• Guest (8/5): - Emplacement top, logement très propre. Malheureusement, le voisin du dessus faisait des travaux matinaux assez bruyants lors de notre visite
• Iva (9/5): Great modern flat close to central Monopoli. - Super spacious modern flat in a great location, only 10 min walk to the centre. The option to book the garage was great. The host was very helpful and responsive and it was super convenient that we could check in with a code. We booked it for 3 adults but the third bed could have been a bit better - it was not very comfortable. Everything else was excellent.
• Nga Yee (8/5): Top verblijf, met als klein nadeel dat het te dicht bij het spoor ligt - Zeer ruim gerenoveerd appartement, met een grote smart-tv en een fijn bed. Het appartement is schoon en ligt op een toplocatie, op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het centrum. Het appartement ligt dicht bij het spoor, waardoor je dag en nacht de trein hoort voorbijgaan.

• giulia (10/5): Appartamento nuovo - La possibilità di poter anticipare il check in è stata graditissima, ottima la possibilità di poter utilizzare il garage (a pagamento), appartamento nuovo ristrutturato e arredato con molto stile! Dotato di tutt i comfort, dall aria condizionata alla lavastoviglie...la signora proprietaria è stata gentilissima! Alla prossima mini vacanza! Giulia
• laurens (9/5): Excellent établissement, et hôtes très prévenants - emplacement proche du centre (15 mn à pieds), possibilité d'avoir un garage, hôtes très accueillants qui en plus parlaient un peu français, très réactifs. L'appartement très grand, a tout le confort nécéssaire. La ville est très vivante le soir.

Spędziliśmy w apartamecnie wyśmienite 5 dni. Dodatkowych atutem w miasteczku takim jak Monopoli była możliwość zaparkowania auta w garażu za 5 euro za dobę.

• Azraa (7/5): Good stay - It was modern and clean and the location was within walking distance to the centre The host communicated well and response times were fast and they allowed us to check in early It’s near a train track so it’s quite noisy whenever the train passes The description mentions an in house coffee shop, a courtyard and a waterpark- however this is misleading as the apartment doesn’t have these facilities on site The WiFi wasn’t working for most of our stay
• Av (7/5): Good - The apartment looks great and contains all the necessary facilities. It is far from the centre and is located very close to the train lines so you can hear the trains passing by very frequently, including at night. That said, we slept well.
• Rena (9/5): Beautifully presented and workmanship. We would definitely recommend. Definitely recommend. - The property was lovely. Had all necessary amenities. The owners were amazing, friendly and very helpful. The use of a garage was a great additional option. It’s slight distance to the old town which wasn’t an issue for us at all. It is very close to a railway line so if you’re a light sleeper you may need earplugs if you go to bed early.
• Vanja (8/5): Nice apartment close to the city center - The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped, located in a renovated building. The bedroom is beautiful, nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean, and they had everything we needed. The washing machine was very appreciated, especially in the summer. The bathtub is a little smaller, but it was fine for us. On each side of the apartment, there is one balcony, and we loved spending time there, having breakfast or dinner. Every door and window has a mosquito net, which is really good. The garage is also very convenient, it is right next to the building entrance. The street is narrow, so it takes more time to park a bigger car, but it is doable. Also, the location of the apartment is very close to the city center but also very close to the railway line. The building is located next to the railway line, so the sound of the train can be heard every 20-30 minutes, day or night. We would not recommend it to someone who has trouble sleeping or someone who is sensitive to sounds. There are two beautiful balconies, and we liked both, but we think they are shared with the other apartment/room. The bathroom window is looking at the other apartment's part of the balcony. We didn't think there were any guests in the next-door apartment, so we enjoyed our privacy.
• Judy (9/5): Lovely stay in Monopoli - Nice well appointed apartment, with a back balcony, in a close location to the Old Town. The apartment had everything we needed. A great kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, and it was a real bonus to be able to do a load of washing while we were there. Our host was very helpful in giving us information and also very accommodating in letting us arrive early and depart a bit later. Being able to park in the private garage next to the apartment for 5euro a night, was a real plus. This was the first stay where we had no face contact with the host just a message and self checkin, so a new experience for us. In saying that the host was lovely and very prompt with messages and clear instructions on Whatsapp
