• Isabel (10/5): What a great find! We loved our stay. The facilities were great and the village just so charming. - The toilet seat needs attention. It looked like it has been broken for a while. Also need more toilet paper in the apartment. Very minor things though.

No seaview from balcony area ,overlooked by - Location was very good , beach and restaurants a stone throw away .apartment was spacious,basic but clean . I think the photos of the balcony should be updated to reflect the real view now as there is a new building now built which obscures the sea view which is the real view now and not the view which are shown on the website. Please be truthful with this information. Parking is free but quite hard up get ,obviously we were here in high season so ended up having to park a bit away from the apartment . We didn’t cook so can’t say how the cooking facilities were as we didn’t use the kitchen area .
• penny (7/5): Terrible agents but property great - We have gone to Burgau many times without problems. It all went wrong with the rental company on arrival at the apartment at 5pm. The key safe did not work. We inputted the right number, it clicked into place and then nothing. We emailed the agent. They thought we must be in the wrong apartment. We weren't. They sent the pin location. It matched. They wanted me to send photos of our location. We did. This all took time and they would not ring me. I couldn't find a number for them so these emails continued. Its hot and an hour passed. I found a nice local handyman to check if we were doing anything wrong. He spent 10 minutes trying everything and gave up. The local contact arrived after another hour (not her fault) and said you need two hands as you must keep the black switch held down with one hand then insert your fingernail of the other hand to prise open the door for the key. No wonder no one could help! We then had to ask for WiFi instructions as there were no details in the house or in any of the information they sent. Again, they re sent instructions about arrival which had no mention of wi fi. Very poor for other people who had to pay for mobile data. 8t would have cost a fortune just trying to get into the property. The rental company offered us a late checkout for the 2 hour wasted time. No apology for treating us as if we were morons when clearly it was them. Check out day and I emailed very early to say we would be out by 12 (taking them up on the offer as 10am was the standard time). But I was emailed back that we had to be out at 11am. We loved our holiday but it was spoilt by an incompetent agent, their rudeness, being treated like idiots and wasting hours of our time.

• Jane (8/5): Would definitely stay there again. - The villa was really cute, clean, spacious and great location. Kitchen was great and we met the cleaners on the way in who were super friendly and very welcoming. The front door lock needs looking at. Difficulties to get the key in.

• Roberto (7/5): **Spacious apartment in a great location** Perfect for a family of four or two small families with babies. The locatio - Location is simply perfect. 3 min to the beach, lots of good restaurants. Easy to find. On the first day we indicated a broken window lock to the rental valley team and told them via WhatsApp that it is very easy to get in to Appartement. (It’s possible the get ripped-off) Alltoght they promised to send a maintencance team, noting happens. (The communication did not solve our problem during our stay) Some more room for improvement is in the bathroom. -Which often smelled like drainage and -it could be more cleaner -The provided fluid soap was simply stretched with water) -There is a little rusty tray with could be replaced

• JMSGMiguel (8/5): Casa de PLAYA - La ubicación ideal para disfrutar de la playa y el poder de disfrutar de la terraza de la vivienda. Los armarios de las habitaciones muy antiguos, estropeados y poco funcionales, además de tener en su interior ropa de cama gastada y mal colocada. El baño muy pequeño y con grifería con mal funcionamiento (sin gomas de aislamiento en los tapones del bidet y bañera). Las ventanas algunas cerraban mal y en todas las contraventanas exteriores o faltaban algunas lamas o las que tenían estaban defectuosas (incluso en el 2º día de nuestra estancia apareció una lama de la ventana de la planta superior encima de nuestra mesa de la terraza donde desayunábamos).

• Nora (8/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr schön und auch die Kommunikation war super und freundlich Die Unterkunft hatte einen keine Wäscheleine/Wäscheständer was ein wenig mühsam war. Der Balkon war ein wenig kleiner als wir ihn uns vorgestellt haben.
• Shirley (10/5): Beautiful place to stay , we had an amazing holiday would fully recommend it - We stayed in Burgau , Location was excellent short distance from beach ,restaurants and bars , pretty fishing village ,people were very friendly Beautiful sandy beach , a lovely spacious villa , well equipped , nice outside area to sit and have food and drinks . Alovely relaxing holiday. The apartment needs more mirrors , there is only one in the bathroom and when you are all trying to get ready to go out this made it difficult , and the bathroom sink is not deep enough ,so when you put the tap on water splashes everywhere so only small minor problems everything else was perfect .

• Laura (4/5): - La ubicación, situado muy cerca de la plaza del pueblo. Apartamento con estancias amplias. El apartamento estaba sucio, con mucho polvo. Lo peor fueron las cucarachas que aparecieron todos los días en todas las estancias de la casa. Fue muy desagradable
• Eoin (8/5): Nice spot in the center of town, right beside the beach, parking in the street is free and plentiful - Location was perfect, room was very clean and had everything we needed Seemed to be a lot of cockroaches, it’d be worth investigating how so many are getting in, we caught 4 in four days

• Lawrence (5/5): - Burgau is a quaint seaside village. There is ongoing construction immediately in front of the unit , which has blocked the sea view from the balcony. It is extremely noisy and dusty, which meant that we didn't have use of the balcony, we couldn't open any windows and we had no quiet downtime in the unit between 8am and 7pm. Note also that the bed is a double bed, not 2 singles. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge.

Viajei para descansar e foi impossível com o barulho das obras desde as 08h00 as 17h00. A vista já não existe para o mar E o wi fi é horrível não consegui trabalhar com o WiFi
• CARMEN (8/5): - Schöne kleine Wohnung in Meernähe. Die Wohnung beinhaltet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, inkl. kleinen Balkon für das Frühstück in der Sonne. Sie liegt keine zwei Minuten vom Strand entfernt und zu Restaurants/Cafés. Leider wird der Blick zum Meer von einer Baustelle verdeckt.
• Marion (8/5): We would recommend this apartment and would book again. - The location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is spacious and well appointed with a lovely patio overlooking a courtyard. There are a choices of restaurants very nearby. Parking can be difficult on a nice day.
• ariel (5/5): Casa impecable, rodeada de ruidos por las obras en construcción que la rodean - El departamento está perfectamente equipado. Es un 10 Lamentablemente el departamento está rodeado por dos obras en construccióna escasos 3mts de distancia. Los obreros trabajaban de 8 a 19hs, por lo que a las 8am ya había ruidos de martillos, fierros, gritos. De saberlo de antemano no hubiese reservado. No pude trabajar remotamente debido al ruido, tampoco dormir más allá de las 8am, ni volver a almorzar. El ruido es ensordecedodor.

• Manuel (9/5): - L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques mètres seulement d’une très jolie plage. Le soir c’est calme, il n’y avait pas de bruit. L’appartement est grand et très bien équipé. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
