• Parhonyi (10/5): Fantastic accommodation and great value for money - It is a fantastic and comfortable accommodation with very nice bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and balcony. We loved the style and arrangement. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The location is quiet and clean. There is an open air swimming pool nearby and you also have a place in the underground garage. You can get the groceries at a supermarket nearby The Ocean and airport are very close. The host is friendly, accessible and communicates quickly. We'd like to come back here over a few years! I suggest you get more explanation about the access to the swimming pool and garage, how to select and take out the garbage. A smoke/fire alarm would also be useful and make sure all electric equipment works well.
• SOLEDAD (10/5): Excelente - La comodidad de la casa, No le faltaba detalle. Da gusto encontrar lugares en los que no falte menaje o sean demasiado justos. no es el caso. Todo muy limpio y cómodo. La playa está muy cerca y hay un centro comercial pequeño pero suficiente para comprar o para comer, cenar. Por poner un pero, la televisión no pudimos verla pues pedía configurar los canales por satélite pero no pudimos aunque estando de vacaciones no hizo falta.

• Dennis (10/5): Family of 4 for 6 days - We loved the spacious living area for our family of four. The style of the apartment is warm and charming. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great! Plus lots of appliances and a great refrigerator to add groceries if you plan on a week or more stay. Also, it's about 12 minutes drive from Tenerife South Airport, and you can't even hear the planes! Small issues like a broken dryer, but you can easily hang your stuff out to dry on the balcony. They supply plenty of drying racks for your clothes and towels. Also the views are just the other apartments or the industrial plant (maybe for water treatment).The positives far outnumber the negatives though.
• Mariona (10/5): Calm Home la Tejita - El apartamento es nuevo y muy moderno, muy amplio y con 3 habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas. Equipado con todas las comodidades y dos agradable terrazas. La cocina estaba ampliamente equipada para prepararte la comida cuando no tenías ganas de salir. Todo muy limpio, con vigilancia nocturna. La ubicación es buena y muy tranquila para los que buscan relax, los principales lugares estaban a un corto trayecto en coche y a pocos minutos del apartamento hay un pequeño centro comercial con tiendas, supermercado y algunos bares. Detalle preciso, la presencia de plaza de parking reservada para el apartamento dentro del garaje subterráneo. Tanto Roberto como la propietaria (Helena) muy amables y siempre disponible por teléfono para cualquier pregunta o necesidad. Sin duda repetiremos alquilando este alojamiento. Nada que objetar

• Natsuyo (8/5): - Comfortable apartment. Great heated pool. Walking distance to the beach. Close to the airport. The room door doesn't open smoothly.
• 060371 (9/5): - Una casa habilitada con todo tipo de detalles a quinientos metros de playa de la tejita, una de las playas más bonitas de Tenerife sur. Tuvimos algún problema de acceso a la piscina quéme se solucionó.

You can see the sea a bit, fully equipped kitchen. Large rooms and wardrobes in each room. Pool in the complex, heated. Private parking in the parking lot of the building. Also a center with a supermarket, 5 minutes from the apartment by foot. We had a great time.we couple with 3 children.Thank you very much, we had a lot of fun staying with you.
