• asim ali (7/5): - Very courteous and helpful staff The approach to property was not good. Very steep stairs with no railings and light. Prone to accident. So only fit and young should go for it.
• Ankit (8/5): Overall, we had a good stay. Peaceful property with great views. - Room gave a feel of mountain cottage with lot of privacy. Great view of Raldang peak and Satluj river. They have two friendly mountain dogs on the property. Owner was helpful and gave us homemade apple chutney which was yummy. Property is a bit far from peo bazaar. We didn’t have our own vehicle and it was difficult to travel back and forth. Owner did drop us few times to the bazaar. Also, property is in peo area.
• Capt. Yagvendra (1/5): Must Avoid & Most Disappointed - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except for 2 Handsome beautiful looking canine Absolutely avoid staying here. The property is completely misrepresented online and was a very disappointing experience overall. Please be mindful, as while booking thru different portals, this place is shown to be in Kalpa, but realistically it's in Recokong Peo. That's about 10 to 12 kms away. Major issues we faced: • No dedicated guest parking at all. We had to leave the car on the main road, with no security or responsibility from the owner. • Extremely poor accessibility from the road to the property. There is a steep 50–70 meter walk down a steep down hill slope with broken steps and uneven paths, making it very difficult with luggage & for elderly people or people with medical issues, "it's AN ABSOLUTE NO NO" • The photos shown online are far better than the actual property. Reality is nowhere close to what is advertised. • Rooms are very small, poorly maintained, and lack basic facilities. Towels provided were dirty. The washroom smells and have no freshners. The water pressure is very low. • Dinner experience was terrible. The owner agreed to provide a proper meal, on an extra payment basis, with one vegetable dish, dal, chicken, rice, and roti. The food was ordered at 07:00 pm. Instead, we were served a tiny portion of leftover vegetable, rajma, chicken, and roti — nowhere near what was promised. That is because our food was served to other guests, who checked in late. Thereafter they tried getting some food from outside but unfortunately everything was closed. Then at 11:00 pm we were served leftover food. • The worst part was the owner’s behavior. When we tried contacting him regarding the issues, he refused to speak and switched off his phone. That's no way to run a Home stay. Overall, this stay was not worth the amount charged. Poor hospitality, misleading presentation, difficult access, and lack of basic standards made this a bad experience. Strongly not recommended

• Suman (9/5): Excellent. Beautiful view of Himalayas. Utmost Comfort - It was a beautiful stay. Rooms are made for utmost comfort. I stayed there for 4 nights, they have excellent Wi-fi connectivity. I could do very well connect all my device and work from mountains. The food here is home made and very yummy for the tummy. The apple juice from Raldang farm very super tasty and fresh. The staff is very prompt and attentive to the needs. Overall it's amazing, feels quite at home. There is nothing to not like about the place, overall excellent stay. Just that you need to 5 mins hike down a bit to reach the property. People with knee issues can keep in mind before booking.
