• Sheena (1/5): WORST - There was nothing to like in the hotel. The hotel was such a dingy place. Would never want to go back to that stupid place. The room lights didnot turn off in the night while sleeping. The rooms were smelly and dirty. The cost for the room should have been for 1000/ for 2 days. Also the receptionist took money for 2 days while checking in which doesnt happen anywhere. THE WORST PLACE TO STAY !!!!!!

• Gourav (4/5): Not worthy according to price. - Breakfast was good.Two parathas for one person. Bathroom was not cleaned. Room was also not cleaned. No Hot water in the taps even in the morning and evening.No lift to go to the floors and stairs are also conjusted and high as compared to normal stairs. There was not anything in the room as was shown like dental kit,soap water bottle etc. Everything was given only after asking for it. I booked room for 2 days but i checked in late and checked out even before one day but i didn't got any refund of the second day .That was little disappointing because if someone don't want to stay, the booking money for the next day booking should be refunded.

Very very poor services. When I asked for water bottles, they charged me for that. For every single service I need to rush at reception. Very very poor services. Not at all recommended.

• Mohd (9/5): SUPERB ♥️♥️❤️❤️ - Hotel is at perfect location. It means, it's close to Ludhiana Railway station. Hardly 4 minutes walking distance. Room was very clean. Bathroom was clean as well. One thing I didn't like that the check-in timing is too long. They didn't allowed me to check-in before 12 pm. If you want to check-in earlier than 12 pm then you'll have to pay them extra money which was not good. Check-in timing should be at 11 Am. As the weather is too hot 🔥, in the bathroom the water was really so hot 🔥 like boiling. Even you can't feel comfortable washing your face too.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - I loved this place. After a terrible previous night at another place, this was heaven. Staff were so attentive and accommodating. Sheets were crispy clean as were the pillows. Room service was excellent and it was a great location close to malls and the train station. No hot water but this is not unusual for India so I didn't mind. Considering how good everything else was I couldn't complain. It was also really affordable. 10/10 deservedly.
