• Łukasz (7/5): Dobry - Bardzo dobry kontakt z włascicicielem odnosnie zameldowanie i sympatyczne przywitanie, pokazanie wszystkiego w pokoju co i jak. Pokój przytulny, dobrze wyposażony posiada: suszarkę, reczniki, akcesoria łazienkowe, klimatyzację, przestronna szafa, balkon z widokiem na morze, wnętrze pokoju przytulne. Bardzo dobry kontakt i szybki z obsługą poprzez booking. Niewątpliwym plusem jest bliskość do dworca kolejowego jeśli ktoś planuje zwiedzać pobliskie miejscowości w Kalabrii, które są bardzo malownicze. Ogólnie mimo małych mankamentów pobyt był udany i można było oderwać się od codzienności. Minusem jest hałas z ulicy utrudniający zasypianie, mogłoby być zrobione jakieś wyciszenie czy wygłuszenie ścian od strony ulicy, aby nie slyszeć hałasu z ulicy. Klimatyzacja słabo działała. Śniadanie skromne z bonu tylko kawa i rogalik - nic więcej nie można było wziąć, jesli chciałes wziać coś wiecej z baru to musisz dopłacić wtedy. Brakowało mi czajnika w pokoju by zrobić herbatę lub kawę, zamiast ekspresu do kawy, ale to mały szkopuł. Nazwa WiFi była inna niż ta co podana w hotelu, ale hasło było dobre do sieci. W pokoju mógłby być koc czy dodatkowa kołdra, nie każdy lubi spać pod samym prześcieradłem.
• Raffaela (10/5): una piacevole soprpresa - La posizione era ottima, vicinissima al centro e ai servizi, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fatto trovare la camera pronta parecchio in anticipo rispetto all'orario indicato per il check in. La colazione si fa in un bar vicino a pochi passi , purtroppo non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire perchè la mattina dopo era chiuso per un problema familiare e ci ha restituito i soldi per il servizio non utilizzato. Ci siamo trovati benissimo ritorneremo e lo consiglieremo sicuramente.

El p anfitrión Mauro fue sumamente amable, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin dudas volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%.”

Thank you so much! - The locațion was excellent, strategically placed, very clean and had all the utilities and services mentioned in the booking page. It was lovely! The owner was responsive and nice, I really recommend this location if you want to spend a few days, to even a longer stay, in the heart of RC. Very happy to have found it. All good!
• Roxana (10/5): Amazing trip in Reggio Calabria - everything was amazing! the room and bathroom were very clean - the bed also was big and comfortable. you can easily reach the central train station & city center of Reggio Calabria. the accomodation was modern and the host was very friendly. -

• Nina (8/5): Very good - I had room 902 (mid-May 2025) with a balcony. Unfortunately, a shower element was missing (no idea what the previous guests were doing), which meant the bathroom was very wet afterward. But Mauro brought me plenty of towels. Communication with him was very pleasant and straightforward. Whenever there was a problem, he took care of it, clogged shower, adapter for the socket (laptop), loose curtain rod, which was very loose and fell unexpected down on me. As mentioned before l, I have no idea what happened there before... I can really recommend this place, close to the train station, the bus from the airport stops nearly in the front of the apartment and plenty of restaurants around the area, loved it.
• Matas (1/5): Probably the worst experience we’ve ever had. The host is manipulative and extremely rude, the photos on the listing are - It was somewhat close to the city centre and the Reggio Calabria Central station. I do not even know where to start. Check-in time is 13:00, we arrived at the property at ~13.30. No one answered our texts and calls for ~30 minutes. Later host managed to text me via whatsapp and told us that the room is not ready and we can only check-in at 14.30, we waited till 15:00 for our room. What we originally booked was a large double room with a balcony. What we got was a small room with 0 actual windows (practically a jail cell), there was only a window in the bathroom outlooking the cleaning supply room. We were promised a room change the following morning, but it never happened (even after contacting the host multiple times). The room was clean for Italian standards, but for people from Northern Europe it was tragic. The shower drain was completely clogged with hairs, sink was dirty, fridge needed cleaning as well. But the worst thing about our stay was the host Mauro. Ignoring the fact that he manipulated us and made promises that he didn’t even keep, he attacked us after we made a complaint to booking.com customer service. After the heated conversation with him, he proceeded to ignore our texts about the check-out.

It’s rare to find a place where absolutely everything exceeds expectations, but this Bed & Breakfast is exactly that — flawless in every way. We can’t wait to return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special experience. Simply perfect! Everything was perfect

The rental is very securised and calm, in the center of the city and near everything, so practical for a little stay for a couple of lovers or friends. The bed is very comfortable, the laundry is super clean, not a single stain, and you can feel that the accommodation is well being taken care of. The bathroom is big enough and has everything needed (hair dryer, towels, etc.), and it's such a pleasure to have all the space to shower !! The Wi-Fi and the TV are a big plus we loved ! We could eat while watching a movie on Netflix, it was as appreciable as the coffee and the water provided by the owner. The owner is available and accommodating, and so lovely !! He's bright and attentive, it was a pleasure to exchange with him. P-S : Thanks for everything, we loved your room and your style !!

The location is great - close to the city center and beaches, and close to the railway station too. All in all, we recommend it to everyone who decides to visit Reggio Calabria!

I really enjoy coming back after all days spend outside and could rest I very clean apartment. Clean, location and safety. But above of all standard compare to price🤌🤌🤌

The owner is very friendly, helped me with everything and is always in contact, if needed. Thank you very much! The room itself is very stylish, comfortable and equipped with functional design. The bathroom has a spacious shower. Shower gel and a toothbrush are provided. I totally recommend this B&B to my friends. You cannot choose better!
