• Hardy-patel (9/5): Lovely place to stay, nice location. Would recommend - We had an issue with the door not opening on arrival, the hosts came straight away to fix the issue, fantastic help. Plenty of linen and home was very clean. Could have done with a lamp or two in the livingroom just so it wasn't so bright in the evening but I wasn't a huge issue.

• Denise (10/5): Lovely well equipped place, home from home. - The house is perfect. Very well equipped. Loved that they provided tea, coffee, WU liquid etc. The sofa beds were uncomfortable, probably ok for kids, but not adults.

• Mark (9/5): Superb - Well furnished and fitted out property, had everything necessary for our stay. The property is on a large housing estate, but was peaceful, and location was ideal for our requirements. If staying in the area, would be very happy to stay at West Wick House again. A minor point, and although. not really a problem for us, there is only one shower which is in the en-suite bedroom.
• Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Close to where we wanted to be. Nice small estate. Very clean. Host very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Provided cot. House was light and airy. Tidy garden with outside seating which was nice for breakfast in the morning. Booking.com was very slow to pass on information. i.e. The response to questions to the host were not forwarded quickly to the point where the host forwarded me 2 previous responses asking what time we could access the property. The host responded via Booking.com late morning but Booking.com didn't forward it to me until 23.45 meaning that I had to call the host for the information. The host was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with though

• Robin (9/5): Superb - Although this semi detached house is on a large (very nice) modern housing estate, the estate was quiet and the house was very clean, comfortable and quiet too. It suited 4 adults very well. A nice lounge/diner/kitchen set up for relaxing after a day out. Off road parking for 2 cars next to the house.
• John (9/5): Lovely family home to stay - 100% recommended - Excellent place to stay for our family. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. Communication with the host was brilliant.

Felt the bed in the main bedroom was a little small as used to a king size but that's maybe being overly critical, it was a comfy bed, just on the small side for us.

• David (9/5): Great position for quick access to motorway or Town. Very clean. - From the start the communication with Jay was prompt, helpful, and friendly. He quickly dealt with our queries and requests. The house was easy to find and get into with a secure setup. It is very, very handy for the M5 so you could use it as a base to explore the area easily. The property was immaculately clean with an easy to use TV, oven, hob etc. There is good Wifi. It is not big, but it didn't feel crowded with 3 of us or when a friend came for dinner. There's a bath tub and separate shower and 3 loos. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery and cutlery, and pots and pans. Everything looked new and clean. There are 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, though in the smaller room you can only get out of it on one side. I think there's a sofa bed downstairs. It was perfect for us as we had to suddenly find a place for a couple of days to visit my parents in Weston-super-Mare. It very easy, very clean, and had everything we needed. I'm quite a large man and at home we have a super king-size bed so I always struggle sharing a double bed. However, there isn't room for anything larger in the room, so it's not really something they can change, I might just use the sofa bed next time!
