• Hanif (8/5): Tutto ok! - La cucina, soprattutto la macchinetta del caffè! Il bagno pulito e spazioso. Condominio silenzioso. Ingresso della metro sotto casa. La casa era pulita, ma forse il pavimento necessiterebbe di una pulizia più accurata. Una porta-finestra aveva il meccanismo un po' compromesso, per cui abbiamo impiegato del tempo per assicurarci che si chiudesse per bene.

• Kwnstandina (1/5): I wouldn’t prefer it again - Only the location was good. Terrible experience. No elevator, had to carry luggage to 3rd floor. Clogged toilets, coffee machine not working, heat not working, had trouble finding the right location. Phone almost never got answered. Had trouble locking the door.

• Monika (1/5): - Локацията е доста прилична. Апартаментът реално нямаше нищо общо с показаното на снимките като състояние и чистота. Резервацията бе за 4 възрастни и едно дете на 14 години, което следваше да спи на разтегателен диван, който, обаче, се оказа е невъзможно да се разтегне. Въпросният диван бе в потресаващо състояние, продънен, вехт, за съжаление, дори, бих казала гнусен. По мое скромно виждане, когато се очакват определен брой гости, следва да са оправени леглата (диваните) за всеки от тях, с послани чаршафи и т.н. В случая се наложи да се търси дълго време къде има допълнителни чаршафи и завивки. Няма да коментирам счупените дръжки на мебелите в банята, липсата на дори една закачалка, не бе добре почистено навсякъде... Изобщо недопустим вид, спрямо представеното на снимките, които, явно, са от състояние, съществувало преди доста години. Друг важен момент е, че не получих указания за настаняване до няколко минути преди заявения час за настаняване, което беше доста притеснилно за мен. Не бих повторила в никакъв случай!

• Matteo (4/5): - Posizione ottima a due passi dalla stazione La TV non funzionava, il manico del divano era rotto e la pulizia scarsa (bicchieri attaccati alla mensola appiccicosa) e nel bagno c’era puzza di fogna.
• Matteo (1/5): Sconsigliato! - L’appartamento l’ho trovato sporco e freddo. Si trova in una palazzina al 3° piano senza ascensore ( poco male ma averlo saputo prima sarebbe stato meglio).
• Jacob (9/5): Overall great apartment and excellent location - Location of apartment is easily accessible as it is directly across from the Milano Porta Garibaldi Station. All apartment rooms are spacious (matched photos) and quiet, plenty of kitchenware to make and serve meals. Good amount of closet/storage space for longer stays. One of the showers were dirty, had lots of hair clippings on floor. Some kitchen pans were dirty with some sort of sticky residue.

• Yvonne (6/5): Rather expensive for what you get. - Very close to train station which was convenient. Also close to restaurants and a beautiful park. The shower and heating were great. It was difficult to get into the apartment. Instructions to collect key from a different location were confusing (given that location had no knowledge of the apartment and a key was not required to gain access). The couch in the lounge room was uncomfortable and one of the arms was hollow. The bed collapsed when my husband (who is less than 80kg) sat on it so we had to prop it up with books. Other than that it was quite comfortable. There was no washing powder to use in the washing machine and when we bought some, we realised that the outlet that the machine was plugged into did not work. No tea towel, which is a really small thing but makes a difference.

• Rouillard (8/5): Bon séjour - Moderne, agréable, bien placé. On a reçu le code pour entrer dans l’immeuble 20 minutes après notre arrivé… ils étaient au courant et l’heure était comprise dans la plage d’arrivées possibles.

• Yolanda (8/5): - La ubicación muy buena, al lado de la estacion de tren y tambien tienes metro y tranvia al lado. Baño y dos habitaciones grandes. Estaba un poco sucio el suelo , habia algo de polvo, el sofa estaba roto y la cama de matrimonio al sentarnos nos caimos al suelo, tenia dos patas sueltas. Quedamos en hacer el check out a las 10.00 y a las 09.35 ya nos estaba llamando a la puerta la mujer que venia a limpiar.

