• Anne (9/5): - Besonders gut fanden wir die Lage, der Petersplatz ist in 7 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ins Stadtzentrum gelangt man schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten. Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig, man hat die Gäste aus der nebenliegenden Wohnung etwas gehört.

• Gerbier (7/5): - L'appartement est assez spacieux bien que mal agencé (notamment la cuisine) Des bus permettent de rejoindre le centre historique et la Piazza Venezia directement. L'appartement est à proximité de la Place St Pierre et il y a commerces de proximité et restaurants à côté. La literie est confortable. Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. Le train en face de la chambre qui passe de 5h45 à minuit. Les voisins bruyants. La télé était si forte qu'on avait l'impression qu'elle était dans la chambre jusqu'à une heure tardive. Le sofa n'avait pas de drap de dessus juste un plaid. Quand j'en ai parlé aux proprietaire, cela ne semblait pas lui poser de problème. Je trouve que c'est un vrai manque d'hygiène. Le paiement de la taxe de séjour se fait en liquide qu'on glisse dans une boite aux lettres (prévoir une enveloppe surtout si ce n'est pas une somme ronde).

• FRANCESCO (9/5): ESPERIENZA MOLTO POSITIVA, QUANDO TORNERO' A ROMA CI RITORNERO' CON PIACERE - ottima posizione a pochi passi da città del vaticano, appartamento con tutti i confort, molto pulito, con tutti gli accessori che erano presenti in descrizione. A pochi metri dalla stazione della metro San Pietro. Sotto casa anche 2 ottimi ristoranti ed un'enoteca con possibilità di mangiare qualcosa. Rumore del passaggio della metro durante la notte, anche se sporadicamente.

• Kirsi (9/5): Todella kiva Vatican' s room - Majoituspaikka oli hyvällä sijainnilla. Lyhyt matka Pietarin kirkolle,palveluita lähellä. Bussit kulkee melkein vierestä. Majoituksessa oli hyvin astioita(paistolastaa ei kyllä minkäänlaista) kiva kun oli teepusseja,kahvia,sokeria,kaakao,mausteita. Ei tarvinnut itse ostaa kun vähän vain tarvittiin.Pyyhkeitä oli hyvin,joka lähtöön. Pimennysverhot, aiettä!!! Niitä on hyvin harvoin majoituskohteissa. Tilat oli sopivan kokoiset meille kahdelle aikuiselle ja 12v lapselle. Marcoon yhteys toimi todella hyvin. Saatiin hyvät neuvot sisäänkirjautumiseen. Vessanpönttö hiukan hankala kun istuessa reunas liikkuivat,sekä istuin korkea pienemmälle. Mutta senkin ratkaistiin laittamalla tyyny jalkojen alle :) Veden säätäminen sopivaksi,mutta sekin onnistui kun rauhassa vaan sääteli. Majoitus on lähellä junarataa, mutta meitä ei kyllä häirinnyt junan ääni yhtään. Tämä ei liity majoitukseen,vaan ihan varoituksena että kannattaa olla tarkka omaisuuden kanssa. Meiltä mieheltä varastettiin taskusta puhelin :(

• Agnes (5/5): Probably better for the summer - We stayed 4 nights 20-24 February 2026 in a one bedroom apartment. This had a single and a double bed in one room. The location was good for visiting StPeter’s Basilica and the.Vatican Museum and is near the St Pietro Stazione railway station. The apartment would probably be more suitable for the summer. The heating wasn’t on when we arrived and the apartment was freezing and the single overhead heater in the bedroom blew barely warm dry air inadequate for the whole flat. On notifying the owner he switched the heating which came on for 2 of the days but not any more. The owner informed that the heating came on 2x a day but that was not our experience. The radiators in the hallway and bathroom were never on. The shower temperature fluctuated when on as noted by several other reviews. The shower door leaked as it wasn’t correctly fitted . This made the bathroom slippery. Something was left in the toilet and had to be fished out with a plastic fork. The owner also seemed to think that pointing out defects was rude when concerns were raised but an honest review is to help other potential customers decide if the property is for them . Photos of the item left in the toilet and shower door are included

• İsmail (9/5): Kullanışlı ev - Temiz ve mutfağı donanımlı bir evdi. Konum olarak Vatikana çok yakın ve yürüme mesafesindeydi ama diğer gezilecek yerlere otobüsle ulaşım sağladık. Otobüs durağı çok yakındı. Evin ısısını kendimizin ayarlayamaması kötüydü.Ev sahibinin dışarıdan kontrol ettiği bir sistem vardı. Ev sahibinden rica ettik ısıyı açtı ama ikinci gün yine kapattı. Bu durum bizi rahatsız etti.

