• David (10/5): We loved the island and having the aosrtmrny centrally located and with views over Thanatos, it only added to the pleasu - We were greeted on arrival by a very courteous man who gave us all the information we needed. The apartment was secure, comfortable, very centrally located and was well equipped. There was nothing we did not like about the apartment - it was just right.
• Michael (10/5): Great location, roomy apartment. - Very roomy for 3 adults - having 2 bathrooms and washer with kitchen is a great benefit. The location is very close to the city center with Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The views from the balcony are outstanding. All was great

• Sterre (7/5): Mooi en schoon appartement met mooi uitzicht. Wel erg gehorig. - Het appartement had een balkon rondom met uitzicht over zee. Het was er schoon en alles wat we nodig hadden was er. Het was erg gehorig. In 1 van de slaapkamers hoorde ik de tv van de buren en we hoorde vaak mensen op de gang. Verder waren de verhuurders niet erg behulpzaam en voelde het appartement een stuk kleiner dan op de foto’s en de m2 die aangegeven was in de advertentie.

• Roel (8/5): Ondanks lawaaioverlast een geweldig verblijf gehad in Funchal - Accomodatie ligt perfect in centrum en is uitstekend uitgerust met airco en gelukkig ook goede geluidsisolatie wat helaas niet al het lawaai tegen hield Groot minpunt is het verkeerslawaai , van vroeg in de morgen tot in de avond lawaai van auto's ,motoren en heel veel bussen en dan in het weekend ook nog tot 03.00 uur een luide discodreun
• Svetlana (10/5): An ideal stay in the heart of Funchal, stylish, convenient, and unforgettable. - Absolutely loved the location, right by the marina with stunning views and within walking distance to everything in Funchal. The apartment was modern, spotless, and fully equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and professional throughout our stay. Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. There was a bit of humidity in one of the bedrooms, but it was quickly resolved with a dehumidifier provided.
• Kelly (8/5): Terrace time with sea, park and marina views - While the building was commercial space on the lower floors (an old shopping center), I thought the location was great — not in the touristy resort area and a short walk to old town Funchal, restaurants and sights. The apartment was clean, spacious, peaceful and nicely decorated. Well equipped with espresso capsule machine, kettle, toaster and good fridge. The terrace was nice with great sea, marina, city and park views. The sun in Madeira is strong and can make the apartment quite warm and stuffy, so closing all the lined blackout drapes as we left for the day helped, but I can't imagine these working enough on a 26°+ day (temps were 19-20° for us). Flaking paint due to water damage in the larger bedroom because the seal around the large windows isn't great. A bit of traffic noise because the apartment is right across from a big traffic circle. The ensuite shower wasn't ideal for showers — no real proper drainage, so the floor became a river of water.

• Yvonne (8/5): Very good - The appartment is very spacious and at a wonderful location, right in the centre with shops and restaurants at walking distance. There are two bathrooms and the appartment is fully equiped. The balcony is absolute spectacular. The key was not in the locker so we had to wait for a (very nice) woman to bring us the key. There was only one pass for the outside door and elevator, which is not handy if you are with more people. One towel per person is also not much for 5-6 days. We had some problems with the shower, but these were fixed quickly. The price was high mainly because of New Years Eve.

• Robertlorincz (7/5): Good - The view is great with a generous balcony. Location amazing, in the central. It's a big apartment and overall looking nice. Everything it is cheap and bad quality. The main bed has no mattress, just a topper. I've never seen in my entire life something that bad on an accommodation. The couch in the living it so dirty, like never been cleaned for ages, never used it. They gave you just one body towel. No shampoo, just a body wash. Overall, they made it as cheap as possible, even the toilet paper was 100% the cheapest on the market. I said the pluses of the apartment and those are nice but I really don't understand how they achieved such a good rating.

• Anton (10/5): The place is really nice, clean, comfortable in a fine location. - Its been a great experience, staying in the “Boat” apartment. The location is very central and near the La Vie supermarket, the apartment is very nice and clean, has sea vie, large terrace. A great bonus - available parking slot in the 24/7 parking 1 minute walk. We enjoyed it big time, thank you!

Very central, close to everything which means close to restaurants, public transports, supermarkets, etc. Didn't have car and didn't need to have it since the property was super well located. DEF recommend it and I would stay again in the same place next time. N/A
