• Ella (10/5): A homely stay in Sandwich - Very clean and well organised property. Very comfy and homely, happy to spend the day indoors when the weather was not good. We enjoyed the short walk into lovely Sandwich town, and be able to enjoy the sunshine in the garden. Also a fabulous spot for golfers which my partner is interested in, 10 minute drive from a couple different courses. We will be back! N/A

The beds are comfy and the fans were greatly appreciated in the hot weather. Parking was easy and it’s only a 5-10 minute walk from the town Centre. We have booked to come back next year, fantastic value for money! Was perfect for our stay

Toen we iets vroegen aan de gastheer stond hij direct klaar. Ook wist hij veel te vertellen en kon ons leuke tips geven in de buurt voor activiteiten en restaurantjes en koffiebarretjes.

The host was incredibly helpful and let us know there was a new mattress in the back bedroom, it was really comfy and made for a great night's sleep. The addition of fans in the bedrooms were perfect for the summer heat and much appreciated. The house is in a fantastic location in Sandwich, just a short walk to the town centre with plenty of great places to eat nearby. The facilities are excellent, which is exactly why we chose to return. Hotel-quality bed linen, super soft towels, and plush carpets all add to the “home from home” feel.

Prima badkamer De locatie: huis ligt langs doorgaande weg met veel verkeer, vooral in de ochtend. Geeft geluidsoverlast. Wij waren ons niet bewust van deze ligging langs de doorgaande weg, hadden het idee dat het huis meer in een woonwijk / het dorp lag. 2 persoonsmatras in achterslaapkamer is totaal doorgezakt, dit terwijl de rest van het huis in zeer goede staat is
• Nikki (7/5): Lovely but noisy. - Spacious, clean house with good facilities. Great communication from the host. It's a 10 min walk into the town centre which was perfect for us - easy, free parking. Lovely gesture of a bottle of Prosecco and crips waiting for us in the kitchen - thank you. We also increased occupancy last minute and Jack was happy to accommodate. The traffic noise - it's on a main road into Sandwich so cars and motorbikes were heard until midnight, even from the back bedroom. Would have loved a toilet downstairs, but knew there wasn't one on booking. Also suggest the provision of fans during the hot weather.

Lovely host asked about Christmas decorations so put some up for us which was lovely when away at Christmas. Had everything you needed.

Everything is clean and comfortable, the place is just stunning. From small touches like nice wine glasses (and even champagne glasses) to the hi tech bathroom mirror and electric fireplace, we felt very much like we were in a luxury rental. There’s nothing we didn’t enjoy - it’s a little walk out of town but we knew that and it takes 10 mins max to get to the middle of Sandwich so really no big deal.

Walking distance to the centre of town. Jack was super helpful and accommodating to us - especially when we accidentally left a couple of things at the house after we checked out!

Great taste in every item of the decor. Exactly what’s needed without any clutter. I appreciated the discreet labels too. The property is ideally situated just outside of Sandwich centre with adjacent easy and free parking. Our visit’s aim was to see properties as we wish to retire here in the near future so to be able to keep going out and returning to park with ease was one major plus. A great base for our property research.
• Mirk&sal (9/5): Comfy & enjoyable - Very comfy and clean house. The carpet was very nice to walk on. Nice to sit in the garden. Location is fantastic. Hosts were able for easy communication. Parking worked out fine. Really just a very nice house in a very nice area. Nothing I didn't like but as feedback I recommend you consider leaving a pint of milk as all other coffee / tea facilities are generously available. This allows an instant drink for people who like coffee / tea. There was a Prosecco bottle which is a bit of a specific taste - I'm sure enough people like it but I felt like I subsidised that in the booking price.

• Clare (9/5): Short visit over Easter - Very clean, comfortable beds, easy walk in to Sandwich, thoughtfully furnished, very helpful owners The garden needed some tlc and some shrubs but this is only a suggestion not a criticism.

He made us feel very welcome - a botlle of prosecco upon arrival, put up lovely Christmas decorations, explained how to operate the modern appliances and suggested different places to visit in Sandwich. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it to anyone. It was like a home away from home - warm and toasty.

• Grace (10/5): The perfect stay, had everything I needed and more. - The property was perfect for our trip to Sandwich, I was working in the area, the house was a short walk to the town but also easy to join the main roads in a car to travel to the work site. I worked remotely for some of the stay and the Wi-Fi was perfect for meetings. The house was very ‘homely’ and very modern. The host takes a lot of care in making sure you have a pleasant stay. We will be booking again in the new year. The town is lovely and we can’t wait to come back!

• Hayley (10/5): Stunningly comfortable home with hot tub and fireplace! - Absolutely beautiful and spacious house with some really luxurious features. The electric fireplace and the extremely comfy duvets were my highlights! Wish we had time to use the hot tub but the weather wasn't quite right for it anyway. The host was very helpful and responsive too, you could tell they really care about making sure you have a good experience. There really wasn't anything that was problematic - we found the lockbox for the keys quite easily, could perhaps have used an extra set of keys, just in case, but that's really not a major issue.
