Всё было супер-доступно и поблизости. Район спокойный, не страшно было возвращаться одной поздно ночью. Буду рекомендовать всем друзьям и знакомым. Фото с сайта соответствует реальности, вся техника в рабочем состоянии, всё чистое и опрятное. Не хватило окон, но в целом я была в квартире только утром и вечером, поэтому для меня не критично.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — from a fully equipped kitchen to a spacious bathroom with a luxurious rain shower. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable. The location is unbeatable — right in the center of Palermo, just a short walk to the historic sites, restaurants, and shops. welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. She even left some local treats and water / coffee as a welcome gift. I would highly recommend Le Case di Caterina to anyone visiting Palermo. It was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! — Emilia You can hear street noise I didn't mind that.
• Hacina (7/5): Chambre intéressante pour 2/3 jours mais pas pour un long séjour. - Chambre spacieuse et globalement propre dans un immeuble sécurisé situé près du centre ville: à 10 mn du centre historique, du théâtre et des magasins, à 20 mn de la piazza independanzza et à 30 mn de la gare centrale. Contrairement aux autres avis, j’ai trouvé l’immeuble calme et peu bruyant. Literie plutôt confortable. Les instructions pour entrer dans l’immeuble ont été claires et l’hôtesse est assez réactive sur whats app pour des informations supplémentaires et changement de serviettes. Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Une fenêtre dans la salle de bain qui donne sur une cour donc très peu d’aération et d’air renouvelé. Pot à dentifrice/brosse à dent et bouilloire pas nettoyés à mon arrivée. J’aurais bien aimé que le ménage soit effectué au moins une fois au milieu du séjour (je suis restée 6 nuits) ou alors qu’un balai soit fourni. J’ai déjà effectué à plusieurs reprises d’autres séjours dans ce type de structures en Italie et un ménage était effectué. Peut-être est-ce différent en Sicile…. Attention, n’oubliez pas de préparer à l’avance vos frais de taxes de séjour ( 2e par jour )

The highlights were: - very big apartment - good communication with the host - very clean - WLAN was perfect with no issues at all - there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets 5-10 min from the apartment. I can recommend the "curó pizzeria" and the "la brace food experience" ( truffel pasta) nearby. Nothing

The shower was one of the best I’ve used. I was able to check in a little early and could leave my suitcase after check out. In the evening there was sometimes noise from other apartments, but this didn’t affect me too much.
