• Maria Eugenia (9/5): Acogedor y buena ubicacion! - La ubicacion fue lo que mas nos gusto. Estaba cerca de restaurantes y los principales monumentos. El alojamiento era muy comodo y amplio, no tuvimos problemas para acceder. Es cierto, como dicen otras reseñas, que hay mucho ruido porque hay bares a la vuelta (lo cual a su vez es una ventaja por cercania). No nos molesto tanto porque estabamos muy cansados.

Stilhed trods central placering ved livlig piazza, mange gode restauranter og dagligvarebutikker tæt på. Smukt kvartér, roligt. Værten Andrea meget venlig og korrekt, smart check-in. Følte mig hjemme og tryg. *

Appartamento situato in zona residenziale comoda alla fermata di bus e treni regionali per Bologna. Ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni a piedi o bici sulle colline bolognesi. Limitate tazze per la colazione, potrebbe essere limitante per un soggiorno prolungato.

• Nestor Miguel (8/5): Florencia !!! un sueño - La ubicación muy buena siempre nos preguntamos como son por dentro estas casas tan antiguas y pintorescas, muy cerca de todo lo bello que tiene Florencia fuimos un par de días solamente usamos el dto, para dormir , bañarnos y dejar algo en la heladera, pero nos encontramos después de grandes caminatas diarias un colchón en la cama matrimonial que debería ser cambiado esta muy hundido hacia el centro, otra cosa mas la tasa de turista debería ser cobrada dentro del precio al alquilar .-

• Despoina (8/5): - Το διαμέρισμα μ άρεσε αρκετά για το ρουστικ στυλ του είχε τα απαραίτητα που χρειαζόμουν.ειναι μέσα στο ιστορικό κέντρο της Φλωρεντίας .κοντά στους κήπους boboli και στο παλάτι Pitti!! Γενικά κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος!! Η φασαρία από τον δρόμο..αλλά αυτό λύθηκε με ωτοασπίδες!! Το υγραέριο της κουζίνας γιατί μύριζε έντονα και όταν ήταν κλειστή η κουζίνα και το πάπλωμα είχε λεκέδες,θα το δείτε στις φώτο. Μικρό μπανιο
• Goretti (10/5): Un apartament perfecte a Florència - La ubicació és molt bona. El llit és molt confortable. Molta oferta de cafeteries i restaurants a prop. Check out aviat. Se sent el soroll del carrer perquè els vidres són prims. Pocs estris de cuina.

• Hope (8/5): Great, convenient location. - The location is perfect. Close to everything; Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, restaurants, cafe's, bars and the best gelato in Italy. The elevator was really helpful. The kitchen had everything you need and the washing machine worked well. The apartment is on 3 little levels, so there is a step to the kitchen a step to the sofa, a step to the bathroom and 3 steps down to the bedroom area. A trip to the bathroom at night is a bit precarious. The amazing location means that there is street noise, but that wasn't a problem with earplugs at night. The bed was our biggest complaint. It is a memory foam mattress that is hammocking at this point. I mentioned this to the owner and she said they would address it.
• José Carlos (7/5): Lugar bonito para quedarse, pero cambien el colchón, por favor. - La ubicación era excelente. No en el meollo del turismo de Florencia pero cerca suficientemente. En un barrio donde queda gente que realmente vive allí. Con una plaza con restaurantes, heladerías, etc... con muy buena calidad y ambiente. Hubo dos problemas: 1. El colchón es extremadamente blando y acabamos con la espalda muy mal. 2. En la página pone que el apartamiento tiene parking privado. Una vez reservado, nos informaron por la aplicación que no disponían de parking. La información no era veraz. deberían quitarlo de las características del apartamento.
• Hailey (8/5): Excellent place to stay. Very comfortable, clean and great location. - We loved the location, it was nice to be slightly removed from the main hustle and bustle, while still being able to access everything by walking. The place itself was very well set up and cozy.
• Simon (9/5): - Excellent property. Very clean and spacious in an excellent location with a comfortable bed. It can be quite noisy locally which might bother some people. It wasn't an issue for me, but I know some people are very noise sensitive.
• Sophie (7/5): - Great location, large apartment in the heart of the city. We very much enjoyed the convenience of staying so close to the city centre. There was lots of night life close by, great restaurants and gelaterias. As its right in the city it was loud at night but nothing wearing earplugs can't help! This was a very minor detail, but the pillows were really stiff and not comfortable to sleep on.

