• ΤΡΎΦΩΝΑΣ ΚΑΡΑΤΖΙΝΑΣ (10/5): Μεγάλη και άνετη μονοκατοικία πλήρως εξοπλησμένη - Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα σε βολική τοποθεσία , πολύ βολικά και ανετα κρεβάτια σε μια μονοκατοικία λίγο έξω από την Ιτέα . Ευχάριστη έκπληξη οι 2 τσάντες με π[ορτοκάλια και μια φιάλη κρασί που μας περίμεναν κατά την άφιξή μας . Επίσης ο οικοδεσπότης μας έκανε μια φιλότιμη προσπάθεια να μπορεσουμε να κάνουμε check in νωρίτερα από τις 3 Γενικά ήταν μια ευχάριστη διαμονή ολα καλα

• Nadejda (9/5): - Большая территория. Тихо и красивый вид на гору. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. От пляжа несколько минут пешком, но мы были на машине по этому мы пользовались разными пляжами. Нам понравилось.

• Bálint (8/5): Very good - We loved the garden, the house is well equiped, the bathroom is brand new even. We also loved the quietness of the place. The beach and the supermarket is very close, which was wonderful. The kitchen can be modernized and the couch bed is not the most comfy.

Good Wifi and A/C. No noise or barking dogs. Supermarket nearby. Perfect stay The house seemed to heat up a lot during the day and stayed hot at night. Luckily the AC was very good.

• Viorel (9/5): Wonderful! - It is about a ~ 100 sqm house, ground floor only, with 3 bedrooms (about 3 families of 2 persons), one kitchen + dinning room, one bathroom. Very clean and endowed with everything needed to self manage, exactly as in your own house! The yard is about 900 sqm, house included, very well organized and arranged, very green and with nice spaces for relaxation, in the sun or shadow ...! Efthimios , the owner of the house, is very helpful and trustworthy, speaks a very good English and waited us with some welcome presents as well (wine, Easter specific dishes)! On top of that he was very kind and left us a pack of a very good coffee and a fridge full with bottles of water. The property is in a quiet and beautiful place, called KIRRA, 1 km next to Itea, in the South West of continental Greece, at the seaside but also very close to the mountains. So in the summer is good for swimming in the sea, while in the winter you could get in the ski resort of Parnassos , which is 59 kilometers away from the house. Few nice restaurants available in Itea and Efthimios could recommend you reliable places to eat in case you get outside! The pictures of the property, loaded on the site, are meaningful, so no (bad) surprises when we have got to the house. A second bathroom would have been very welcomed and also a grill! However, we were 5 persons and did not suffer too much because of that ... :-)
