• Paul (8/5): Nice stay would recommend - Nice to have private parking About a twenty minute walk to the nearest restaurant but we had a car so no concerns. Nice accommodation, air con was lovely. Would recommend Had a few ants but managed to eradicate and owner stated they will ensure spray is left for future guests if required . Kitchen was short of sharp knives but again owner getting some in

• Maria (9/5): Would come back. - Very nice place, Grazia was very welcoming. Comfortable and very pleasant stay. A little noise from the building at night time
• Bassano (9/5): Ville et logement agréables à vivre. - Situé à 10 mn à pieds du centre historique et à proximité des commerces. L’appartement est propre, lumineux et très agréable avec son grand espace cuisine entièrement vitré et donnant sur la belle terrasse . La literie était très bien à notre goût, le lit de grande largeur, 2 mètres, comme souvent en Italie. Les hôtes occupent l’appartement voisin et sont très disponibles en cas de besoin tout en étant très discrets. Le plus est la place de parking réservée à l’appartement et à l’abri donc protégée du soleil, avantage non négligeable ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Beaucoup de belles visites dans la région des Pouilles. Il manquait peut-être une petite table pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou repas sur la terrasse. Mais Giancarlo et Grazia pourront facilement y remédier.
• Phyllis (8/5): - Spacious apartment, great outside space, comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Nothing.
• Göran (9/5): Perfect for us - couldn’t have been better - but some might think it’s outside of town although only by a few hundred me - Huge beautiful terrace for mornings and evenings, and own safe parking which is unique in Monopoli where parking is a nightmare, and you can’t drive anywhere near Old Town. Charming and helpful hostess. Clean and comfortable and lots of space and ok kitchen for making breakfasts or simple meals. We mainly stick to olives, grapes, cheese and bread + wine 10 minute walk from station which is another 10 min walk from old town, so if you don’t like walking in the heat of day you might want to live closer. We didn’t mind at all as it’s brilliant for quickly driving in and out of Monopoli for day trips or the beaches. Small ok pizzeria 300 metres away only used by locals - all other eateries and supermarkets are at least 10 min walk away.
• Leonardo Adrian (1/5): Not god, really not recommended - Not much First of all, the kitchen and living room are located outside, directly radiated by the sun, with no ventilation or fan. During the day it was unbearably hot, making it literally impossible to cook or eat. We ended up having to eat in the bedroom, on the bed, using a chair as a table (I’ve attached photos). When I politely asked the host for a ventilator, she dismissively replied that she “doesn’t control the weather.” But the worst part was the host, who lives next door, constantly monitored our stay. She commented on how long we used the lights, knocked on our door right after we started the washing machine to demand extra payment (5€ per use) even though the booking description listed it as included. Only after showing her the booking details did she allowed us to use it. She also sent us aggressive messages telling us to turn off the lights at 23:00, even though we were still awake and using the apartment. Also, the apartment had two air conditioners but we were only allowed to use one. For a 6-day stay, only one roll of toilet paper was provided.
• Laura (10/5): Absolutely perfect apartment - Beautiful large and spacious apartment. Beautifully decorated and peaceful.
• Maria (10/5): Excellent place, ultra friendly owner - It is situated near everything. I could go everywhere, even to a fantastic beach on foot. Only 15 minutes walk and the area is really safe even at night. The place is superclean and you feel like it came out of a novel with that decoration. It is very spacious and fully equipped. The owner, Grazia, is fantastic and extremely kind and helpful. Felt more like meeting a friend than an owner of a holiday home. Even took me from and to the station. If you like cats, then that's the place for you, the owner has a cat (Winnie) who is actually Garfiled in flesh. One must be crazy not to like this place.
• Anna (10/5): Monopoli is a beautiful town and staying in LaDimora was a great choice:) - It is very well equipped, Wi-Fi is strong and there is lots of space for two people. I liked a deck and nice kitchen a lot. We could also use a parking slot which was super convenient. The hosts are super friendly and provided us with everything we needed. Thanks! It tends to be noisy over there - I think a proper wall in the kitchen would do the trick and separate both apartments better:)
• Hannah (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was huge, especially the terrace, where you can cook hang out as well. The two hosts were lovely and welcoming. They let us borrow their bikes, which came in particularly handy, since it only took a few minutes by bike to get to the beaches.