We are both deep sleepers but the windows felt like they were open the entire time even with the shutters closed at all hours. 1am sewage truck pumping outside the window one night, someone playing flute 2am the next night.

• islam (5/5): Posizione buona, ma organizzazione e comunicazione assenti. - Posizione molto comoda, a due passi da Ponte Vecchio, appartamento spazioso e pulito. C'era scritto che il check in era dalle 2 in poi, mi presento alle 2:15 e trovo il ragazzo delle pulizie che ancora doveva pulire l'appartamento e mi dice che dovevo aspettare 30 minuti così che lui potesse finire di pulire e che il mio arrivo non era programmato (il ragazzo mi ha fatto vedere il loro calendario), l'aria condizionata c'è ma è come se non ci fosse visto che è all'entrata e in camera da letto non arriva niente.
• Bryan (8/5): - Very spacious, nice and cozy. Washing machine and good AC included. Very close to many restaurants and walkable to city center! Walls are thin, it gets quite noisy , I would highly suggest bringing ear plugs to suppress the noise like we did.

The apartment was comfortable and clean, we stayed during the week so street noise was minimal. The AC was so helpful as well. We wished we had booked more time in Florence!

Washing machine was super handy to refresh in the middle of a long trip. Great location not far from the main areas and tourist highlights but away from the hustle and bustle

В шаговой доступности от большинства достопримечательностей (5-10 минут), замок Питти практически «за углом». Чисто, удобная большая кровать с хорошим матрасом. Кухня оснащена всем необходимым оборудованием и посудой, есть немного специй, масло и кофе. Не смотря на близких ость к центру, не шумно с улицы. В этот же здании ресторан, где готовят лучшую во Флоренции Бискету. Тут же Кафе с лучшим джелато (по вечерам в него очередь), лучше заходить днем. Для спуска к спальному месту две ступеньки. По ночам, когда выключен свет, их незаметно. А они напротив санузла. Может быть опасным для пожилых людей. Было бы очень хорошо их обозначить легкой подсветкой с датчиком движения.

• Shaun (7/5): Great place, but parking external and noisy at night - - Location was great - it was easy to get to all the hotspots. - apartment was clean and a good size - host had clear and responsive communication - parking that is advertised is not part of the accomodation. It is subject to availability (which it was not available) and 32 not 25 euros. So be aware. - if you are a light sleeper, it gets noisy at night with a restaurant close by.

• Kim (9/5): Lovely apartment that enriched my Florence experience. - Beautifully decorated, warm and friendly Apartment! Bed was cozy and I was able to sleep very well. Great base for a city trip. Particularly the kitchen was phenomenal. Great area too and very friendly neighbors. I am a young woman and was travelling alone and I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable! There were some stains on the furniture that are the result of use. I was able to ignore them and otherwise it was very clean and comfortable! For people who are sensitive to noise: the apartment is not sound proof, but I was able to ignore it with a good pair of ear plugs. It is an older building which comes with its little peculiarities but also adds to its charm :D

• Aikaterini (8/5): Very good - Great location and very nice room. Nicely decorated and big spaces. Enjoyed our stay there. Weird smell coming from the sewers, even though it is on a higher floor. Had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. This has happened in other areas of northern italy as well, so not the fault of the accommodation.

