(10/5): Appartamento indipendente con posto auto in giardino, una rarità al Vomero! - L'appartamento era davvero carino ed altrettanto il giardino attrezzato, ma il plus è stato il parcheggio privato che al Vomero è qualcosa più unica che rara. Posso garantirlo inquanto sono nato e cresciuto in questo splendido quartiere. Ovviamente la posizione è magnifica, con metro e funicolari ad un passo. In generale nulla, suggerirei solo di far trovare agli ospiti un pò di acqua da bere e magari una macchinetta del caffè a capsule.

• Fabrice (6/5): Bel extérieur qui compense l'intérieur non conforme à l'annonce - Le grand extérieur est vraiment top pour un appartement de centre ville. Grande table, cuisine d'été... Il y avait un baby foot mais il était cassé. Proche des transports en commun. L'annonce indiquait explicitement deux chambres ; il s'agissait là d'un de nos critères de recherche, car nous avons des enfants et souhaitions pouvoir profiter du salon tout en respectant le sommeil des uns et des autres. Or il n'y a qu'une chambre, la seconde étant le salon. Par ailleurs la cuisine est vraiment minuscule, impossible de s'y tenir à deux ou même de cuisiner.

• Fauxia (7/5): - La posizione è buona, comodo il parcheggio dentro il giardino che in primavera può essere estremamente utile. Siamo arrivati e i termosifoni erano freddi. Abbiamo scritto ai proprietari che ci hanno risposto anche se era l'ultimo dell'anno.
• Giuseppe (5/5): - Parcheggio riservato per l'auto, struttura a due passi dal Vomero Letto matrimoniale molto scomodo, contenitore del sapone liquido in bagno incrostato e sporco, c'è la macchinetta del caffè ma non c'è nemmeno una cialda, frigo senza nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua. Mancano le basi dell'accoglienza
• Angela (8/5): Bella struttura, ben tenuta e pulita. Staff cordiale e attento anche in giorni di festa come il Natale . Ottimo il parch - Pulita, comoda Consiglierei qualche capsula in più per il caffè che almeno coprisse tutte le mattine durante il soggiorno compreso il giorno del check out e magari qualche cuscino per chi dovesse aver bisogno.
• Alberto (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Posizione comoda alla metro e a vari servizi. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla nel Vomero. Servizi completi ottimo per una famiglia di 4 Strada per accedere alla struttura molto stretta e il parcheggio richiede qualche manovra
• ilaria (9/5): - Un piccolo appartamento in pieno Vomero, comodissimo perché a piano terra con possibilità di parcheggio interno ed una veranda che nel periodo estivo potrebbe essere una grande risorsa. Essendo sopra un garage si sente un po’ di rumore in camera da letto.

• Francesca (10/5): - Ottima posizione vicino alla funicolare e alla metro, ben servita da pizzerie, ristoranti e super mercati, molto carino lo spazio esterno e il parcheggio all'interno è una vera comodità visto il poco parcheggio nella zona completa di tutti i servizi dalla lavatrice al microonde veramente soddisfatta Dovrebbe essere curata un po di più la pulizia che in alcuni punti non era un granché

Property had washing machin but owner didn't put powder or liquid detergent. There was a very small shampoo that was enough for one time in case i booked for 8 days. Bed was uncomfortable. Blankets had no cover Propert had no safety box. Bath cabin is too small as your body hit the glass. Kitchen is too small.

• ivanov (10/5): Mi sono trovata davvero bene durante il soggiorno, è stata una favola! - Ho apprezzato molto la posizione, davvero ottimale. È ben collegata con due linee delle funivie, la metropolitana e l’autobus, il che rende gli spostamenti molto comodi e veloci. Unica nota: la colazione non era prevista nel soggiorno, quindi consiglio di tenerlo in considerazione se è un aspetto importante per voi. Nel complesso, una buona esperienza soprattutto per chi vuole muoversi facilmente in zona. Uno dei grandi vantaggi è sicuramente il lusso di avere un parcheggio interno tutto tuo, una comodità che fa davvero la differenza. Un punto da considerare riguarda la privacy. La struttura è circondata da altri palazzi e l’ingresso pedonale si trova praticamente di fronte alla finestra di un condominio. Questo può far sentire un po’ esposti, anche se personalmente non è stato fastidioso. Forse installare una tenda attaccata alla tettoia potrebbe essere una buona soluzione per migliorare la privacy.

• Daiana (10/5): Exceptional - It was very well kept small appartment. Next to the funiculare in a great location. Very clean place! We were 2 adults and 2 kids,so it was perfect for us. The host was helpful and let us have late checkout. Would come back for sure. That our stay was only 4days😁
• Kate (5/5): It was fine and served it’s purpose but we would not book again due to the above reasons. - We liked the location and we liked that there was a a garden. The bed was comfy and the WiFi was good. We needed a proper fridge and freezer as we were traveling we raw dog food that needed it to stay frozen..sadly the freezer was tiny and not usable at all. we requested to cancel a few minutes after booking but were declined. not very accommodating or helpful hosts, and for us this is more important than the place itself. There was leftover food in the fridge from previous visitors and bags of trash left on the patio. and the outside was not cleaned nicely.
• Flávia (10/5): would stay again - the location was convenient, the street was quiet, parking spot excellent, everything was great during our stay. The host was easy to reach. minor things: the bathroom was a little bit small, specially the shower area. no big mirror at the house.
• Anthony (9/5): Superb - Comfortable, clean apartment with a huge garden/patio area. Close to the Metro stations, groceries and restaurants. Riccardo was an excellent host and available for questions and recommendations for restaurants, etc.
• Simi (9/5): Superb - We traveled with our two small children (ages 3 and 8 months) and this was a perfect apartment for our stay - comfortable bed for us, separate pullout bed for our 3 year old in the living room, and a crib for our baby. We loved having the outdoor patio area as an additional area to relax in and sit outside in the evening.
• Helge (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely little building right within a standard living area in the Vomero district, great concept close to a tiny house, all lovely renovated and very clean; very supportive host; car was parked inside since there is also a yard with an electric gate; quite close to one of the funiculare, so easy access to downtown Napoli; foodstores and bars also close , great for a stay of several days.

• Bastijns (9/5): Amazing, quiet location to enjoy Napels - Location was great. Quiet, but still in an entertaining environment. Metro station closeby but also beautiful walk to city center. Patio and outside kitchen were wonderful as well! At first sight everything was clean, but floor was actually a bit dirty. Outside table and chairs quite dirty, when leaning your arm on the table, clothes were dirty.
