The facilities were excellent, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was beautifully designed, combining style and functionality perfectly. The location was absolutely ideal—so central that I even told my friend, "This is the heart of the city!" I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay. There was no parking area, and the building lacked an elevator. The price could be slightly lower, but it’s acceptable for a group of four to stay.

• Vladimir-Pavel (10/5): Greatness in the city center - Its a very big reconstructed apartment in city center. Modern beautiful look, with two king size beds and a living room with good couch. Its situated straigh in the city center, few minutes from metro, few minutes from the most frequented areas of the city. Even so, it is very quiet inside. Check in instructions were clear, checkout as well. One of the best apartments I ever booked on booking. Only thing I didnt like is the lack of elevator/lift in the building. After few times, going by foot few floors up starts to add up.

• Василь (8/5): Квартира відповідає своїй ціні - Гарне розсташування,самий центр,все чисто і охайно. Дуже гарна квартира. Нас було четверо але можна розміститися 5 людей бо є ще диван в кухні-студії. Від самого ранку до ночі шум трамваїв під вікнами однвєї спальні(. Спати можна алн якщо зтось не привик до шуму то буде прокидатися. Також дуже важко з парковкою((

Via centrale per visitare tutto il centro storico. Appartamento molto bello, comodo, pulito, profumato e molto accogliente; munito di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugamani, phon, ferro da stiro.. Check-in veloce e comodo. Consigliatissimo per famiglie o vacanze con amici! La camera che affaccia sulla via principale é un po' rumorosa per via del tram che passa proprio lì vicino

• Peter (10/5): Excellent - Location is excellent at the centre of town. Flat was very comfortable. The food in Sofia is excellent. A lot of people write reviews moaning about the stairs, but what can you do about that? The door to the flat would benefit from having better lighting. Hard to see numbers in lock box. But this is a minor problem, I simply used torch on my phone.

• Martin (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and comfortable, just round the corner of the Vithosa pedestrian boulevard.Milena was very helpful easy to reach by texting and very helpful to fulfil our request to leave the bags before check in time. The apartment is modern and new. We did not like the stairs but for us we only went once down and than once up in the evening nothing serious compared with the comfort of the apartment.

In the heart of the city right near the pedestrian mall and easy walking distance to tourist highlights, shops and a host of restaurants. Spotlessly clean, large comfortable beds, tasteful décor, quality linens / towels, a well-equipped kitchen and amenities. Host Milena was lovely, great communication and very gracious and concerned for us when we made a mistake in timing.

The location is just perfect, in the city centre close to all bars and restaurants as well as metro station. Self check in was easy and very well organised. Definitely, we will return for the next stay in Sofia.
• Robert (4/5): Okay - It was modernised and cleaned. No Lift, property owner doesn’t state this, had to have my disabled father walk up the stairs, which really isn’t ideal. Owner advised there is aircon however didn’t state there is only one in the living room and it doesn’t work at all

• Leigh (8/5): Excellent stay, but... - Really clean and presentable inside. Very quiet. Large inside. There is no lift. The flat is up a significant number of steps. If you are a wheel chair user, have a buggy, or any other physical handicap that makes climbing stairs difficult I would not stay here. We had a lot of luggage and this was quite frustrating not knowing there was no lift.

The apartment has been newly renovated. the apartment is very beautiful and elegant. equipped with everything necessary. The beds are comfortable. absolutely clean. located on the fourth floor without an elevator. If you are with small children or elderly relatives, take this into account. The communication with the owner was great!

• Ali (10/5): Best of the best 💯 - One of the best places in Sofia , looks exactly like the pictures, well maintained and the furniture are in excellent condition, loves everything about it specially the location, within a minute you will be at the boulevard, the stuff was amazing and very helpful regarding checking in and out and very cooperative with other requests Unfortunately there is no elevator at the building and the apartment are located at fourth floor, if you have small luggage , it won’t matter

From here everything on walking distance. Bus and trolley in front of the building. Parking the car is a bit of a problem. The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator.

I have used the public transport only one time to visit the Vitosha Mount. All other visits are made by walking including the one from and to the train station. Kitchen is excellently equipped and everything is new. Bedrooms, living room and bathroom is all wonderful. None

• Roman_off_a (10/5): Exceptional - A really luxurious apartment in the heart of Sofia. We were holidaying with a group of friends. Comfortable self check-in. A taxi from the airport was provided. There are shops, cafes, bars, sighnseens close to the apartment. Highly recomended for nice trip and perfect vacation.
