Staff was able to troubleshoot and mediate the problem I was experi - Property itself is clean, contains air conditioning and overall the building and amenities (elevator, air conditioning, washroom fixtures etc) are in working order and in relatively good shape. My first 15 minutes staying in our suite the air conditioner broke. Staff attempted to reset the unit by flipping the breaker panel but was only semi-successful as the air conditioning unit stopped working after 15 minutes and error codes started flashing.

Location was walking distance to everything We booked a 3 bedroom apartment, but felt like 3 seperate hotel rooms. It was still very nice and clean so not really a fault!
• karen (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in Hoi An - Hannah's House is a lovely place to stay. Very central to everything. Set back of the main street, so fairly quiet. By 10pm everything is quiet. 1 minute walk to night markets at end of the street, 10 minute walk to other markets. Pubs and eatery places about 5 minutes. We had the 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and could not fault it. Exceptionally clean and very well equipped with towels, storage for clothes etc. We used their laundry service and everything came back fresh and clean, folded in a bag. The reception ladies are SO lovely and chatty and couldn't do enough for us. We used 1 of their tour services and it was very efficient and very reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone. Nothing

• Tara (8/5): Cute and cosy. Great location and friendly staff. - Hannah’s House in Hoi An was such a cute and cosy stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. I booked a one-bedroom room, which was perfect for a couple of nights while exploring the Old Town—comfortable and compact. The location was ideal too—only a 2-minute walk to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street so it felt peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend. Reduce the items on the table into one tray to create more room/storage for my things.

Outside the room, there was a shared kitchen with complete cooking equipment and dining utensils, I used it to reheat food so that no smells carried into my bedroom. The staffs were also fantastic. I booked a tour through the hotel and I was happy how it nice it was.

Können wir empfehlen (bei gutem Schlaf). - Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einem erfrischenden Getränk (selbstgemachten Tee) und Erfrischungstüchern versorgt, das war sehr zuvorkommend nach unserer längeren Anreise. Und obwohl Hoi An erst vor knapp 1 1/2 Monaten mit extremen Wetterereignissen (Überflutungen) konnten wir davon in der Unterkunft nichts feststellen. Die Räume im Erdgeschoss wurden neu gemacht, alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, es gab täglich frisches Wasser, es gab auch einen Wasserkocher und der Föhn war auch super. Uns wurde eine tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers angeboten und auch täglich die Handtücher (3 pro Person) gewechselt. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr sauber, schöne Dusche und viel Platz. Das Personal war auch nett und freundlich. Die Unterkunft hatte einen kostenlosen Verleih von Fahrrädern angeboten, diese waren super. Die Lage des Hotels ist einerseits super zentral, nur 3min Fußweg zum Nachtmarkt und 10 bis ins Zentrum, leider war es aber entsprechend laut nachts und der Hahn hat ab 4:30 morgens keine Ruhe gegeben, daher waren wir leider schon immer früh wach.

Tunh at reception and Thuy in housekeeping were professional, totally accommodating and delightful in manner. The Penthouse with both indoor and outdoor spas were fantastic during our 7-night stay. • AZMAN (9/5): Great two nights stay! - Loved its location, the hospitality of the staff, and the chill, fuss-free vibes of the property. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Too much counter space and storage in the kitchenette which could've been turned into a cozy sitting area instead.
• NORIKO (6/5): CPと立地が良好 - ロケーションは、トゥボン川から徒歩3分位の所なので、夜の街並みを見てここに戻るのにはナイトマーケットを通って散策しながら戻る事ができます。ここの並びに有名なベトナム料理の人気店があるので、とても都合良かったです。立地的に観光場所へ徒歩圏内ですが、ここは静かな所なので好適です。狭い部屋ですが必要最小限の物は揃ってます。宿泊費がお安いのでCPは良いと思います。 トイレとシャワースペースが兼用で、排水口がトイレのドアの下にあるので、シャワーを使うとトイレ部分の床まですべてが水浸しになります。こういう作りは初めてだったので、ビックリ仰天でした。シャワースペースにも排水口は必要だと思います。あと、冷蔵庫の庫内温度をマックスに設定しても、冷え冷えにはならず、効きが悪かったです。冷蔵保存しなければならない薬を持っていたので、困りました。室内に湯沸かしポットがあると良かったです。スーツケースが床に広げられないほど狭かったです。ぎりぎり広げると、ベットからトイレまで歩くスペースがありません。なので宿泊費がお安い理由は納得でした。
• Mario (7/5): Bien calidad/precio - La ubicación es muy buena y la habitación estaba muy limpia. Nos dejaron un paraguas cuando llovía. Lo peor fue la sensación de falta de intimidad. Se trata de una casa que han dividido en habitaciones. En cada planta hay salas comunes y la puerta de la habitación da a esta sala común. El problema es que la puerta no aísla absolutamente nada de lo que ocurre en la sala común. Además, por estar tan céntrico, hay bastante ruido de vehículos y los gallos de los vecinos se escuchan perfectamente cuando se acerca el amanecer. Otra cosa que no nos gustó fue que a primera hora de la mañana y a última de la noche no encontramos personal que hablara algo de inglés. Finalmente, probablemente sea una mala experiencia puntual porque en general estaba todo muy limpio, pero durante la última noche tuvimos que matar una cucaracha voladora dentro de la habitación cuando no habíamos abierto la ventana en toda la estancia.

