• Ralph (9/5): A perfect spot, especially if you have a car. - A wonderful location, right on the edge of the Palace and Old Town. Well equipped and comfortable, with a parking spot right outside and a lovely private courtyard. Very quick to walk back and forth into town. Supermarkets, bakeries and the main city market are all close by. We'd return here for sure. The bedroom, although spacious enough for two, does not have any floor space to open suitcases, so we had them open on the living room floor - not a problem, really. Also, the bathroom is quite tiny, but again, not really a problem.

• Mia (10/5): - Svidjelo nam se apsolutno sve: divni domaćini koji su nas dočekali, prelijepi i udobni apartman s apsolutno svim sadržajima za ugodan boravak, mogućnost sigurnog i besplatnog parkinga i lokacija na samo par minuta od Rive. Ako nas put uskoro ponovo nanese u Split, znamo sigurno kome ćemo se javiti.

Apartman opremljen sa svim potrebnim stvarim, čak i mimo očekivanja.Besplatan parking ispred kuće, što je velika prednost kada je Split u pitanju.Gospodja Anamaria ljubazna, susretljiva.Ja sam sigurna da ovo nece biti moj zadnji boravak kod njih.
• Krzysztof (10/5): Wyjątkowy - Bardzo ładny nocleg ze wszystkimi niezbędnymi udogodnieniami na krótsze i dłuższe wypady po okolicy. Nieruchomość położona jest blisko centrum miasta, a właścicielka jest bardzo miła :-) .

• Danielle (10/5): - Die Lage ist top mit eigenem Parkplatz vor der Tür und einem Innenhof mit sitzmöbel.und ruhig.aber in ein paar Minuten stehen sie in der Altstadt und am Hafen und der Markt Platz ist auch gleich da.200m entfernt und man ist beim bäcker.danke danke nach einem Unfall mit e Scooter der mich umgefahren hat hat die Eigentümerin mich sofort ins Krankenhaus gebracht.merci Negativ und Warnung Achtung auf e Scooter und fahrräder.alle sind sehr Rücksichtlos unterwegs und dürfen fahren wie sie wollen
• Goran (10/5): - Bili smo izuzetno zadovoljni boravkom u ovom apartmanu. Apartman je besprekorno čist, ugodan i odlično opremljen. Lokacija je sjajna, sa lakim pristupom svemu što je potrebno. Osjećali smo se dobrodošlo od prvog trenutka. Domaćin (Anamari) nas je toplo dočekala i uputila na lokalne znamenitosti i restorane. Toplo preporučujemo ovaj smještaj svima koji žele mirno, ugodno i čisto mjesto. Ako budemo opet posjećivali Split, sigurno ćemo se ovdje vratiti.

• Kelvin (10/5): An Oasis - Everything. The location is literally 5 minutes to the waterfront. Lovely private courtyard, bedroom separate and private from the rest of the apartment. Very spacious, well appointed, little extras provided. If we redid the trip we would have stayed 7 not 2 nights. I can’t thank the hosts enough for helping us out with advice and returning our rental car. Truely lovely people. Can’t wait to come back as best accommodation on our 2 month trip. Nothing

Everything is so well thought out and planned to make your trip enjoyable. Anamari and her husband gave us information about places to eat and see. Their hospitality was 10/10. One of the best stays we’ve had on our trip. Location is sensational as well. Look no further than- this place is beautiful. Can’t wait to come back again. Nothing - everything was excellent.

The place itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could have needed during our visit. It was great having our own parking space but car wasn’t actually needed as the property is so well located. Communication with the owner was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again! I cannot think about a better place and better host for our stay Nothing

• Hui (10/5): A great stay overall! - The location is excellent-6min walk to old town, in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment is better than the pictures, well equipped with plenty supplies. Has a Reserved parking space. We especially were happy with the washer machine-28min quick cycle to complete the wash. There’s a large cloth hanger/rack to air dry the clothes. Shower water is hot. A nice courtyard. Anamari is very helpful and easy to communicate with quick response. Sofa needs bigger cushions/pillows. The sink in the bathroom is a bit too small.
• Ana (10/5): Amazing place to stay in Split - The place is just perfect. Comfortable room and very well equipped kitchen. It had an iron, hairdryer, dishwasher and washing machine. The hosts were super friendly and attentive. They left toiletries available, cleaning supplies for clothes, tea, cappuccino and even some sweets. In addition, the apartment is extremely well located. Just a few minutes walk from the city's main attractions. It was our best accommodation in Croatia. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Amrit (10/5): Elevates the experience in Split! - This is a gem of a stay! It’s not just another studio but a proper home like feel, all to yourself in the heart of split , a 4-5 minute walk to both the Palace & promenade . Everything is close! The hosts are awesome! Having a parking always helps! There is nothing one can complain about this property. None at all & if I could give it 11 out of 10, I would!
• Sean (10/5): If you are looking for a full apartment steps away from the old town with parking this is it - Anamari our host met us at the location. Anamari sent us detailed instructions and photos of how to access the parking (which is right outside the front door). The apartment is a very short walk into the old town. Your car is parked outside the apartment, the apartment has a bathroom, bedroom full kitchen etc and is very quiet at night. You get the benefit of a full apartment AND parking with a great host just a short walk into the old town. Everything was perfect

Having parking is a great benefit too! Anamari was super friendly and helped to answer all my questions very quickly. She’s even gone through the extra effort of adding some comforts in to the home 😊 I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Split! Nothing!

The apartment is new and has everything you could possibly need included. This included little extras like snacks and cold water and juice on arrival. Nothing it was perfect.