• Maria (9/5): Well located apartment - For visiting Vatican and Rome this apartment is located in a perfect area. The sightseeings of Vatican are almost around the corner (approximately ten minutes on foot or less). Rome's important sightseeings are also quite close if you're used with walking and want to step by from different places. Colosseum approximately an hour on foot. Different restaurants and shops nearby, train station is also close. Bed and pillows were really comfortable, apartment was clean and felt safe. Communication with host was good and fast. It seemed from the booking that apartment has a balcony, but ours didn't. Nothing more to complain about.

• Carta (9/5): Top - Siamo arrivati al mattino presto e abbiamo anche trovato facilmente parcheggio per l auto. Abbiamo fatto colazione in uno dei tanti locali lì vicino e dopo di che abbiamo preso un bus per andare verso il Colosseo Il ritorno lo abbiamo fatto a piedi facendo diverse soste nei punti da vedere da noi scelti. Il check in è stato veloce e facile L appartamento era pulito , in ordine e dotato di tutti i confort necessari

Host also got very angry with us when we accidentally went into the wrong room as both rooms had the same checkin instructions and keys were in the same place. However he was very nice otherwise.

• Dimples (10/5): excellent choice in rome - the property is in excellent condition. it is very clean and even the sheets smelled good. the apartmeb is well appointed and contains everything you will need. it is so easy to reach the property owner and he makes it a point to help.

• Iria (1/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación es muy buena, al lado del vaticano, con tiendas y cafeterías cerca. Conexión muy buena con el centro a través del bus. El apartamento es amplio y tanto, la cama principal como el sofá-cama son cómodos. Mi puntuación no es buena porque tuvimos un problema con la ducha que no se solucionó y por ello no puedo ponerle buena puntuación (y además por lo que hemos visto después es un problema recurrente). Cuando te pasas el día caminando lo que te apetece es darte una buena ducha al finalizar el día. En nuestro caso, la presión del agua era mínima (muy mínima) y la regulación de la temperatura inexistente (o muy caliente o muy fría, sin que el agua caliente se mantuviese más de 20 segundos). De las 4 noches, 2 de ellas nos duchamos con agua fría totalmente. El primer día avisamos de lo ocurrido sin solución ninguna. Por otra parte, pasa justo al lado la vía del tren y se escucha mucho el ruido, se puede tener en cuenta. Por último, la tasa turística tiene que ser abonada en efectivo (sin previo aviso de ello).

• Oleksandra (10/5): - Великолепное расположение - хоть рядом проезжает поезд - он не так слышен и не мешает спать. Немного в стороне от главной улицы, поэтому довольно мирно. При этой в пешей доступности к магазинам и городскому транспорту. Очень близко к Ватикану. Сам апартамент неимоверно просторный - кухня прекрасная, все есть для комфортного отдыха. Кровать удобная. Балкончик в номере добавил еще 100 очков этому месту. Все было предусмотрено для комфортного отдыха. Ролета на главной балконной двери не работает, но поезд в принципе не мешает спать при закрытом окне.

• Grafu Maria (3/5): Se putea mai bine - Mi-a plăcut ca am putut sa ma plimb, fiind o zona centrală. Locația a fost lângă un pod... treceau începând cu ora 5 dimineața metrouri sau tramvaie pe el și automat se făcea zgomot imens, ceea ce nu a fost menționat atunci când am închiriat locația. Am găsit furnici in bucătărie.... ceea ce este foarte greșit având in vedere ca se considera a fi loc de 4 stele. Ne-a cerut taxă de călătorie 6 euro per persoana per noapte, dar noi știam ca e inclusa in costuri...

