• Maria (7/5): Overall was good for the price. - Property was not too big and not overcrowded for a Monday. We were lost and could not find the property due to lack of signs directing guest where to turn to get to property. We had to call twice for directions. Also lack of supervision with kids diving into pool and quiet time at night. We were not able to use our jacuzzi in our room the 2nd night, it had to be repaired.

Un comentario menor seria que fuera más temprano la hora en q activan el flujo de agua del jacuzzi a la alberca de manera que la temperatura del agua de la alberca se alcance a templar más temprano.

• Michael (8/5): Beautiful Hotel with scenic valley views but strange policy of demanding payment before arrival. - The grounds are well appointed with beautiful plants and trees in the pool area. Also, great having a fireplace to kick back to at night. The price was exceedingly high for two nights especially during a weekend with low crowds. Most offensive was that I was charged more than what was listed on booking.com about $60 in extra charges. Secondly, I disliked how demanding they were of getting a payment directly through hotel before arrival. I chose booking.com for convenience but the Hotel Flores de Sal made me feel uncomfortable with their warning that my room would be given away if I didn’t make a payment before arrival. This should be outlined here on Booking.com but it was not.

• alejandra (10/5): Semana santa en flores de sal - El area de alberca y descanso son muy agradables, por otro lado tienen como un plus a la diversion el tener acceso a bicicletas...eso es genial.!! No hay variedad de comida, seria genial que extendieran un poco mas en alimentos.

• Daniela (8/5): - Bonitas instalaciones, habitaciones limpias, cómodas, bonitas. Desayuno bueno, sencillo. Esta vez nos tocó coincidir con varias familias con niños pequeños. No nos gustó que el jacuzzi siempre estuviera lleno de niños de aproximadamente 4 a 8 años jugando con pelotas, flotadores e incluso snorkel. Consideramos que el jacuzzi debería ser exclusivamente para adultos, un espacio para relajarse y poder platicar tranquilamente.

Solo tienen espacios para el desayuno al aire libre lo que podria ser frustrante en un dia con mucho viento como me toco a mi.

Staff needs some training. - It was a beautiful new hotel with a beautiful pool, their accommodations were very comfortable and well appointed. The location was good and it has huge potential. I wasn’t aware that there was major construction happening during our stay, they’re only about a half built . Any mention or listing about construction was not addressed anywhere before arrival. That being said, it wasn’t very noisy and didn’t really disrupt but the visual outside when you arrive and the amount of work men that are there were not what I was expecting. The staff is a little immature. They don’t really speak English at all – yes I understand them in another country, but how much of their businesses from the US and Canada? Anyway I receive communications from the start of confirmation, pre-arrival, day of arrival, as well while on property all in Spanish and there was no English alternatives in any of it. Even checking in trying to sign three pages of rules and regulations that I couldn’t understand I didn’t have an English alternative. That’s a problem. The pool area is just beautiful. The restaurants a little odd you have to go up to the bar and order yourself. I have a feeling once the hotel is fully complete they’ll be more food and beverage options. Breakfast was included in a room, which was nice, it was a pretty simple menu but OK. My challenges we left early and breakfast isn’t served till nine. I think that’s a little late. Would I stay there again, yes ….was the value Strong absolutely, it was like $100 a night. Staff could use some work, there is construction going on, but it was a great rate. I’m very comfortable room and a beautiful location.

La señal del internet estaba muy lenta. El horario en el que sirven el desayuno muy tarde a las 9:00 de la mañana.

• Stephen (1/5): Disaster - Turned up at 1pm to find out that the hotel had cancelled my reservation at 10am. Reservation was still valid on booking.com. They say they had an issue with my card as it recently expired when I got a new one from the bank. However my reservation had been guaranteed using the same account which hadn’t changed. I get that this may have caused confusion but why not wait until I arrive to check. Again the app said my reservation was still good when I arrived but obviously it wasn’t. No sense of empathy from the staff. Poor service

• Abigail (9/5): We will be back! - The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were beautiful! The staff were very friendly and patient with our limited Spanish. Had the best paloma of my life at the pool bar too. The pool was freezing although it was a very hot day, and room service food wasn’t as great as the breakfast. Other than that everything was great.

• Jessica (9/5): Best anniversary ever! - la ubicación es muy céntrico, las instalaciones nuevas, disfrutamos mucho estar en el jacuzzi aunque hacia frío la pasamos muy agusto lo único es que en nuestra habitación nos tocó que el agua de la regadera se salía mucho y tuvimos que poner toallas en el piso para no resbalarnos.

• Gary (8/5): Beautiful property with a nice attention to guest needs. - Loved the attention to detail of guest needs. When something needed, very responsive staff. Love the rooms around the pool with hammocks and fireplaces and the wrestling of the dwarf aspen trees were really cool. Music and its volume around pool was great too. Beds and pillars were well above average. Great having nespresso and refrigerator in the room. Beautiful lobby yet needs warming up by lighting the fireplace in the winter at least from 3-8 pm. Would have a better warmth and cozy feeling in colder nights. Hot tub was also a highlight but needs to be hotter at 103. It fell below 95-100 a couple of days and not ideal. Pool was nice too and breakfast wasn’t special but adequate. The water pressure shower head is terrible and the shower water was not hot. But the shower is big and beautiful. But without its function. No bueno and can be a deal killer going back because hit showers are pretty important. Asked to be fixed, they tried it seemed but a comment was made by staff that it’s a constant issue for the room we were in. I thought with so much attention to detail this kind of thing would not be an issue at all hotel like this. As good and pleasant of a stay the shower not functioning properly could be a future deal killer and maybe not refer because this is important to everyone. TV internet had issues but it was fixed. Maybe should be set up prior to each guest arrival. Didn’t use tv until we finally asked about and took the guy 20 minutes to reset and set up. This should be done prior to arrival. Thanks

El agua de la regadera tibia a pesar de que hable 2 veces no lo solucionaron. No hay pantuflas ni tapetes en las habitaciones. La sabana tenía una mancha amarilla tenue aunque olía limpio.

Somebody contacted me around 10pm the day before my reservation, standing that they need me to pay in advance trough other channels, due high hotel occupancy to guarantee my reservation. I would prefer to be charged in advance trough Booking.com to avoid transactions out of the site.

• Yanneth Guadalupe (9/5): Muy recomendado, si vuelvo - Un hotel super bonito, privado y tranquilo, todo impecable, el colchón está increíble, dormí muy agusto, todo lo que comí me gustó, por la mañana dimos un paseo en las bicis que tienen ahí para uso libre. Estaban construyendo y había movimiento del personal de construcción cerca de la habitación lo que reducía la privacidad y generaba algo de ruido.

• Cantarero (8/5): Very nice place, comfortable and clean. Would consider returning. - Property is clean, quiet, beautifully landscaped and has a Mediterranean style. Our room was clean, comfortable and furnished with a refrigerator. We stayed in a room with a sliding door that opened to a fire pit and hammock. Hotel is centrally located in Valle with several great wineries nearby. Breakfast was included and quite delicious. They had bikes on the property guests can ride around the property. The motorized blind in our room kept rolling open and closed on its own giving a little eerie, vibe. Also, the jacuzzi was kept cold.
