• Blanca Lidia (7/5): Buena ubicación, accesible pero sin expectativas. - Muy buena ubicación, cerca de plazas comerciales y varios restaurantes. Las condiciones de la habitación dejan mucho que desear, la ropa de cama estaba manchada, el agua caliente tarda en salir. Normalmente el hotel te provee de cosas de higiene, aquí te cobran por darte más rollos de papel.

Los cuartos son muy calurosos, recomendaría poner al menos un ventilador en época de calor y agilizar la revisión del cuarto en el check out para la devolución del depósito ya que suelen tardar mucho hasta 20 minutos.

• Mariano (9/5): Bien, el Loft no fungió como tal - No sé por qué la cama estaba abajo, si era un loft, el tapanco estaba vacío. Reservé la habitación para que mi acompañante pudiera dormir mientras yo trabajaría abajo, pero tanto el sofá como la cama estaban en la misma área.
• Basurto (10/5): Viaje de cumpleaños. - No desayunamos en el lugar, nos encantó todo, la ubicación, la atención de todo el equipo. Nos habría gustad contar un una ventana más amplia con vista a las hermosas jardineras. Pero estuvo perfecto todo. Excelente detalle de contar con café y agua. Nada nos desagradó, todo muy bien. Solo la cama la sentimos un poco blanda, pues nos gustan camas más duras, pero es un gusto pesonal. Muchas felicidades por sus atenciones y por la calidad del lugar.

El baño olia raro, no sé si porque hay palomas en la ventana.

Instalaciones modernas Solicité habitación para persona con discapacidad motríz y me asignaron una hab que tenía 14 escaleras, ¡imposible! Un problema para que nos cambiaran habitación porque nadie en recepción puede resolver, todo hay que hablar por teléfono. Al final en lugar de 6 camas, tuvimos 5 lo cual NO es lo que se reservó. Mucho ruido en general en las habitaciones. Deberían echarle más ganas a que la regadera saliera mejor el agua, a tener algo de más amenities en el baño. A pesar del pago previo, se tenía que hacer un depósito de 500 pesos por habitación y lentísimos para la devolución de los mismos al check out.

• Deny (3/5): Not worth for the amount your paying. - I enjoyed the location it seemed safe, a very nice area. There’s also a bakery shop by the front entrance that makes fresh bread everyday. To start off I didn’t like that the hotel asked for a cash deposit which was 500 pesos which I didn’t have any cash yet as I had just landed. I didn’t like that my room was dirty the floors were dirty, there was no big mirror to get ready and do makeup. The showers were dirty and the shower pressure was terrible. I didn’t like that the hotel asked for 10 pesos every time I needed toilet paper. I would not recommend and would not stay here again.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the stuff were fantastic and everything was very clean. Close to fantastic restaurants and amenities. Appreciated the coffee maker in the room. As it was very cold in Queretaro we stayed, the room was very chilly. There was no hot water initially, but that was fixed quickly and we were able to warm up with a hot shower. There was no lighting at night in the outdoor common area so it’s a little bit challenging to see if your older 🫣. Finally, the soundproofing is not the best so you will hear people in the hallways. This is a budget accommodation so it’s fair. It’s pretty bare bones, for example, you’re not going to have bedside lights or too much furniture in the room.

• Jodevilla (1/5): Awful, they most misrepresented property I have stayed in my life. - The building is very complicated, very noisy, hot and they don't have air conditioning. They advertise a kitchen and it consists of a mini fridge and and a microwave. Staff is rude, and not accommodating. The room was misrepresented as a two bedroom and it was an efficiency with three double beds that they claim it sleeps 6. They do not disclose that they have a policy of no alcohol allowed on the premises. We had purchased $150 USD of wine to have with our dinners and the front desk refused to give us the key unless we disposed of it, so we had to give it away to our Uber driver.

We decided to book a larger room compared to the previous one (on Dec 2022), we paid higher rate, but room was slightly different from the pictures, it didn't have enough ventilation, it was very hot, the closet was too small. When checking out, we had trouble with the receptionist, then I called the number indicated on the booking confirmation to comment on what happened. The attention and treatment was different because we booked by Booking. We're not going back
