• Bruno (10/5): Just a great place to stay - Angela, which received us was incredible. Our flight ran late and she reassured us that she will be waiting us. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped. The apartament is also in calm neighborhood, close to the beach and it's many restaurants. Getting to the museums was also really easy, with a cheap and short ride with taxi/uber. Did I said that the staff was amazing? I can't recommend it better.

• Rachel (9/5): Perfect little apartment stone's throw from the beach - Great little apartment perfect for the five of us with easy parking outside and in the nearby streets and the beach at the end of the road. The apartment was well kitted out with all that we needed for our stay. Easy transport links into the city centre so you can get in and out without needing to drive as well as plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby so you don't need to travel to the centre if you don't want to. We really appreciated the host accommodating a late check-out after I broke my arm the night before slipping on cobblestones.

I think the description on parking needs correcting as ambiguous - Location Very close to beach Great location for local events Finding the apartment was difficult no clear sign Cleanliness Upon appearance the apartment looks very clean However when I opened the utensils draw it was dirty. The spatula was covered with old egg or food. Even some of the forks. Thankfully I brought my own utensils. The food cupboard had empty products some expired. Also not clean. I didnt need any but just thought this needs to be looked at as not hygienic. Parking Although it says free parking. This is not private or reserved. This is found in the street or in a parking lot opposite to the apartment. We did go in Easter and found it very difficult to get parking. We eventually did but our car was bumped when we went back to it. In fact we even saw cars reverse and bump others to come out. This is a very busy area so your car parked is at your own risk which should be mentioned in the apartment details as I would have not booked. Host Excellent communication Parking area Internal cleaning like utensils and cupboards
• Leigh (7/5): Great friendly lady who met us and we loved our stay - Handy spot for the beach. Kitchen felt like it needed an oven, toaster and kettle, was fine for a short stay but we missed having those things. Also a pram would be a great addition

• Hristo (10/5): Exceptional - We spent just one night at the apartment but it will be again our first choice when we return to Valencia. The apartment is clean and quiet. The location is perfect - very close to the Malvarrosa Beach, numerous of restaurants, cafes and bars. There is a free parking next to the building. The bus station where you can catch a bus to the center is 2 mins away. The communication with the host was easy and a person was waiting to give us the keys.

• Linda (8/5): Great location in the Cabanyal area, walking distance to bars, restaurants, beach, buses,and metro. - The location was excellent. In a lovely area close to all amenities. Access to the courtyard at the rear would have been an added bonus

Clean property, strong WIFI and working AC. can recommended to families or group of friends. Owner ready to solve any problem that might come. nothing come to my mind :-)
