavy and hot for the time of year (We ended up using the light fluffy blankets from the sofa's to sleep with & that worked great for us, we were glad they were there). - Larger towels would have been nice, but it's not really a problem. - The sofa's are also fold out beds, which is fine, but they're not as comfortable as a dedicated sofa would be & I think providing a foot stool of some sort would be a good way to counter balance the level of comfort there (We used the dinning table's chair as foot rests), especially since after a long day out you really do want to just put your feet up. Oh, if you want to park in the paid parking lot across from the accommodation it's decently cheap by the way, and lots of free parking hours overnight and such from it too. That's it, that's all I can think of, go ahead and book without worry, it's a good location, the interiors good, it's quiet and comfortable, you'll have a good time.
