• Shigeo (9/5): - スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切だった。部屋も綺麗で雰囲気が良かった。 大した事ではないが、ブッキング.comにはコーヒーサービスがあると書いてあったが、コーヒーはなかった。
• Pia (10/5): Zentral und familiär. - Zimmer sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Essen im eigenem Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, war super lecker. Die Geschwister die dieses Hotel betreiben waren sehr freundlich. Wir waren hier sehr gerne es ist sehr familiär geführt. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Die Zimmer liegen im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug. Aber wir (73+70) haben das auch geschafft.

• Krister (6/5): Inte så bra! - Det var tyst och rent. Ingen där när vi kom. Rlngde telefonnumret som fanns på Bookings bokningsbekräftelse, inget svar. Till slut verkade Booking (som vi kontaktade) fått tag i en som öppnade åt oss och vi fick rummet en timma senare. Frukost var mellan åtta och nio. Vi gick ner kvart över åtta, ingen där. Så vi fick skippa frukosten, trots att det ingick i bokningen . Hårda sängar.

• Giada (3/5): Non tornerei - la tv e l'aria condizionata All'arrivo ho trovato delle urine non scaricate del wc, sapone praticamente terminato, cestino pieno, tappeto del bagno porco, al doccino non funzionavano tutti i getti, entrava puzza di fogna dal balconcino.

• MARIA CHIARA (9/5): Scelta azzeccata. - Buona posizione in centro ad Altamura. Ottima accoglienza dei gestori, la ragazza che ci ha accolte ci ha aiutate con i bagagli e offerto subito dell’acqua. Pulizia della stanza e letto comodo. Potrebbe essere utile qualche appoggio in bagno.
• Jovana (7/5): Great location - Very friendly staff, delicious food in the restaurant, perfect location in the heart of the old town. Place look realy cute from the outside. Restaurant is realy pretty too. Dark room, without adequate ventilation. The smell in the room of food from the kitchen, as well as the smell of mold or moisture. The air conditioner does not heat. The mattress moves from the bed, the toilet is very small and not very clean, the shower door does not work well as well as the bathroom door which cannot be closed. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang things or towels or a shelf for shampoo. I believe that the other rooms are better, but I would not choose this one again. The hand soap was empty but that was quickly resolved.

• Mark (10/5): Good value in a quiet street - A friendly welcome, clean room, comfortable bed and instant warm water in the bathroom. In the heart of the old city, with its quaint streets, two minutes walk from the cathedral and Corso Federico. Might I suggest a shelf or two on the wall where a guest could put clothes?
• Marta (7/5): Clean and all right but the room was small and I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stay. - They stuff was really nice, allowed me to leave my bag before check-in stuff. The room was clean and proper. There is no reception. The room was slightly badly arranged (I needed to move shelf to plug in water cutler) and was dark, little daily light. But my stay was short so it was not bothering me that much.