Every attraction is within a 15 minute walk and great food/ shopping within 2-5 minute walk. Lovely and spacious with great facilities and friendly host. • Ivo (8/5): Could have been a 10/10. - Location & interior was perfect. Quite large & homely, bed was comfortable. Despite some troubles, we'd still go here again. We didn't have warm water most times of the day. Only last 2 days we could use the shower of the next-door apartment. Communication with contact-persons & host was difficult. The eventual solution was given but it took a while (different phone numbers/people & had to text them every day). Last thing is that the kitchen was missing the essentials like oil/salt/etc.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - We had a problem with our key not being in the proper place due to the previous guest not leaving the keys as instructed (very clearly on the door) and the host was very fast to solve it in person (+-15min and problem solved). Showed availability and kindness. The kitchen was nice, had a little fridge and the needed supplies for cooking. The heating is very good! Never cold :) The bathroom was nice and well equipped The bedroom was good. The bed is comfortable. There are plugs near the bed. Well cleaned and tidy. It is super close to the city centre and at a walkable distance from all main interest points, with the upside of being in Oltrarno and therefore less crowded than the other side of the Arno. Supermarket is 3 minutes away. Definitely recommend it! The only downside, really, is the noise, sometimes up to 02h, both from the street and the upstairs neighbour that liked to play the piano and sing until 00h30.. Could benefit from sound insulation. Bring earplugs and music to sleep unless you are a heavy sleeper.

• Blue (3/5): Location was great, but wouldn’t stay again due the hassle of this previous stay, and definitely wouldn’t recommend to f - The location of the property was perfect! Super convenient with popular attractions not far, some nice restaurants and bars also under a 5 minute walk, I enjoyed this the most. When I arrive the apartment had not been cleaned (I arrived quite late in the day so there was ample time) on top of this the host was incredibly hard to get ahold of, and didn’t offer much in the way of compensation or sympathy. They also claimed to have no record of my stay? Which is increasing worryingly considering I had booked MONTHS in advance. I had traveled quite far and all I wanted was a nice shower and rest but I had to go back out for over 2 hours while the apartment was cleaned, but then never updated when they finished. The lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. Also a small thing but the washing machine was not in use which was heavily advertised and I hadn’t been notified of this before my stay.
• Marilyn (4/5): Bring everything but the kitchen sink - The apartment space and furnishings were charming and the location was wonderful. The washing machine was “out of order”, which was an important amenity to us. Poorly stocked kitchen: tiny espresso pot, no dish soap, sponge, dish towel, paper towels. Minimal thought or care for guest’s comfort.

• Dina (5/5): Passable - The apartment is in the city center and close to many attractions. It was spacious and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Because of the restaurants there was a lot of noise from the streets in the night and due to poor window insulation we heard everything. In addition, footseps from the floor above us could be heard. The wifi did not work throughout the apartment and wasn't very strong. The washing machine was out of order and we were not informed beforehand and had to find some place else to do our laundry. The bed wasnt too comfortable and the sheets were ripped. The apartment itself was dark and dusty. There weren't some essentials in the kitcken such as dish soap.

• Ryan (5/5): Looks clean and beautiful as the pictures show, however, the facilities need some east common sense updates - Absolutely beautiful, looks even better than the pictures and excellent location  The Wi-Fi service wasn’t strong or not working at all. The AC is in the entryway so it doesn’t really make its way into the bedroom. The bed was broken. There are no shelves to put anything down on in the bathroom. There are no shelves, or even a soap dish in the shower. There was no nearby hook for a towel when getting in and out of the shower.

• Paulina (7/5): Overall a good stay, would be better if the kitchen were better equipped - Very good location and an overall pleasant accommodation. Nice deco, comfy, big bed. Clear instructions from the host on the keys pick up. I wasn't checked in to the flat shown at the photos, but to a different one. It was clean and comfortable, so no complain about that, but I do expect the accomodation I book to be the one I see on the photos. The cooking utensils were a great disappointment - the pans were old and damaged/scratched, and I didn't use them at all at the end because of the state they were in. For the price paid, I'd expect a good quality, fairly new utensils - not something as worn down as what was available during my stay. There was also no kettle, which was another inconvenience. I'd add any sort of curtains in the kitchen for privacy - right now, there are only bare windows.