Since being in Vietnam this has been the best accommodation by far. Great location, very central though just a few streets back from the hustle. Night street markets at the end of the street. Would highly recommend this accommodation. If I was to come back to Hoi An I would with a doubt stay at Hanna’s House again. Nothing

Have free bikes to use, rooms are really nice and have a communal kitchen which is handy and looks very well kept, aircon is pretty good and there’s also fans on the walls which helped. Great location, could walk just up the road and was at the market and then about a 5 min walk from the main area. Also randomly had really nice robes to use. N/A
• AYAKO (10/5): - ・立地が最高です。 オールドタウンまで徒歩5分ほどです。 レストラン、ミニストア、マッサージ等も 数分圏内なのに、周辺は静かで、夜も安全でした。 ・お部屋が清潔で、新しいです。 ベッドの寝心地も良いです。 掃除も完璧、水回りも綺麗でシャワーの水圧温度も問題なし、バスローブもありました。 ・バルコニーで洗濯物干しもできるし、 ゆっくり過ごすこともできました。 ・スタッフさんたちが、全員親切でした。 周辺の情報を、教えて下さったり、 外から戻るとレモングラスウォーターと、おしぼりを渡してくれて。とても、リフレッシュできました。 夜の間の警備の男性も、いつもにこやかで 癒されました。 何か不都合なことがあれば何でも言って、オーナーに話すから、と、とてもサービス精神に溢れるスタッフさんもいました。 私たちは利用しませんでしたが、無料で自転車もレンタルがありました。 ホイアンでの宿は、本当にこちらをおすすめしたいです。 何もありません。
• Whitney (10/5): Good value for money. - Great location close to everything but tucked away from noise. Room was lovely, clean, modern. Small, but that suited me as a solo traveller. Different size rooms are available. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommend. Everything was great.
• Fei (10/5): totally recommended - hannah's house were very helpful on arranging our bana hill pickup + airport drop off during our stay, which made our trip very smooth ms trinh (not sure if i spelled her name correctly) was very helpful and informative, she briefed us enough and also gave us a tourist map! hannah's house (except the short stairs at the entrance) has lift for you to access your apartments above we rode hannah's house bicycles and it was very enjoyable hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable laundry service was 50k vnd per kg, you just have to pass them your laundry and they would wash and fold for you, which is super helpful they had their spa right at the lobby area, altho we didn't get to schedule into our itinerary but i believe it's a good thing to have! we loved hannah's house and reaaaally recommend to all of you :) -

• Bob (10/5): Professionally fitted and run property in a good location - We had a totally enjoyable 5 nights at Hannah House. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, We called back to visit them, with a warm welcome, later in our stay in Vietnam The top floor room is well equipped with good views, a fully fitted kitchen and all facilities were as stated, including the large terrace with a twin spa bath - an excellent start to the day! The location is perfect for us. The locals are very friendly, so are the local shops. At the end of the street, the road becomes the sizeable and fascinating Night Market, at 4pm, all the way to the river. Within walking distant are all the facilities - bars, restaurants, shops, sightseeing, the Japanese Bridge and a walk or short ride to the Ancient Town. There are plenty of tours, try Grandma's Home Cooking, a few meters from Hannah House, a professional cooking class based on a river island - excellent. We recommend Hannah House and we hope to be back soon. No problems whatsoever.
• Dóra (9/5): Clean small room with strong AC, however the location is far from good cafes, restaurants and Hoi An market - - There is an elevator which made it easy to bring up our heavy luggages. - The room was clean, they asked us kindly every day if do we want any cleaning and also offer us cold towels and drinks which were a really kind gesture. - I really loved the tiny cute balcony, it is narrow but enough to sit 2 person so we could eat there and also use a notebook since there is a table (maybe would be nice if there is a socket outside so we can use it to charge any device but it is not a big deal). - The AC work perfectly. - There are tiny stores nearby where we could buy water, snacks and at the end of the street there are really cheap and delicious streetfood restaurants with extremely kind owners - The wall is a bit thin so we could hear the neighbours arriving home late or watching TV, but it wasn’t a big problem. - The room looks exactly like on the pictures so we know it will be small, but it felt way too small. There aren’t enough space to open big luggages and still be able to walk comfortably in the room. - It has a good location for night activities (night market, lantern boat rides), however there isn’t any bakery on the whole An Hoi island neither any good cafe which open early (7-8am), so every morning we had to ask for a grab to get to the other side of the bridge and have any breakfast. - The hostel’s car service and laundry is a bit pricey, after walking around some time in the city there are much lower prices

• Michael (10/5): Quiet oasis in Hoi An - The penthouse has a great terrace where we enjoyed a soak in the tub. The suite is spacious and comfortable. The property is in a quiet location, away from the crowds and traffic. It was great to ride the bikes (available for free) through the empty streets in the morning. Wish there was coffee at the property.

