Amanda (1/5): Property not in fit state to be let. Bad experience - Terrible experience. We arrived to a damp smelling house. After a night’s sleep the lounge was flooded. On investigation it became clear that this was a known problem as there were foam blocks put around the hot water tank in an attempt to hold back the flood.The property was not fit to rent. Avoid. (We were moved to a second property which was good but it was of a far lower standard and had mould in several rooms) We have complained to Booking.com who tell us that the owners are not responding.

Becky (1/5): Our weekend plans ruined. Terrible customer service. - Location was great - hence why we chose it. However the place was filthy with no explanation as to why it wasn't ready for our stay. In fact we were told "no-one has been in the property apart from contractors". Contractors drinking booze and taking drugs it seemed. I didn't like the fact the place was unlaundered, toilets unflushed, kitchen filthy and with evidence of drug use everywhere. There was no apology or explanation as to why the apartment was not ready and our weekend plans were ruined as it took hours for Booking.com to find us another apartment. An apartment that was not in the area we wanted and made us late for our wedding reception.
