• Tim (8/5): Great spot to explore Ribe from - Very nice location, just a short walk from Ribe. Our hostess was very sweet and we liked her Icelandic horses out back. This was a great spot to stay while visiting the area. Only real drawback were the stairs, which were rather steep and I slipped down the last few on our first day there. I took them slow after that and didn't have any further issue.

The host is friendly, made us feel welcome and she saved the day (we attended wedding and dress needed iwas creased. Charlotte kindly let us use her clothes steamer) The road going along the property is much busier than I thought it would be. But the windows blocked out most of traffic noise.

• alison (9/5): Lovely rural(ish) homestay. Occupied the entire spacious, immaculate top floor of home. - Lovely accommodation (entire top floor) in the host's home. Separate, private entrance. The space was enormous - huge dining table and sitting area, tiny hot-plate cooking area, very large bedroom and bathroom. The house is in a quiet area outside Ribe - definitely need a car - with horses in the back. Immaculately clean and very comfortable bed. Well provisioned throughout. The process allows for self-check-in, but I was lucky to chat with the host (which I prefer) who made herself amply available for any questions or problems. Recommend. Spotty WiFi

• Leif (10/5): - Førstesalen bestod af stort opholdsstue stort soveværelse med en dejlig dobbeltseng og pænt badeværelse og værten Charlotte er sød og rar så alt i alt 3 dejlige overnatninger. WiFi rækte ikke godt nok op på 1 salen

• Hilaire (8/5): De accomodatie is OK, maar het ontbijt kan beter. - De accomodatie heeft een ruime living en een ruime badkamer. Alles is voorhanden. Het ontbijt is niet inbegrepen, dus hebben we het extra genomen. Op zich was het niet slecht en met voldoende gevarieerd beleg. Maar het zou aangenamer zijn als je een glas zou hebben voor het fruitsap en een extra beker voor de koffie. Nu zat er in de beker een müsli/ youghourtmengsel dat je eerst moest verorberen of weggooien als je het niet lust. En dan moest je naar de badkamer om de beker uit te spoelen zodat je er koffie in kon doen. Ik mankeerde ook een kannetje met melk!

• Reginald (9/5): Lovely stay. Charlotte was helpful in providing ideas for restaurants. She was a great hostess. The horses were a deligh - Roomy and delightful Stairs but we managed. Not proprietress fault our knees are old. Worth getting to the rooms

• Lesley (10/5): Great space in a great location - Positioned half way between the Cathedral and old town and the Viking Village meant we were able to walk to both. The large bedroom is very comfortable and has a seperate bathroom off it. The dining, lounge area is massive and provides areas to work or relax. A fridge and tea and coffee making facilities are provided. Breakfast can be pre ordered. Large parking space. Entrance via the owner’s back door heading directly up the stairs to your own private space. The 3 horses out the back provide entertainment, no sign of the dogs mentioned in previous reviews. Very nice and very comfortable.