Zona servitissima a livello di negozi vari e bus per viaggiare in ogni zona di Roma . Una chicca la stazione dei treni Roma S.Pietro che si collega con Roma Termini. Appartamento bellissimo e curato come da descrizione, il locatore Marco una persona veramente fantastica e cordiale, e’ a disposizione per ogni vostro bisogno, indirizzandoci per ogni vostra esigenza. Io lo consiglio a tutti da 10 + . Niente da segnalare, tutto ok .
• Samad (7/5): Good place to stay. - We get early check-in, thanks for that. Location is good. Good wi-fi, all Equpment's working and good conditinons. Very difficult to find a property in first time. Sometimes has problem with hot water, water pressure dropper and heater not working.

It had everything we needed, the air-con was perfect, the space and layout is perfect, space to store everything you could take and more, the location is ideal. It's a 5 minute walk from the Vatican (or a 10 minute stroll) and there is a lift if required although its only on the first floor and the staircase upto it is easy and beautiful. There are all amenities within 5 minutes and we had the most amazing meal 2 minutes walk away at Papa Rex. We decided within 5 minutes of being in the apartment that this will be our first choice for future bookings in Rome and this didn't change throughout the stay. Marco was easily contactable although we didn't need anything and the apartment is incredibly secure. We absolutely loved this apartment! Nothing. I really cannot think of a fault other than the shower hot water takes a couple of minutes to warm but that's not really a problem.

• Kaitlin (8/5): Good spot for exploring the Vatican - The location was great, super close to the Vatican and S.Pietro station. The apartment was spacious, bed was comfortable and the place felt secure. We enjoyed having a little balcony. The host was also friendly and easy to communicate with. Only one small complimentary bottle between 2 guests. The bathroom was a decent size but the shower was tiny which was not ideal for my partner who is almost 2 metres. Also, I know its a legal requirement to share your passport with the host but I feel the way this is handled could be more secure.

• Helen (8/5): I enjoyed my stay, but would choose elsewhere next time - Very close to the Vatican, but therefore a long way from anywhere else. To be weighed up when you book your trip. Overground train line nearby, so quite noisy as of very early morning. Sofa in bedroom comfortable, but impractical to watch tv and a small table would have been appreciated to put a glass on! The only place to sit was in the kitchen, which is very small, but I was on my own so adequate. A long way from much of Rome and transport complicated for certain areas

Spacious with everything you need! - This is a beautiful place with a kitchen and markets nearby if you want to cook your own food. It also has easy walking access to the Vatican, the river, and many awesome restaurants. It was clean, and just removed enough from the main streets to provide a quieter location. Beautiful!

• Murat (3/5): Poor - It is close to vatican Low water pressure. Impossible to take shower. There is no washing machine as in the flat. But in the photos there is. That photo belongs to another flat. Very bad, leading to argument style communication with customers. Sofa isn't good. The wall behind the sofa is very dirty.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with clean, comfortable rooms and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Marco, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating to all our questions. He went above and beyond by booking us a taxi for our early trip to Florence, ensuring we reached the train terminal on time without any hassle. The location is fantastic, being near Vatican City, which made it easy for us to explore this historic and beautiful area. We could easily walk to many attractions and enjoy the local culture. Overall, Roma Vaticans Room provided us with a memorable stay, thanks to its cleanliness, great value, and exceptional service. Thank you, Marco, for making our visit so smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

• Kathy (5/5): Spacious but cold and noisy - The location was great. Very close to the Vatican so that suited our purposes. The size of the apartment was also good. The train station is right next to this property so if you’re a light sleeper, all the trains are running constantly which makes it very noisy. There is a basketball and soccer course right across the street which also means a lot of shouting from kids playing. The hot water did not work very well. It would turn cold in the middle of a very quick shower and then you would have to stand in the cold water for several minutes until it heated up again.the apartment was also cold. Unfortunately for us we were there at the coldest time of year. There is an AC type of heating unit in the bedroom but no heat in the living kitchen area so it was very cold. The room we booked was supposed to have a washing machine, but when we arrived, there was no washing machine in the unit. I asked Marco about the washing machine and he told me that I must have booked the unit without a washing machine. However, when I looked on Booking.com it didn’t give me an option to choose a room with or without washing machine showed that the unit had one there.

• Azganush (9/5): Lovely apartment with nice host - Lovely, clean apartment. Very close to Vatican. it was very close to the train tracks, but this didn't bother us at all, even though we were traveling with a kid.
