• Viktoria (10/5): Perfect apartment! - I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The flat is amazing — modern, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a real home away from home. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. Claudio, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful, always available for questions and making sure my stay was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

• Mikkel (8/5): Great location, wonderful apartment (just beware of the noise) - Host was amazing with communication and very friendly. Wonderful location. Apartment was better than the photos. It’s on a very noisy main street. The apartment doesn’t have good air circulation unless you open the windows. But if you open the windows it’s so noisy you can’t sleep (even with ear plugs). The apartment would be excellent with a fan in the bedroom.

The apartment is remodeled with updated facilities and appliances. The linens are high quality. Claudio is very accommodating with the check in process. I have had a great time in Bologna. Everything is good.

• Travellers (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very centrally located, just a few minutes on foot to all of Bologna's historic center. It is furnished with all the necessary things and in good condition. It was very clean, the bathroom is very modern, the bed was comfortable. There is a big square right outside the apartment and not only is there a big market on the weekend but there is always something going on, people meeting and hanging out, sometimes playing music etc. - so it's generally quite noisy, even with the windows closed.

• Aj (10/5): Wonderful stay in a charming, perfectly located apartment - Stayed here for 2 nights recently in June. Claudio the host was super nice and welcoming. Even though our train from Florence was delayed, he patiently waited for us along with his son to hand over the keys and walk us through the apartment. The apartment is a 7-10 minute walk from the Bologna train station and a similar distance from the city centre. It is well furnished with all the necessities and recently renovated with all modern amenities. The apartment was very clean and we did not lack for anything. A laundromat (Lavanderia) is a 5 min walk from the apartment and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Moreover it was very quiet. Loved our stay here. Grazie di tutto, Claudio! • Ozgur (9/5): Liberty in via indipendenzia - The place is clean, good value for the money. Claudio, the person we got the keys from, is great. The location is lovely.. you can't find a better place at this price. There is construction in the building and it is a bit scary at the entrance. But do not get intimidated by it. It is secure. The air conditioner leaks but it can quite easily be fixed. Claudio will take care of it anyway...

Claudio, the host is more then great, ready to help with everything you need. If you are coming before check in time you can leave your luggage just opposite the appartment at Hotel tre Vecchi for resonable price via Bounce. Nothing. Everything was great.

• Cristina (10/5): We would return here - The location of the apartment is great: just 10-15minutes walk from the train station and really in the heart of the city center. The apartment itself is newly renovated, very well lit, very clean, wifi and ironing facilities, the kitchen is well equipped and we also had coffee, tea, cold water and natural juices in the fridge. The host is very nice, we communicated easily prior to our arrival (even though he doesn't speak very well English, but was very eager to help) and he agreed to a late checkin (around 23:30) without hesitation. Overall, we would return here and we definetely recommend it. We were a group of 3 and when extending the sofa bed in the living room, the space was a bit tiny. One of us complained about the pillows, another of us complained about the noise coming from the outside (even with closed windows), but the third didn't have any complaints. It isn't a perfect 10, but 9 would be way too low and unfair for our experience.

• Steven (10/5): A great few days in a wonderful city with extraordinary arcades. A must! - This is a newly done up one bedroom apartment in a block behind an old building that is being restored. It is light, clean and very well positioned for exploring the centre of Bologna. To access the apartments you go through the building site - don’t be put off! Claudio is charming and very helpful, he speaks little English but with Google Translate we managed. I would definitely stay there again as long as the air conditioning is working, which was not necessary for our stay in April but with south facing large windows it would be essential There was nothing negative about the apartment