• Ruby (8/5): It was a good stay, the location is great, and the bike is a big plus! - the staff were friendly, offered bikes to explore the ancient town. the door is locked at night, the staff have to open the door for us each time. I felt bad going in and out.
• Karen (7/5): Nice location and friendly staff - Penthouse apartment was nice to have extra room to spread out, the location was great, staff very helpful. We booked this apartment especially to use the Jacuzzi but there is not sufficient hot water to fill it so not useful in the winter months, they did try to rectify but nothing could be done. The other issue is there needs to be privacy glass as anyone who walks up the final stairs can see in to the main room and this happened to us which is not a nice feeling.
• Sophie (10/5): Amazing stay over New years - The people at Hannah house are so kind and helpful! It was so nice to meet Hannah and we had a lovely celebration for New Years. The beds are comfortable with room cleaned regularly. Only a short walk to great food and coffee spots

• Holger (10/5): Amazing - Wonderful room, smack in the middle of hoi an's ancient town. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We didnt get to stay there longer. Also the street its on does get flooded during the flood season.
• Abi (9/5): Great little hotel - friendly staff and good location! - We went all out and booked the Penthouse apartment which was amazing - it was spacious, clean and had a lovely little outdoor space with a jacuzzi. Fab if you want to have an Airbnb feel for a few nights - wanting to cook a little and do some washing. Comfortable beds and pillows, TV with Netflix! Hoi An is pretty small anyway but hotel is in a good location - in a quiet area but only a 5 minute walk to the main busy area with the shops and restaurants. The night market was literally just down the end of the road. The receptionist (Trinh) was extremely helpful and friendly. Just a separate tip for your travel plans - fly or train into De Nang (DAD) not Hue - De Nang is much closer! Nothing.

• Sook (10/5): A night in Hoi An - Interestingly the name “house” is quite literally someone’s home converted into boutique hotel. The homes along the neighbourhood keeps their door wide open throughout the night because its safe! Our family booked the entire floor with 3 rooms. Without the entire apartment to ourselves, the rooms could be a bit tight. The rooms are newly renovated with modern amenities. Location very very close to the bridge, restaurants, bars, shops. We got to ride bicycle around the town in the morning. It’s a good spot for an overnight.

The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. • Lee (10/5): I’ve stayed at neighbouring homestays and hotels, and for the same price, Hannah’s House is first class. - Very clean and modern rooms. Soundproofing is good. Prime location, night market in the same block, 5min walk to ancient town, cant get any better. Very kind and hospitable staff, especially the receptionist (Trinh). Nothing.
• Simon (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay at Hannah's. We had a three bed family room, which was excellent value and the same price as most two bed accommodation. The kids loved having their own rooms. The apartment was refreshingly modern with a new fit out and finish, with little things like TVs, plugs and taps all funky and working! The reception seems slightly strange as it sits in a seemingly empty spa, but we were very well looked after with welcome cold towels and drinks each time we came home. The location was great, a lovely quiet street, but only 5 minutes to walk to the night market and the centre of town with some excellent local food stalls at the street end. We were particularly touched with the thought taken over our son's 12th birthday, with a cake, gift and lovely decorated bedroom. Thank you
• Alan (10/5): This is the place to stay in Hoi An. - The staff went beyond expectations by delivering my left-behind jewelry to the airport before our departure! They also arranged our tours and gave us bikes to explore. Accommodations superior & spacious. Location perfect. On-site spa service was a bonus. Loved this place! We loved everything about Hannah's House.

• Raphaela (8/5): Very good - incredible friendly staff. each floor has a very nice, modern kitchen available for use (shared among 3 rooms). newly renovated and very clean. each room has an aroma oil diffusor available. ceiling light (colour and brightness) is adjustable the stone tiling on the bedroom walls make the room feel a bit sterile.
• Mateja (5/5): Passable - Beautifull new apartment with jacuzzi on the terrace. But they have serious issues with privacy. We found last day security camera, filming all terrace. Also between flat and staircase there is a glass wall (and most probably other camera). At least they should tell guests that they will be filmed all the time.
• Joyee (10/5): Highly recommended stay in Hoi Ann - Well-furnished property. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Free bicycle access. Very accessible to the Hoi An ancient town.
• Sophia (9/5): Delightful - Really delightful stay. The property had an excellent location and the staff were sweet. The rooms were as they looked in the photos and felt very clean. The aircon was also very effective. We used the bikes to get around the town - highly recommend doing that! They also organised a driver back to the airport for a very early morning which we appreciated. Plus we got given a cute gift at the end! It would be good if they offered breakfast but this is something we knew about prior to booking so didn’t affect my rating.
• Anders (10/5): Best Stay in Asia - This has been the best place we’ve stayed during our trip through Asia. The staff goes above and beyond with their service. The location is perfect—on a quiet street but only a 2-minute walk to the center. The room was clean and stylish, and the facilities were excellent, including the option to borrow bikes for free. Absolutely nothing negative to say.
