• Lesley (3/5): Very Poor maintainence of apartment. Needs a lot of improvemnt. - Location . The apartment kitchen was not clean properly. There were ants and cockroaches around this area, even on dining table. The dish sponge had hair on it, dish cloth dirty and used already. Booked apartment for 7 adults but in apartment only 2 mugs , 3 spoons provided. Bath towels not cleaned properly as can still see the marks on them ..Reported to host about needing more cutlery, pillows, mugs, new sponge, etc at 17:30hrs but he only actioned the request at 20:16hrs; by which time , we had gone out for food/drinks and tour town so was not around to receive anything. Microwave oven not working either. 2nd bathroom needs thorough cleaning as it smelt terrible ...due to drainage hole/ floor trap ??. Shower hose needs fixing and no hooks to hang clothes in bathroom. Will definitely not be recommending anyone to stay in this apartment C 28-04- . Also when first received booking confirmation , I was informed that apartment was in Block B. However this was changed to Block C.

• Mishykka (8/5): Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay - "The place was comfortable and conveniently located, just a 5-minute drive to Jonker Walk. The swimming pool was spacious and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. Additionally, the host was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi connection could be improved, as it was inconsistent at times. Additionally, the limited TV channels made it difficult to find enjoyable shows to watch.

• Koh (6/5): An affordable basic unit - No deposit was required for this booking. Full payment was not required until 2 days before which was a strong factor in choosing this unit. Once booked, management responded to inquiries/concerns with acceptable promptness through the booking.com app (but not on WhatsApp). The self check-in and check-out process was easy. The unit was very basic and came with the bare minimum. We were disappointed to find that several items in the listing were either not provided or misrepresented. The "kitchen" had no dish soap and a microwave which was not working. A portable cook top was subsequently provided but no cooking utensils. "Free toiletries" was basically a limited amount of shampoo; no handsoap or other toiletries were provided. Toilet paper was very limited for 6 guests; 2 additional rolls were provided after the first request but none with the second request when we ran out again. The iron and ironing board were in poor condition. There was no drying rack for clothing as advertised. When I requested one, hangers were provided. The "bidet" listed is only a hose. Visibility in the main bathroom was limited due to the very dim lighting (which served as a night light). In short, there is much room for improvement in hospitality.

• Ain (7/5): No caption - The pool was very nice. Got kids friendly pool. The stay was good and big enough for my whole family. Cleanliness was pleasant. When I wanted to use the bbq pit I was told to go mgt office to deal with mgt but it's closed. The owner not informed about the mgt office closing at 1 pm or 2pm on Saturday.
• Zawawi (4/5): My Review - Guest from Kuala Lumpur - Overall ok. Parking good. Thank for 3 lot of parking. 1. Housekeeping take to long to clean the apartment. Check in time is 3.00 p.m. But i have to wait nearly 1 hour. My check in was 3.45 p.m. 2. Gym is not avelable to guest. Need to book. 3. Swimming pool entrance very far from apartment C bcos entrance for aprt. C is closed.

• Anonymous (5/5): I am really sorry, but I have to say I had unpleasant feelings during my stay. - I do love the seaview and the facilities provided. Width of the unit is also nice and comfortable. The location is strategic and nearby to the city and convenient store. The glass door at the balcony fell down from a strong wind and almost hit my family members who were sleeping in the living room. Inform the host and they arrange to shift to a new unit. Unfortunately when we entered the unit was not even cleaned up. Again, me and my family with a toddler need to shift to another unit arranged by the host. The most disappointing feeling is when they change me to a unit with only 2 rooms instead of 3 rooms and say the unit is the same price and can fit up to 8 people and not even intend for any compensation or refund. I am paying for the unit claimed as Stunning Seaview, Luxury Amenities but replace it with a smaller unit with swimming pools view. I understand the unpredictable weather is beyond your control and I do love the place, but I'm really frustrated with how they handle this situation..
• Tan (3/5): Bad encounter - The location The glass at balcony cracked when we were watching tv, Luckily it didnt shatter. Dangerous apartment not safe for family with seniors or children. Changed from 3bedroom apartment to 2 bedroom apartment at first was told price is different but after that claimed owner informed its the same price, never intend to do any refund for the difference in price. When refunding my deposit they can only transfer to Malaysia Bank Account.
