• Julie (6/5): The room was nice. Had the basics needed for a short stay. - I stayed during the heatwave and the room was extremely hot when I entered. I had to keep the windows wide open to cool the room down. A room fan would have been helpful.

Nearby beautiful large ACTON PARK. easy access to Westfield shopping mall, central London and Wembley stadium. a strange smell in the corridor, it was clean but there were always some bags and packages by the entrance door which disturbed the appearance of the corridor. in the kitchen there was a mess probably created by roommates, dirty plates on the table and no one was visible nearby
• Mehnaz (10/5): Clean and good value for money - More space than what pics show and a lot bigger too. Lovely clean bedroom with en suite shower, shared living room and kitchen and a lovely cute private garden. Everything was like home would recommend.

• Belén (1/5): Don't make a reservation it's a fraud. Doesn't worth it. - Nothing This property was horrible. First of all they announce in booking as if it is a complete apartment for to book but the surprise is that's not true because you have to share it with other people (and there is people that they are living there they are not tourist) so the reallity is that your are making a reservation for a room. Second they say that have a luggage storage service well that is a lie they don't have that service because they tell you that you can leave your luggage in the common areas were there is other people around so they don't have a safe place to hold it. There is also impossible to have a good sleep in this house first because there is other pepople and there is noises everywhere. Also the heat is not working you only have a portable heater. And also there is always problems with the keyboard to open de main door because it runs out of battery one day at 22pm we had to wait for some one from the inside of the appartment to open us the door because it wasn't working and we couldn't get in.
• Wendy (3/5): Disappointing but got an apology from the team. - Comfortable bed, and neat room. Shower drain was blocked; heater was old, dirty and broken (only 3 wheels); unable to sleep- very loud partying downstairs till 3am.

• Zsofia (7/5): Enjoyable for a couple days, could be much worse - Very quiet location It was cold even after heating the room. The room was not too clean.
• Svenja (4/5): Disappointing - We were locked out of the house twice because the code-activated front door lock was out of batteries. The landlord would not answer phone calls or messages on booking.com, and only reply to WhatsApp messages. In one case there was a member of staff present, in the other another tenant opened the door for us. The batteries were only changed after the second night. In addition, there are absolutely no parking spaces nearby (not on weekdays, at least) and the closest public (and paid) car park was a 20 minutes walk away. The parking spaces in the street all require parking permits if you want to leave your car during the days. The shower had clearly not been cleaned properly, as we found (presumably) pubic hair in it. A lot of the furniture was in various states of disrepair, with broken floors, damaged tables and night stands, and the dishwasher missing its cover entirely. Also, it seems that some neigbors are keeping birds, because they were many, quite loud and did not seem to move which made us think there probably is an aviary of sorts nearby.

• Ameh (4/5): Totally displeased. - The cleaner I met gave a warm reception which made us feel at home, she was extremely nice. It is like 1min from the Bus stop. I didn't enjoy the bathroom, water refused to drain after taking bathe and it seems it is a recurring issue as every other person that lodged complained about it, It got to a stage even the kitchen sink blocked. Also the washing machine was bad, internet wasn't stable, on and off... Response to facility issues was very slow, which actually frustrate.
• Ciarán (8/5): Great value spacious ensuite apartment - Very spacious private well furnished equipped.. Good hot water. Secure. Nice open area. My two bedside lights not working. Curtain in room did not cover entire window. Two cups for water in the bathroom not fit for drinking..
• Quinlan (3/5): disappointing - . advertised as having tv. this is shared accommodation between 5 rooms with one communal area and tv. a long term resident there had control of the tv and what was put on. expensive for what it is. Dirty chipped and cracked cups in bathroom. dirty glasses from kitchen
