- Caleb Agustín (4/5): No cumplieron con la reservación y les falta más atención o coordinación - Creo que solo me gusto la ubicación, la limpieza y la atención de únicamente 1 de los chicos que me atendió. Las otras 2 mujeres que me atendieron lo hicieron mal La reservación que hice decía que el cuarto tenía aire acondicionado y no fue así. Cuando llegue la chica que me recibió creo que no confirmo bien como fue mi reservación y me dió la habitación como se supone era en mi reservación por la aplicación, cama matrimonial extra grande, aire acondicionado y estacionamiento. Pero al llegar me dijeron que el sistema de Booking estaba ofertando las habitaciones sencillas como si fueran de las mejores y me cambiaron de habitación. Luego la habitación a la que me cambiaron ya estaba ocupada y que no, que era en otra habitación. Luego otra cosa, el cuarto no tenía papel de baño, la reservación también decía que incluye "jabón" o "shampoo" pero tampoco había nada de eso.

- GARCIA RECINOS (10/5): Estancia cómoda y confortable! - Me gusto que esta cercas de la catedral y jardín principal y el personal amable, y la alberca muy rica aunque fria pero muy rica, excelentes instalaciones y servicio! No hay agua caliente, en lo personal no me molesta el agua fria a mi, pero para mi pareja si fue un problema, además que es pantalla no smart tv, fuera de eso todo me encantó!
