• Marigotus (2/5): Disappointing management - It is a modern apartment, and the pictures reflect what you are going to get. The keys were given 2 hours after the agreed time. Called the manager several times and was promised that it would be delivered on time. But when the time came the manager lied saying that the cleaning lady had been mugged. However, when the cleaning lady left the apartment she told us that nothing happened to her. Imagine yourself waiting for two hours in the rain on the sidewalk. Also, the apartment was dirty, with mold in the bathroom ceiling and shower curtain. Also, do not rent the apartment till end of 2026. Another building is being built on its side. So, everyday you will wake up at 8am with the sound of hammers and construction drillers. You get only one fob key. You cannot leave the apartment separately, the fob is needed to open the door either entering or exiting the building.

• A.G. Toro (4/5): Nice location, big apartment. Awfully furnished and worst service. Won't recommend at all. - Location was super convenient for me, Villa Del Parque is a lovely neighborhood in BA, with lots of restaurants and stores, but also quiet and friendly, plus very well connected by transport, just 2 blocks from train station and many bus stops. The appartment was very spacious, located in a new building. Highlight from the spaces was the kitchen, with good appliances and the AC in the areas for heat/cool temperatures, plus both TVs. Even the apartment was newly build and spacious, it was very poorly maintained and furnished. Both bedrooms had awful beds, pretty old and uncomfortable, lamps on the side bed were also broken and honestly a little dangerous to use. The living room sofa was also not in a good condition, and dirty. Overall we received the apartment not properly cleaned. Main bathroom had a leaking WC and rusty and dirty curtains. Even we were 3 people staying for 4 weeks, we were provided with only one set of towels and linens, which was not enough. But worst of all was the communication with the management. When I reached out with just a few questions and requests (missing remote control and setting up a cleaning service with extra fee) there answers were delayed and not giving proper response - in 4 weeks time! When making this claim, the excuse was that this was a high seasons with many request from clients - well, I guess I was not considered a proper customer then! :P
