- Dey (1/5): Bad - There was nothing to adore about The amount that is shown in the app is different from the amount they charged .They made an excuse that no room was available and for that they charged us an extra amount ,but later on we found out that there were plenty of rooms available . It is a request from my end ,please look into this sort of scams

- Bharti (2/5): Smelly and unclean, no hospitality. - The only grace was breakfast. That was decent in taste The room was smelling of urine all the time. Bathroom was not clean. No hospitality etiquette, only one blanket for two people, no towels. Had to ask for it, and the guy brought just one for two people. Had to again ask to bring one more. They do not even have a thermos to bring tea. Brought in cups, and by the time it reached us, everytime it got cold. Right in front of the corridor of our room, they kept a big pile of unclean sheets n towels in open. Dirty ashtray in the room, light fixtures were looking as if they will fall off. The wooden block/ slab in front of the mirror was coming of.
