- Deepak (2/5): Very poor - Can't think of anything Rude staff, the Internet for MAC never worked, denied 2nd access card. The staff should travel globally to see how other hotels operate and serve their customers.

- Ravi (8/5): Very good - Breakfast good, the location is even better. they need to keep lighted sign board so that the location is visibile from FAR as some of the UBER drivers could not locate it. The staff was asking allot of questions, where as all the necessary details were already given prehanded. Delay in check in by 20 mins kept the guest frustated. they should speed up the process.
