• Candiotto (10/5): - L appuntamento fantastico, pulito, con molti asciugamani, asciugacapelli, in cucina c'è tutto, terrazzo fantastico, posizione ottima x la spiaggia,i mezzi e la movida. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e la signora Olga super super disponibile, se desiderate vi porta e vi viene a prendere in aereoporto. Tutto perfetto consigliatissimo

• Ivan Holroyd (8/5): Really lovely dealing with the host, Olga! - Olga the host was great! The apartment was very clean indeed. There were a few maintenance issues… We chose an apartment because we wanted to be able to cook our own breakfast and lunch. When we got there we were told that the hob only had one out of four rings working. There was a new plug-in electrical induction ring in a box at the side of the hob which was a good attempt at a solution. However, only one pan, a frying pan was suitable for an induction hob so that did limit things a little bit. There were five lightbulbs out across the apartment, two of which were in the bathroom above the sink and mirror so that wasn't very helpful. We didn't go on holiday to watch TV, but whenever it was plugged in, it was on. The remote wouldn't turn it off so it was either on or unplugged.

• ANA ROSA (7/5): Bien - La comodidad de la cama y que el apartamento tenía un poco de todo. Es cómodo para estar la verdad. Los ventiladores del salón y de la habitación Pocos enchufes ( tienes q quitar una cosa para enchufar otra) y la ducha q se salía el agua y tenías q estar recogiendola. Se lo comentamos a la dueña y tampoco mostró más interés. Por la noche calor y al abrir las ventanas mucho ruido de la calle.

• monica (2/5): Pagato troppo per un'appartamento malmesso - C'è il portiere, Ho prenotato l'appartamento basandomi sulle recensioni che, ahime, si sono dimostrate poco veritiere. La struttura mi è stata data sporca e polverosa. Abbiamo dovuto lavare bagno e tutta la cucina, compreso pentole e padelle che erano incrostate di cibo. Veramente disgustoso! Un solo cambio di lenzuola in 15 gg, gli asciugamani puzzavano, anche per colpa dell'acqua dell'isola. Gli infissi sono pessimi, soprattutto quello della camera da letto. Chiusa o aperta la finestra, non faceva alcuna differenza: tutto il rumore del traffico e del locale sottostante ci impediva di dormire! Inoltre, proprio sotto l'appartamento che si trova al 4 piano, c'è un kebab sempre aperto e la sera non si possono aprire le finestre dalla puzza che sale. Le foto non mostrano la realtà dell'appartamento, brutto e scuro. Nella cucina a gas mancano due pomelli e quindi due bruciatori non si possono usare (al massimo potete farvi un caffè). Il bagno puzza terribilmente, di fogna e muffa. La doccia non ha guarnizioni nuove o, almeno, adatte a fare il loro lavoro, quindi dopo la doccia si crea un lago se non stai attento. Dalle foto che invio, si vede come è la situazione. I locali appena fuori lo stabile ospitano la peggior gente della zona. Siamo persone abituate a viaggiare, ma difficilemnte abbiamo trovato appartamenti come questo 'sponsorizzati' così bene. .. mah! Dopo questa esperienza posso dire che non prenoterò mai più un appartamento su questa piattaforma: se non si fosse costretti a pagare in anticipo, mi sarei trasferita in un hotel dopo 5 minuti dall'ingresso in quella casa.
• Martin (9/5): Lovely self catering apartment - The host Olga is a lovely woman who picked us up from the airport for a fee less than a taxi. She showed us around the apartment which was lovely and spacious. It had a nice sized lounge with a massive kitchen with everything you need for self catering holiday. The bedroom had loads of storage for our clothes and a large comfy double bed. The bathroom had a good shower and was very clean. Wi fi is provided in the apartment free of cost. The balcony is L shaped and massive and the sea views are beautiful. Would stay again.

• John (8/5): Comfy! - Bed was super comfy, nice big balcony with drying rack to hang clothes out. Kitchen was well stocked with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and oven! shower was good, with a rainfall head and a separate smaller movable head too! the shower doors didn't close properly so water leaked out down the side - can tell this has been an ongoing thing due to the dampness of the cupboard next to the shower.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Great Stay. - Just back from a lovely week in Sunset over the Sea. Lov apartment with all facilties, Great location Close to all bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely big balcony with great views of the sea. Olga is a wonderful host, very helpful and even picked us up and dropped us back to the airport for a nominal fee. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely go back sometime. Was a bit noisy some nights as its on the street. Shower could do with an upgrade apart from that everything was brilliant.
• Phil (10/5): Great apartment, great location , great host ! 5 star - Very clean and tidy , excellent location with Costa Adeje and los cristianos within half hour walk either way along the beach , olga was great and arranged transport back to airport for a nominal fee and there was fruit , welcome chocolate etc in the room which had iron , hairdryer, plenty of towels , loo roll etc all there ! Would definitely recommend!
• Rita (7/5): Clean space close to the party area.. quite noisy during the night - The place is very clean and the owner is extremely hospitable. The area is central, it seemed to be a British neighborhood, there are a lot of pubs. Good place to stay if you want to go partying You can hear all the noise from the street, we also found the apartment quite warm but the owner said she will make sure this issue will be fixed for future guests

• Lois (9/5): perfect and great value for money - the property was in a great location and had a great balcony the pool area was great lovely and clean even though not many people used it. the apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything needed even some complimentary water was left by the host who was also great and communication from Olga was also great. me and my boyfriend chose to extend our family stay and for 4 nights it was great value for money would definitely stay again :) could of been some fans would be really hot in the summer

• Anonymous (8/5): Perfect apartment for one people or a couple. The location is fantastic and Maria was a great host as she was taking car - Amazing swimming pool and the location is great as it is super close to the main beaches of playa de las americas. The property has all the main amenities. -

The property was not the easiest to find as it was in a shared apartment block under a different name.My taxi driver helped me find it by the road number.
• Keijo (10/5): Worthy stay with a wonderful host! - Most of the things about the apartment were wonderful. Olga is a very grateful and helpful host, she even offered to pick me up from the airport. Explained where to go get groceries, explained everything about the building, and was always available if needed. She even welcomed me with complimentary water and fruit and she had all the general supplies in the apartment(salt, tea, coffee, pepper, laundry soaps) The apartment is comfortable, with plenty of space for 2 people, the view is beautiful and it is in a quiet building. Very quiet and peaceful, even during the daytime at the pool. The location is perfect as well, with many restaurants within 5min distance, a very good grocery store as well as beaches and clubs. All in all, even though I only stayed there for a few days, I would gladly stay there again and definitely recommend it to others! Perhaps there could have been a fan or two in the apartment, because during daytime it gets quite hot and because it's close to the busy streets, keeping windows open at night, might not be best option for everybody.

• Espin (10/5): Fabulous - Olga is a fabulous host . The apartment is an excellent choice for a stay in Tenerife. It has a great location within easy reach of shops, beach and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and well stocked with anything you may need during your stay . The views of the sunset from the huge balcony are stunning. The pool is a added bonus . I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely stay here on my next trip to Tenerife. I liked everything