Taxe de séjour exigée pour avoir des explications sur le fonctionnement donné par les femmes de ménage ! Est-ce normal. Pas d'état des lieux, peu de vaisselle et sale. Pas de grille pain, peu de couverts (2 petites cuillères, couteaux non performants. Linge de lit léger, pas de couverture. Aucun produit d'entretien, lave-vaisselle lave linge, pas de brossé wc. Peu de papier toilette. Pas de produits alimentaires de première nécessité. Pas de tapis de bain, pas de torchons. Vue sur la gare et sur la cour intérieure. Bruyant. Aucun échange possible en français

• Sabrina (8/5): Très bel appartement ! - La propreté, le confort, la Situation géographique très pratique car face à la gare Garibaldi FS. Il n'était pas précisé qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur et 3 étages avec de grosses valises c'est un peu compliqué. Le service client qui ne répond pas aux messages avant l'entrée dans les lieux. J'ai dû les contacter 2 fois par téléphone.

• Jamie (7/5): Ok for short stay with a small group. - Location and size of the property We arrived at 17:10 and the property was still being cleaned. The property smelt of cigarette smoke even after being cleaned. We also found a discarded cigarette but on the unit. Pillows have a sweaty smell and should be replaced.
• Shalabi (1/5): Bad - The location of property is so bad. You have to pay 200 euros as a deposition. We have been there for 3 nights and they cleaned the apartment only once.
• Stewart (1/5): Disgusted with the attitude of the Owner/Agent and Booking.com. Not recommended. - Location was good. The Boiler was broken from the outset i.e. before we checked in. The Owner/Agent was aware of this and was not transparent about such upfront advising that it only needed rebooting, which necessitated 3 visits after which they gave up. This was evidenced by the fact that a bowl was place below the boiler to catch leaking water from the boiler. We were able to have only 1 shower over a 7-day period. Their attitude to same was appalling. Eventually they offered a replacement apartment literally only days before check-out which was too little, too late. We wasted a great deal of our time emptying leaking water from the bowl and attending the visits of the boiler contractor. This really spoilt our holiday. A small sum was offered as compensation but was rejected it as we considered insulting given the inconvenience. The issue is still outstanding 3 weeks after our check-out. Booking.com did literally nothing to assist us in recovery of an equitable sum for the inconvenience we had suffered. I am very disappointed by Booking.com's reluctance to get involved in the dispute and saying I should sort it out myself. There were several other issues. These were advised to the Agent. In particular one of the arms to the settee was broken. Not once did the Agent visit the apartment to view these. The apartment was on the third floor with no lift. It was literally hell walking up these stairs with heavy suitcases. Not recommended for the faint hearted.
• Satya (6/5): Pleasant - Nice property and as expected. It is a third floor property and no lifts to carry suitcases. Our greeter told me that the fact that there is no lift is mentioned but it is not mentioned in the description. The greeter was kind enough to carry our suitcase up to third floor. We had to bring it down when we were leaving. We did not get hot water from the afternoon on the second day until we left. It was inconvenient.

• Steve (9/5): Very good location and clean and secure and easy to find - Key app to gain access to property and central for easy access to the whole city Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby Facilities where good Would definitely use again when in Milan To finish off fellow travellers don’t be put off by the graffiti the area is very quiet and great base as on station and metro and very friendly safe area Took a bit to work out key app but to be fair once you get it it was good No toilet roll so first purchase Cooker was fine but maybe instructions for use would be handy as had to work out

• Chris (7/5): Good place, tiny improvements and it could be 9 or 10 - The place was clean and tidy, very warm and wifi was great. A number of the reviews complain about hot water but was no issue. It's right next to the railway line but you couldn't hear the trains at all Small things will improve this place. 2 door handles loose, shower mixer tap hanging off, I had to tighten the legs on the bed. Also they cleaned up, but we had to empty the dishwasher from last guests, no tea towels, limited toilet roll, lamps all unplugged. The situation with the keys/unlocking the door made me nervous before landing and the communications with the host weren't clear but from experience, it was all fine and makes sense when you get there.

• Martin (6/5): Pleasant apartment - Great location, just a few metres from Garibaldi metro station. Modern and cosy apartment, nicely furnished and well equipped with everything you may need including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, kettle, dishes etc.. 3rd floor and no lift. Not ideal for families with kids or elderly people. Key had to be collected from an office which was 7 minutes walk away from the apartment. I would have expected to be met with an agent at the apartment and not walk those extra minutes with luggage just to get the keys. Stairs and common areas are shabby and need some maintenance but apartment interior is great and well finished.
