harvey (4/5): Disappointing - Not much Not the Gem we’d hoped for. A very tired hotel. Doors don’t fit! Anything out of the box was too difficult. Couldn’t get extra pillows. Cleaning staff yelling in corridors from 0630. Breakfast inedible.
harvey (6/5): Old but functional - Rooms a good size with fridge and and a/c. At the quiet end of town but with enough restaurants on the doorstep. Took an age to check in as they couldn’t find our booking despite having exchanged several messages beforehand. Breakfast finished at 9am. Too early for a holiday hotel. The beach isn’t swimmable this far up. Quite a walk to the nearest sunbed. Beds are borderline too hard. Only one pillow each. Doesn’t feel safe to leave valuables unsupervised.

Moreover, there is no coffee provided in the room of such called 4-star hotel.

Anna (8/5): Very good - The AC was great, the room was rather spacious and clean. The furniture was comfy, the view was nice. We were offered an early check-in. Even though the room was clean, there were ants, that we did not see in any other hotels. The location is good and bad. Good because it is very quiet, bad because it is far from everything, and you need to take a taxi. Wi-fi was slow. If you do not have enough cash with you to directly pay for the stay, they take your passport. The water in the shower takes a lot of time to become warm. There was a long list of rules and fines.

C (8/5): Very good - The staff are super helpful! The view of the beach and ocean in the distance is not bad! It's close to the quieter part of the beach. There's not much to do near the hotel. Other than a couple of cafés in the vicinity, all the great places to eat at are a long walk or a Grab ride away. The hotel has discontinued its restaurant and café or so I was informed. I was given a room different from the one I'd booked. With a slightly better view but no bathtub.

Nimu (8/5): Very good - Close to beach, very clean and spacious room, good value for money, 24hour reception. Breakfast was OK, but could have been much better. On the first morning there was plenty of choice, but on second to fourth mornings, cooked food was scarce, coffee and tea were luke warm (but could be re-heated), on final day, the coffee and tea could not be heated. There should have been more fruit.

Bi66les70 (4/5): Wouldn’t bother! - Staff are not that friendly compared to other places in Vietnam. And English seemed a struggle with only a few speaking it easily enough to be understood. They asked to keep our passports on checking in and when I refused, she got annoyed and demanded a cash deposit. Breakfast was very disappointing, we didn’t eat there. One morning there was no hot water. The bed was very very hard by western standards. It is close to the water but that’s about it. It’s quite a walk to the main tourist restaurant area.
AnitaWolverhampton (4/5): Disappointing - After 9 days travelling around Vietnam and enjoying wonderful hospitality, we were bitterly disappointed with our stay here. The only hotel where we didn't feel welcomed, the security guy outside helped us with our luggage and when I said no to paying upfront for a room I hadn't yet stepped into, they insisted on holding on to our passports even though it was the only hotel to have verified my credit card in advance. The shower was a tap operated one just above waist height and there was a shower curtain rail with hooks but no shower curtain, when we queried this we just got a shrug. Breakfast choices did not look appetising though the eggs/omelette was acceptable but the coffee was barely tepid. The room was OK and beds comfortable with a river and sea view, though the small sea view window had no curtain and the riverview was actually a construction site and river view! In fact, within 12 maths this hotel will no longer have a river view! On one evening drinks were deliver to our room, the following evening this was refused with them insisting that we collected them from reception. We requested the room be made up, the food was swept, although a green jelly type blob of something on the floor wasn't removed, and the towels were replaced, but the beds were not made. On checking out we were informed that the soap dish was broken and we were expected to pay for it although they did back down when we insisted that there were definitely no breakages of any kind! I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

They were very helpful, answering all our questions efficiently, in very good English, The hotel was clean, spacious, quiet, bed very comfortable. We had some bad weather for one day(cat 2 hurricane!!!!), and the staff looked after us well, making us their priority. Breakfast was good, the manager in charge, only wanting to please. All in all, a good hotel with excellent staff.

The only "problem" in our room was that there was no curtain for the small window, making the room very light early in the morning. The buffet for breakfast offers a wide range of food and drinks. A pitty that the bar did not open.
Joel (6/5): New hotel, bad location and staff - The hotel was very nice and new but the staff was not up to par. They tried to charge extra when my friend came over but did not sleep over. They also booked a bus out of Nha Trang for us but we did not get picked up fron. the hotel and they overcharged us. This hotel is not in a good location, there is nothing you can walk to.
hammockscrew (10/5): Excellent Stay... - We were backpacking through Vietnam and this place was definitely beyond our budget (I think we paid around $40 per night). But we were also looking for a slightly higher-end place after staying at hostels for several days. We went in just to inquire and the main reason we took the place was because of the enterprising nature of the hotel manager, Mr. Duc. He sold the place well, and was super courteous. It was not a hard sell but rather a welcoming attitude that led us to come back to this place even though we found slightly cheaper options elsewhere. The room was great with a nice beach view. All of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included. On one particular day, If you are looking for a slightly expensive place with all comforts, do go here. Will give 5 stars - for the place and the people running the place.
kenkhoah (8/5): Excellent seaview fantastic service - Got room 805 which has lovely beach view as well as river view. Terrace bar is nearby which offers even more seaview. Could be a bit loud due to music but closing the door muffles most of the sound. The staff was friendly and spent a considerable amount of time showing us where to go and what to do in Nha Trang. As we speak Vietnamese we cannot comment on their English. The hotel is only 3 months old when we stay so it is still sparkling new and beautiful. The only problem is that the bath is not attached to the wall and has no curtain so water sprays onto the floor. A bit annoying but we are ok with it. We love the hotel and are happy to come back especially given the reasonable price.
